I thought the staff treated me really nicely. They seemed to get along with each other and enjoy what they were working on, including making my iced beverage. The seating areas were tidy enough and there is Starbucks merch available for frequent visits. I wish all Starbucks had the wireless charging stations! Still, even though my battery was low, I had a nice visit and did a lot of reading while enjoying a tasty iced beverage.

I’d like to first point out that this isn’t a *real* starbucks. This is a licensed store, the employees wear the green apron but they are Target employees and don’t get the same kind of training that a Starbucks Partner gets. Be that as it may, they do an ok job.

My sister and I decided to stop by before our target run last night and I wish we never did. First off all, this location is extremely small in size and they had 6 staff members working when it’s almost 10:00pm? We walk up to the register and while the girl is taking our order, a guy who also works there is talking to her at the same time about his own life. She even has her head turned majority of the time, ignoring us. How rude. We ask If they have a tip jar but they don’t GOODTHING. So we wait for our drinks… My drink is wrong. They look at the cup and homegirl at the register wrote down the wrong drink. Hmmmmmm I wonder why??? Get it together. They make the drink again and just set it down without saying my name, without saying sorry, without a care for anyone else but their own superficial world. They are kids and I get it. You ain’t gonna be at Starbucks for the rest of your life but If this how you think people should be treated, you need to re-evaluate your state of mind. Never coming back. You messed up my drink again by the way.

only 1 star because I had to give it a star. Staff are incompetent and lazy. Took 15 minutes for iced coffee! And got attitude from the barista when I asked for my drink. Also had to pay extra for iced coffee because they were out of hot coffee. Absurd!!!

So after 10 months of not going here I decided to give this place another shot… Since its across from where I work. One star for Sasha the manager who is sending me a gift card at target guest services. It’s negative stars for the starbucks employees. I ordered a classic sausage breakfast sandwich and they got it wrong. When the guy called me out for my sandwich I just grabbed it and left. When I opened it at work it wasn’t my sausage sandwich… It was that ciabatta bread with egg and bacon. That’s not really worth a negative review… Til I saw the bottom of the sandwich… 2 bites… And it isn’t mine. Now I would totally get it if it was left on the counter and I grabbed the wrong one but the guy called out for me saying it was the sausage sandwich. He handed it to me personally. I didn’t have a complicated order and I didn’t order a bunch of food… Just the sandwich and a tall berry refresher. Bite marks… Now I understand why I could have food poisoning 10 months ago. No fluke…

the people working here ignore you, take forever to make drinks, and sometimes make even the simplest thing wrong

Drink was fine but customers were slow to order. I was 3rd in line and it took 10 minutes. Then I give her $ 3.50 for my $ 3.45 drink and she gives me 5 pennies. Really? Not even a nickel? I figure they are out of nickels throw it into a tip jar and then they replace it with a nickel? What? Then I walk over to the sugar and milk station. No straws and the half/half is empty. The while station is a mess. Not to mention you have to walk out of the shop down a ramp to get your napkins and straws. This store needs to be redesigned and the employees need to be re-trained

Worst Starbucks in SF so far. Slow service it took them almost 10 minutes to get our order out and it wasn’t even busy. They served my iced caramel machiatto with caramel dripping on the side of the cup.

Ghetto Starbucks staff are incredibly lazy and disinterested in providing service. Just chat, gawk at their phones, and when they do eventually decide to do something, it’s at a snail pace. Appalling customer service, they struggle to even fulfill what you ordered. Possibly one of the worst Starbucks in San Francisco I’d say. Simply don’t understand why anyone would hire these employees.

This is a convenient location when I need to recover from shopping with my bf at Best Buy and before diving into shopping at Target. I use my Target RedCard for 5% off my drink orders(I love RedCard!). Tables need a little more regular cleaning though.

I’ve probably been to 100 Starbucks, and my experience here today is my worst in recent memory. They were out of sugar, stirrers, sleeves, raw sugar, and the only milk they had out was half-n-half, and only at one station! The other just had nothing! And the whole place was filthy!

Service takes WAYTOOLONG. There are so many people behind the counter and I nothing comes out quick. I also hate where the have the compost and recycling bins placed at this location too.

Not happy! My car got broken into on Sunday 11/16/2014. It doesn’t look like management cares. Security man that could possibly stop the thieves! He told me three cars got broken into the day before. That’s ridiculous that they cannot take care of their patrons. Won’t be back!

I prefer this location because the parking lot is conveniently empty early in the morning. Staff is energetic and friendly. I take my coffee to go and service is usually quick. So quick, on my most recent visit the Barista literally did a half ass job on one of the two drinks I ordered. The soy hot chocolate was only half full/empty. Maybe she added whipped cream and it melted, or wanted to save me from a few calories, IDK. I usually feel bad this location doesn’t have a tip jar, but no regrets today

— Nice friendly staff members — Good service — Clean facility Very nice spot to visit when in need of a pastry and coffee. There are tables and chairs available. Some of the food and beverage menu items are similar to other Starbucks locations. Overall, positive first experience here so I am definitely coming back. It is a little smaller, so that is the only downside.

I visited on September 9th. The staff was very friendly. The tables were clean. After I ordered my pumpkin spice latte, they had just run out of regular whipped cream but asked if I would like some of the chocolate whipped cream. I did, and it goes really well with pumpkin!

I like the fact that there is parking. Today(from 5÷1÷14 to 5/10/14?), Frappucino is half off from 3 pm to 5 pm. Today was hot, so lots of kids from Wallenberg was there. It got a little confusing whose drinks were whose. I just realize if the Barista writes the wrong name, you will not get your drink. Some names were wrong, but people were polite. They didn’t snatch somebody’s drink, maybe by mistake, but not intentional. The Baristas were kind enough to make corrections. The Caramel Frappucino really hit the spot for such a hot day. YUM! Thank you Starbucks for giving us half off Frappucino.

Was checking out the new San Francisco West Target and decided to get something to eat at the Starbucks located in the first level. Ordered a lemon loaf café, one of my favorites before the Starbucks started carrying La Boulange pastries. In fact, this Starbucks carries the pastries pre-La Boulange. The workers said that since this Starbucks was a licensed outlet, they carry the original pastries. Though dressed in their green Starbucks apron, they were Target employees. The tell-tale sign? They had Target nametags. Also they had a bonus today. All the pastries were BOGO! Two lemon loafs for me! The workers were friendly and the coffee prices were similar to a regular Starbucks. Now I know that this Starbucks has my fav, lemon loaf cake.
