It was your typical United Club. It was well kept and cleaned and the bathrooms were in good order. The staff was friendly and inviting as well as willing to help with travel changes. The food was the same olé same outdated for over a few years now cracker and cheese. The bar was well stocked and offers various complimentary drinks. Wifi was slow.

It’s okay if you can use it for free. It’s not worth if you have to pay for it. Unfriendly staffs. Lounge is quite noisy. Free wifi, coffee, tea, carrots, cookies and sodas.

What a crappy airport lounge. They don’t give you anything. What a waste of money. In comparison to anything out of this country, especially Singapore, this lounge just sucks. What an embarrassment for United.

The food sucks, but to get away from it all, have nice bathrooms and a private United customer service desk… it’s worth it. They need a better snack selection…

typical horrible united domestic lounge. food, furniture, and space are all a joke.

Compared to the lounges in Europe the ones in the States blow! Plus one start for getting rid of the stupid scratch cards for Wi-Fi.

Don’t waste your time. This was once a nice club for paying members… now all you need is a credit card with perks to get in. Ghetto club ever since

I’m sitting in the lounge as I write this and from my first time in a lounge, I’m not too impressed. I read an article on CNN about extravagant airport lounges and this one is no where close to being on the list. It looks pretty nice from the inside; its got nice décor with paintings and a crème color theme. Bathrooms are okay– the paint was peeling, was a bit unclean, and lacked showers. There is a bar but they don’t serve frozen mocktails which is disappointing. The food is just snack type food– walkers cookies, carrots, fruit, espresso coffee, cheese. You can’t eat a lunch here. They have free wifi and comfortable chairs. Magazines are boring so unless you have your own tablet, phone, or laptop, you’re gonna get bored here.

Besides getting free coffee and soda, I don’t quite understand why people pay to use this lounge. If I get access to the lounge as complimentary for business class, I wouldn’t mind staying but I’m not sure if it’s worth paying for it. Oh well. hopefully a little more edible snacks get available.

This isn’t a bad lounge, but it isn’t spectacular. On one end, it’s a great lounge considering it’s in the domestic terminal. On the other hand, it is lacking in many ways compared to those in international terminals. It’s big enough so that you don’t feel crammed with a bunch of other people. However, it’s beverage and food selection is little to none. The bar is whatever, and the bartender kind of gives you judging looks if you have more than two drinks.

Fookin’ zoo. No service, everything’s broken(both coffee machines) no place to sit, wifi code doesn’t work. Food offering: bananas. Appropriate.

I’ve done a bit of traveling in my time, and thus, have spent countless hours at the airport. Where else can you kill your time and grab some food other than the United Lounge? Sure, it costs money for an annual membership, but if you’re a frequent traveler, I’m sure your work can justify the cost. This location is pretty big. To me, it seems larger than LAX, HNL and JFK, but smaller than DEN and ORD. Even though it’s moderately sized, it’s still hard to find seats here. Good luck on a weekday morning, because you’re probably going to end up sitting at the bar. With food, you have your standard lounge grub. Juice mixes, coffee, soda, bananas, apples, assorted cheese and crackers, and some misc veggies. Sure, this won’t be a full meal, but it’s not a bad light breakfast or snack before you hit your flight. I know at LAX, you can actually order food, but sadly SFO does not have that perk. To kill some more time, you get all the nice papers and magazines to your heart’s desire. As far as the internet connection here, it’s pretty spotty. At times, I can connect just fine and it’s nice and smooth. Other times, it takes me 20 tries to just try and connect, and the internet either doesn’t work, or is deathly slow. Decent lounge, but the spotty internet and packed-ness of this place kind of sucks too.

I remember the old RCC years ago. Then this one opened up. It was quite impressive. Now that it’s an amalgam of a UARCC and a CO President’s Club there are some complimentary alcoholic beverages. YEAH! Also there’s free wifi. My only reservation is a lack of more snacks.

If you fly alot, these lounges are a nice relaxing escape from the chaos of the airport, and this loung in terminal three is definitely one of united nicest ones, especially the bathrooms that have stalls separated by walls and doors that go floor to ceiling, so you dont have see the shoes of the guy in the stall next to you My biggest complaint would have to be the very limited food/snack selection, which is mainly cheese and crackers in the afternoon and evening. But in the morning they do have yogurt, cereals and toast.

I feel conflicted. I agree with both the positive and negative reviews. But, alas flying has become a commodity and it is nice to have an escape from the unwashed heathens that fly once every 7 years. Yes, I pay upwards of $ 500 a year for this service. And, there are times when I feel raked over the coals. Like today when the Internet connection was not working, when their are noisy children in the club, sparse food selections, or the club is not open at weird hours when a flight is arriving /departing. But, you are paying a premium to escape the mutants and unwashed masses and to have a quiet place to sit. Plus, to have better access to United agents when their is a problem with your flight. The food choices are limited to bananas and apples(hopefully) and some cheese/crackers. And, seriously, cheese before a long flight. I hope you are sitting on the other end of the plane from me. This club is nicer that some of the clubs in the system. Lots of power and the business area has lots of seating, too.

People pay a membership fee for this? Sparse or no food(not sure if it’s not provided or if they’d just run out and not restocked), no cocktails, no showers. Why not just go to the Singapore Air lounge next door? They’ll let you in on the same terms and give you better everything. One extra star for convenient power outlets.

NOT impressed. The location is run down with old furniture. For being a Premier Executive member of United, I would have expected more. During the morning hours, you can expect two choices of bread for toast(white and wheat), three types of fruit(red/green apples and bananas), three types of cereal, and several fruit juices. Typical continental food, but nothing in comparison to the executive lounges in Asia or Europe.

One of the best Red Carpet Clubs in the entire United network! This location has a theme, a Westin meditation room, and great internet! Well worth a visit if you are a Red Carpet Club member!

It’s ok. Not a lot of food. Cash bar. Free coffee. If you need a power outlet then you are golden, otherwise eat before you enter here. Silly huge sign says«NOOUTSIDEFOOD.» Should additionally read«NOINSIDEFOODEITHER.»

This lounge is spacious and the staff are friendly. Great views of the runaways too! We were here during breakfast time and were a little unimpressed with the food selection, though, oddly, they were serving Chinese noodles, so I can’t deduct any points for food. It’s a sign of the times when an American restaurant serves noodles and not bacon and eggs for breakfast :)
