This place fails me. I used to work right around the corner from this place… the three times I came here, the flatbread salads were all sold out. WHY? How can this be possible THREE times in a row? It is just an über fail in my book.

Look, I know you can only expect so much from a cheap lunch sandwich, and Quizno’s subs are actually pretty good. This location makes them real well, and the people there are nice. My big issue with this place, and it’s a huge one, is that I’ve tried to order the fake French Dip thing with the au jus sauce like six times in a row here during various weekday lunchtimes and am told EVERYTIME that they don’t have the sauce. If you don’t stock the ingredients, take the damn thing off the menu! It’s a huge tease. Other than that, the second-choice sandwich I always end up with isn’t bad.

I work in the financial district and it’s hard to find a good value lunch, but these days Quiznos offers a great lunch combo deal for only $ 5. I like their toasted bullets and their yummy honey mustard chicken salad minus the red onions. It’s quite filling and delicious for fast food.

It’s Quiznos, you know what you are supposed to get in terms of food. However, not every Quiznos is as clean, courteous and well-run as this particular location. They don’t skimp on the meat in the sandwiches, and they are genuinely nice people. I normally go another half-block up to get my sandwiches from a mom-and-pop on Kearny, but sometimes I crave the prime rib and peppercorn, and this place does it up right.

You know, when you want a cheap, quick sandwich that is unlike the fancy paninis and wraps that live in the FiDi, sometimes a good ‘olé Quiznos sub will do it for you! Full disclosure, I worked at Quiznos in high school in Killeen, Texas, so I can attest to the fact that they at least train their employees on the proper cleaning and sanitation practices, and that’s good enough for me when I need an in and out, toasty sub that’s definitely a step above subway. I can dig it.

It’s okay, I had a special tostie for about $ 5 which overall, is sort of a good deal, but I was still hunger afterwards. I had an Italian sandwich which was sort of skimpy on the meat and not as tostie as I would like it to be. So lunch here once awhile is a nice stop.

I’ve been coming here for a while, it makes a good alternative to Subway, but I have to disagree with a few commentators here. My first issue is on the ingredients, I really like the option of choosing your own, rather than having to memorize the sandwich ingredients, and then ask them to leave a few things out of it it. Secondly, the sizes are just getting confusing. The small is 5″, regular is 8″, large is 11″ and the new torpedo is 13″. You feel like you have too many options in sizes, but not enough in the ingredients. But… having said that the new Turkey Club torpedo is pretty damn good for $ 4.34. It’s kinda bullshit that the executive chef(how much does he get paid?) for Quiznos calls this a «culinary innovation» —

Dude! I love this place. You don’t have to think about your sub like you do at Subway. Fretting over«oh shit do I want it toasted?» or «how much shit can I cram on this thing?» The sub just tastes good and I don’t even know why? Do I want to see them make it? Nope. Do I want to do all that standing up being forced to tell someone how to make a sandwich? Hell no. All I need to know is they have a cool ass toaster oven and they put just the right amount of awesomness on my sandwich without me having to say a word. They just know??? How Fucking Awesome is that? You kick ass Quizno’s. Plus that Turkey bacon avocado sandwich is Efin amazing. But I do Have to admit I only started eating there because of the crazy ass hamsters on crack commercials.

I don’t want to say it, but I will… yes, I like Togo’s better. Not that the sandwich I got wasn’t good, it was. I ordered the Honey Bacon Club. I think my favorite part about it was the dipping sauce station they had with the mustard and peppers of your choice. Those are great and they don’t monitor your portions. If you are a big pepperoncini fan, load them on. If you like bbq sauce, go for it, pile it high. The service was quick at this Clay location which is always a plus as well.

I suppose it seems kind of blasé to review a chain restaurant such as Quizno’s, but this one goes so far above and beyond your average franchise that I felt a helping of «mad props» were in order. A. The food – I love you S – way, but Quizno’s annhilates you in the«Similarity to a Real Sandwich» category. 2. The employees here are so nice, no matter how slammed they are. d. It’s quick, convenient, and cheap. One worry – there’s no more Veggie on the new menu. I had heart palpitations today when they told me, but they were sweet enough to make one for me anyhow. Wonder how long that will last…

my favorite place to get a fountain dr. pepper! great for lunch especially after the rush– extra smiley service, and they toast to perfection! good affordable lunch! UPDATE: they’re not affordable anymore, they raised their prices and the food is definitely not worth it anymore

I hate the food at Quizno’s now and can barely stomach going in the door, but back in the day when I liked Quizno’s and this was the only location in the Financial District this place rocked. Not so much for the food, but for the amazingly attentive service that belonged in a place far above Quizno’s. In fact I was so impressed I actually e-mailed the company about it. The employees were super nice, the line moved smoothly, the orders were always correct, the employees went table to table to check on you like you were in a restaurant, they cleaned tables on the spot, and even emptied your trash from the table(without having to get up to do it yourself). 5 stars for a Quizno’s. But since it’s still Quizno’s I’ll move it down a star.

quick, friendly, accomodating and convenient. the small sandwich size is still too big for me, so i ask for a mini size(kid’s size) and they happily oblige. so that gives my stomach enough room for soup. my favorite is the chicken corn chowder. this place is really the total package(for a quick lunch to go)!

The Spicy Monterey Club with no mayo and extra four pepper sauce is the best sandwich on the planet! I stand by that statement 110%.
