Dirty water, floor, seat, table, bathroom, terrible service, the bathroom is locked and it requires a bathroom token. When I say dirty I mean crumbs and scraps all over the place including the tables especially the seat. I still remember that time when I sat on some liquid at this KFC and I do not recommend this.

For fast food, their staff is always super friendly. It’s just unreal to have a fast food joint with such a high degree of friendliness. It’s a KFC/Taco Bell, so there’s not much benefit going into a discussion of their food because if you’ve been to KFC or Taco Bell, you’ve had their food, but the rest of the restaurant is clean and even has parking, practically unheard of in SF. The only con is there can be a line around dinner rush, but most restaurants have lags during this time.

This review is for the service. I came here on a rare impulse and ended up losing my wallet the same day. I came back to look for it and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Manager Nick even put on gloves and helped me search through the garbage. They went out of their way to help me when I was in a tough spot.

This location is a bit pricier than in commercials so be careful if you’re bringing exact change expecting a modest price. The floor can get really sticky after a large rush near the counter so be careful not to step on any stains. The food here is consistent with the other locations. I really wish the tacos were a bit cheaper. Even the box of 12 tacos can fetch you up to 15 bucks. Yikes! This place tends to get busy after school hours. Because of that, they have a switch underneath the cash registers that block off any drink to be dispensed from the soda fountain because kids always ask for water cups and end up filling it with soda. It gets kind of annoying when I have to ask them to activate the fountain, but I can relate to their position on this decision.

Well I just got food poisoning from here so please DONOT eat here or any KFC/taco hell for that reason. There is a website called for a reason. You can get some real Mexican food 5 min up the block at Mexico Tipico much better.

As much as I enjoy tripping over the human feces and hypodermic needles in the Tenderloin KFC/Taco Bell, I definitely enjoy their offering in the Excelsior much better. It is a well run city KFC. I hate to admit it, but I’ll be back.

Consistently messes up orders. Other than that they have a bunch of TVs that always have the game on, if you’re into watching the game at Taco Bell. Food’s ok.

Friendly employees however the tostada i ordered was HORRIBLE! The shell tasted like it was OLD, OLD, OLD. It had a shelved after taste that i can’t get rid of. I’ve tried drinking a beverage. It is the worst taste and feeling. I want to make my self throw up just to get it out of my system. I also ordered a Chicken pot pie. It was good but it was half way filled with the pot pie ingredients as if they ran out of the filling but just decided to make a pot pie out of it anyway. Extremely disappointed even though the pot pie taste good. I do not usually go here so i’m not sure if this is the norm but I just thought i would share my experience from today.

This is a drive thru and eat in spot. They serve Taco Bell and KFC. The attendats are super nice and courteous. They treat you as if it were a high end restaurant. The only thing I disliked was the location. Good service.

These bimbos can’t get an order right even when directed as simplistically as possible. Hell, they can’t even remember what’s on their own darn menu! I’m not one to EVER set foot in a fast food restaurant but I figure I’d give them a second try after visiting the Pacifica branch with a friend. In Pacifica, the staff were well rehearsed and able to tell me what ‘soft burritos’ and ‘vegetarian options’ they had on demand. At this branch, «Um», «Uh», «I don’t know» was what I got repeatedly. And they weren’t even busy! After I jarred at and let them consult their«cheat sheet», I ordered a ½ cheese and potato burrito w/o beef and sour cream. The result? A soft burrito with beans, cheese, no rice and no potato. I’m glad it only cost me $ 2 b/c had it cost more, I would’ve really been ticked. This experience is one of many reasons why I don’t visit fast food restaurants. It also serves as a good reason why I should and will continue to stay away.

NOMNOMNOM! My usual used to be the beefy 5-layer burrito(combo), then the beefy crunch burrito but now it’s definitely the crunchwrap supreme! So much noms. I know I’m supposed to feel guilty because it’s fast food but god it just tastes so good. It gets pretty crowded sometimes but I’ve been lucky enough the past couple times that there were only a couple in front of me or that a huge line would form almost immediately after I lined up, haha. Excellent service from the staff. I’ve never had them yell at me or anything. They’re always patient in taking my order and I love that they give you the coupons back to use again. TACOBELLFORLIFE!

This Taco Bell/KFC location is the best, I have been here many times and it is very clean. I love the way they prepare the food cause it is fresh and ready for ordering. Some of the staff members are actually very friendly. UPDATE: 4÷27÷2012 This is what I ordered when I came here for a quick fix on 4÷25÷2012: — Crispy Potato Soft Taco(Taco Bell) — Small Potato Wedges(KFC) — Small Mash Potatoes with Gravy(KFC) — Doritos Locos Tacos with(Taco Bell) — Medium Pepsi 07/28/2013: Taco Bell has advertised their Doritos Cool Ranch Locos Tacos a while back. I finally had the chance to try this menu item and it was delicious. 07/01/2014: I ordered the 8 piece family meal which came with four fluffy biscuits and mash potatoes with gravy. The entire order with the addition of the Doritos Cool Ranch Locos Tacos plus sales tax came out to be almost $ 24. The fried chicken here was a little greasy so this is the only downer that I have. Overall, very decent spot to get something to munch on. 12/29/2014: The 2-piece chicken strips are delicious and it isn’t very greasy either. Crispy Potato Soft Taco, two piece chicken strips and a medium fountain soda — quick, easy and satisfying. Overall, friendly staff members, good service, clean facility and positive experience here.

i have no plans to ever order that new«Double Down» portable mini-heart attack. But once in a while I do like to order some fried chicken or tacos. This Ken-Taco location is very popular with residents, specially for Tuesday’s 99 cents 2-piece chicken meal(to compete with nearby Popeye’s offer). It’s very clean inside and service is usually okay. Nice free parking lot, but no drive thru(Yet. There’s currently a petition requesting that feature be added). Note: this is the only KFC in the city that serves breakfast. No eggs, just breakfast burritos, biscuits, etc.(8−10am). See menu: Hours: Sun-Thu 9am-11pm Fri-Sat 9am-midnight

I sort of fell out of love with KFC after college and haven’t had it in a few years, except for that one fateful night between me and the toilet caused by their popcorn chicken. Anyway… This is a review of the Double Down I ate here today. Like many others, as soon as I found out about this crime against the gods, I knew I had to try it. Overall, unfortunately, it’s a pretty disgusting sandwich. The flavor of the fried chicken really overwhelms most of the rest of it(you can’t even taste the bacon). The chicken itself was a little dry, and the sauce was kind of gross. However it gets bonus points for just being such an awesome idea. At over $ 5 after tax, though, for just the sandwich, it’s not really worth it. As far as this particular KFC, it was a little dirty on the inside, but the staff was very friendly enough.

I’m ASHAMED to admit that last night, I ate a Double Bypass Sandwich aka KFC’s Double Down Sandwich…*SIGH* I first heard about KFC’s DD12 days ago from one of my friend’s FB post. When I saw the pictures and video clips online, I was thoroughly disgusted. My friend, on the other hand was ecstatic and was counting down the days to its revealing day. I initially planned to be a «witness» to this epic moment, but instead became an active participant in gorging this horrific DD. In her words, «GOBIGORGOHOME!» Our other friend who was also suppose to be just a «witness» decided to participate, so I thought, «WTH…LET’S DOTHIS!» THEDDADVERTISEMENT: According to the KFC’S website, the DD sandwich($ 4.99) is made up of two boneless white meat chicken filets(Original Recipe or Grilled), two pieces of bacon, two melted slices of Monterey Jack and Pepper Jack Cheese and Colonel’s Sauce. The pictures made it look like a colossal layer of two thick, huge bun-sized chicken filets with ooeey gooey cheese layered thick with the Colonel Sauce and with two long strips of bacon brimming out of the sandwich. Link to pic: NUTRITIONINFO: *KFC Original Recipe DD — Calories: 540, Fat: 32 g, Sodium: 1380 mg *KFC Grilled DD — Calories: 460. Fat: 23 g, Sodium: 1430 mg THEDDINREALITY: We all know things aren’t always as pictured on the ads. The DD was actually two small fist-sized fried chicken patties with two slices of cheese(jack and pepper jack) with a shriveled up bacon cut in half and a generous dousing of the Colonial Sauce. Because the sandwich was not as big as I expected, at that time, I was no longer intimidated by it. TASTE: By the time it had cooled down enough to handle by hand, all the cheese had melted onto wrapper. So essentially, it tasted like I was eating chicken tenders with the Colonial Sauce which tasted like thousand island sauce w/a side of withered bacon. Although the chicken meat was tender, all I could taste was SALT. Bite after bite, I could feel my salt intake hitting the roof. Soon after my chest started to hurt and I started to become nauseous. There will be no trips to the ER for me that night, so I decided to not finish the entire DD(2 oz. of chicken patty left). FAIL! AFTEREFFECTS: The combination of fried chicken, bacon, cheese, and Colonial sauce created a richness that my stomach could not handle. Because there was no carbs to soak up all the fat and salt, I immediately became thirsty and extremely nauseous. As soon as I got home, I downed a pitcher of herbal tea, and still had an oily after taste in my mouth. From Mon-Thurs, I normally KTFO by 9PM, however, I was up until after midnight then woke up again at 2AM due to thirst. I woke up again at 7AM, nauseous and bloated. It’s been over 15 hours and I’ve since have had nothing to eat, nor do I have the urge to, but instead have been drinking tea the entire morning. Blah! CUSTOMERSERVICE: The employees at this location were very friendly; I was greeted with a smile and my order was happily taken. One of the employees who had the DD as a snack was raving how good it was which actually made me a bit excited for a moment until I tried it. I got my DD in about 5 minutes. LOCATION: I normally don’t comment much about location, but this KFC’s location in particular is shady. When my friends and I first arrived, there was a mysterious guy in a car parked completely crooked and he was still there sitting in his car 30 minutes later when we were done. Then, there was black market transaction going down while we were chatting in the parking lot. Ummm, so I would probably avoid this location in the evenings. Unless I want to end up in the ER needing to have a double or triple bypass, the DD is definitely once in a lifetime experience for me that I will NEVER repeat!
