Aaron definitely deserved 5 stars. I went to him to add lean muscle and upper body strength after hitting a plateau in my yoga practice. He was friendly and easy to work with right from the start, and he designed a killer program that’s helped me progress quickly toward my goals.
Aaron’s great at keeping me motivated, which is everything, and he gets more out of me in a session than I knew I had (while never putting me at risk). Aaron also makes a point to change things up regularly, and it’s great to come back to exercises that used to seem impossible and discover how much I’ve improved.
Beyond his skill, knowledge, and professionalism as a trainer, Aaron is just a great, down to earth guy.
I’d planned to train for just a couple of months, but now it’s more than six and I keep coming back!

I’ve been training with Aaron since March of this year. He’s been amazing — he’s reliable, honest and pairs his workouts to meet your personal fitness goals. He pushes you, but not in an off-​putting way. I was really dreading getting back into working out and it’s not been bad at all — I actually enjoy going to our sessions. He changes the exercises up each time so that you aren’t bored and continue to be challenged. He’s also not the sort of trainer that promotes long conversations between exercises — which isn’t why you’re there, right?
Most importantly, I’ve gotten results. I’ve dropped ~20 lbs and lost a few inches on my waist. I feel healthier and stronger.
