Pretty good all around. My husband and I eat here once or twice a month. Try the pasta.

The pizza wasn’t the greatest in the world and the delivery took a lil longer than I like to wait but the service is where their earned their stars. Without any sort of provocation they hooked up free sodas for taking a lil longer than they usually would. That move alone probably single-handedly cemented a future order from me. Still though, my search for a quality delivery place out in Vis Valley continues.

So we did the late night thing & ordered from . We put in our Credit Card number. The site accepted the Credit Card as was to be expected & we waited for our late night snack. Guy showed up with the Pizza & stated that the Credit Card system was down so we suddenly had to pay cash… which entailed waking housemates despite what said. No offense to the driver, but the Pizz was disgusting. Cold, shitty, & inedible despite a reasonable delivery time. We called the number the driver gave us & a complete asshole stated that it was our problem & not his. He refused to acknowledge fault & kept stating that we were drunk. WEARENOTDRUNK, JUSTHUNGRY! The next time, we’ll just go get a couple of cans of Chef Boy’ardee…at least that slop is somewhat edible. If this is representative of their vendors, DONOTORDERFROM ! We are starving but we aren’t touching the ¾ of an extra large piece of slop sitting on the dining room table. Mission Residents.

I order from Roma’s from a recommendation of a friend. The customer service was horrible. I ordered pizza for delivery and I had to ask for special over the phone. The special that I like because of the price was a large pizza &10 buffalo wings& soda for $ 26.27 with tax. So I order the special mentioned to me over the phone, he stated that pizza will arrive in 45 – 50 mins. My order didn’t arrive until 1 ½ later and the delivery person forgot the soda. I called Roma’s back and spoke to jose that stated he would send the driver back. The driver NEVER came back. I called to speak to the manager which refuse to provide me with his name and stated I was wasting his time and that there was no special with a large pizza &10 buffalo wings& soda for $ 26.27 with tax. Only pizza and wings special. The manager was rude and should not be a manager. Training should be provided to ALL staff about customer service. In addition, the food was okay. The pizza is more bread than toppings. I would NOTRECOMMEND this pizza place to anyone.

Eek definitely describes this place. After our original choice of the evening was closed, we ended up cruising down the street to see what we could find. Eventually this one caught our eye. Not for the pizza, though, but for the Mexican food. Yes, I guess its a recent change, but this place also serves a small selection of Mexican dishes on the side. So we went in, sat down, and ordered a small sausage and olive pizza along with an enchilada plate. The pizza came and was so-so. It might have been good if not for the sausage, which wasn’t too salty… but just tasted off. After we ate our pizza, we sat around for 15 minutes before we were ready to leave as the waiter(if the service could be called that) never seemed to show up again and we figured they simply forgot our enchilada plate. Much to our surprise, though, one of them brought it out and dropped it on our table. In the end, we wish they had forgot it. We have never tasted such a dull enchilada before, it even made what was available at Disneyland seem appealing in contrast. We assumed it might have just been cooked in a microwave, but that doesn’t explain having to wait half an hour for it. Overall, this place was memorably horrible. They need to drop the newly added«expansion» to their menu asap, work on their sausage, and also be a little more attentive to the customers. All in all, we will never be back.

i think that their pizza is tasty. i have never ordered delivery, but have sat in and also picked up slices and pies. compared to the other pizza joints around geneva, i think that this place is the best. this is our default place to coat our stomachs before hitting the bars, or a substance provider after a night of drinking.

This place is a good alternative to the overpriced mrpizzaman in the late hours. Their food is admittedly not gourmet, but neither is their price. I’m one of the weird people out there who doesn’t like order-in pizza, so I can’t say how good their pizza is, but 2HUGE, decent sandwiches(with 50 cents extra for a small order of crispy greasy but yummy fries, awesome!) and a pasta dish(which was good, PLUS a small loaf of bread which came with it?!) cost me around $ 25 + tip. Free delivery, AND they gave me some FREE soda just because?! I’m a fan(even after eating the leftovers!).

I made a Unilocalers worst mistake. i ordered before i checked Unilocal. while waiting for it to arrive i checked Unilocal and to my horror(yes horror) i found only 2 ratings and both with only 1 star. eek gags i was terrified! my boyfriend and i contemplated canceling out order and trying some other place but decided against it mainly because we had already been waiting 20 minutes. anyhow im glad i didnt check Unilocal first not because this place is super fantastic or anything its average to maybe a little below average delivery time was fine the pizza had a ton of cheese and toppings galore. it was a little bland, nothing special we also ordered eggplant parm and it was okay. again nothing special but not horrible its not my top pic by far but ive had worse in SF 3 stars unless i suddenly start to projectile vomit. in which case i will log on and revise my rating.

Remember the hot lunches you had in elementary school. and remember the rectangle slice of pizza… that pizza was better than romas. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese. I opened the box and there was pockets of grease everywhere. With my unwaivering hunger, I stayed the course and hoped for the best… The cheese was hella rubbery. I was so hungry I just peeled the cheese off and at the crust. I have no shame. .And after charging 15 for the shitty pizza I’ve ever had, Roma has no shame either.

The place is always practically empty, as if the only people who eat there are the employees. I thought I’d give it a try. So I placed an order, and walked over about a half hour later to pick up my pizza. I knew I didn’t want to sit in one of their benches and eat. The cashier was pre-occupied with a ball game on TV — even though I was standing right there, assuming my pizza was probably not ready yet. I continued waiting for several minutes, and when there was a break, he acknowledged my presense, and I said I was there to pick up my pizza. He grabbed a pizza sitting over by the window, and handed it to me. I paid for the pizza, and left. I have this habit of not going back to places that treat you as though you’ve inconvenienced them. This is one of those places. Something tells me others feel the same way, and that’s why it’s always empty. I don’t know how they stay in business. Furthermore, I’ve bought better tasting pizza in Safeway’s frozen section. – Oh and clean up that graffiti, always there, on the side of the building. Who wants to eat in a building that’s been tagged up by a bunch of thugs? It’s bad enough just walking by and looking at it.
