I am a chicken and waffles fanatic. I specifically Unilocaled for a chicken and waffles place and this one caught my eye. I have tried many different places for chicken and waffles and this one is pretty up there. They satisfied my cravings and I would love to come back to try other things. The portion is huge and the price is worth it(about $ 13⁄14?). The chicken is so juicy and crunchy and the waffle is pretty crispy/soft. Idk how to explain it but I like it when my waffle is not soggy after putting syrup on it. The place is also really cute, and their menu is really big. There is just so much going on, I want to come back. It is self-serve type of thing where you order first at the counter, and they bring it to you.

Bananas Foster Crêpe was fantastic. The ambience of the building, with its brick wall and wooden ceiling, made for a pleasant eating experience. Glad they stayed open for a few extra minutes to let us in. :)

This place is cool. The menu board is huge. There is a lot to choose from! And the place is big and spacious. It kinda has a barn feel to it, in a cool way. I couldn’t decide what to order because I wasn’t very hungry. I ended up getting the buttermilk pancakes. It was plain and simple, but very good. I will definitely come back here again. Next time with a bigger appetite.

First time here won’t be the last. Delicious food(try the corn flake French toast– amazing!) also has the Hawaiian crêpe, equally tasty. The service was fast and the whole place had a great vibe. A must try!

I am not giving it a one because the staff and mimosas were friendly, however the food was horrible, no flavor, the eggs Benedict weren’t even fully cooked and neither the potatoes. Definitely not coming back.

This place is okay, but too pricey for the quality. It’s convenient and pretty quick so it’s an easy option. Everyone I was with got different dishes: The burger was good and I’d say that’s a safe option. A friend got one of the creamy pasta dishes and it was okay… nothing crazy. The crab cake melt was mediocre and they were very skimpy on the crab so I felt like I was eating bread and onions for the most part. The chicken and waffles are tasty, but you’re basically inhaling a stick of butter. Basically, the food is okay, but expensive for what you’re getting.

I really like this place! Especially if you’re looking for a place to chill and get some work done. They have reliable Wifi, food, coffee, TV(sports), and beer — what more do you need?! I’ve tried a couple of things on the menu and everything has been spectacular. Really nice spot!

First time here! Nice staff, good food, fair prices. Natural lighting and happy people. I shared a table with another party of one to politely make room for larger parties to sit. Not one bad thing to say. Check it out.

Wow this place is awful. All I wanted was an omelet with potatoes. The omelet was full of cheese, I almost got sick. The potatoes looked under cooked and old. All for $ 14. Do not go here. I wished I would of taken a picture.

Soooo good. Randomly stopped in here. They had gluten free crepes too, which was a bonus. I got the chicken one. It was good. The salad and potatoes with it were equally as delicious. Ended up eating the entire plate and not realizing it. Definitely try a crêpe here.

Lots of seating both in and outdoors. Food: –Gluten free options are available for $.75 –Ordered the Fruity Nutella which is good, make sure kiwis are in season or it can be a bit bitter. –Jasmine green tea comes in a packet but still good. Atmosphere: –Plenty of seating both in and outdoors! –TV to watch games. –Free wifi Bathroom: –Only one in the back. Tip: Accepts credit card

What got me the most excited here was the gluten free crêpe option. It totally tasted like a normal crêpe(which I haven’t had in years!). I had the Miami Heat and it was absolutely delicious. The right amount of food and not feeling like you can’t finish the meal because it was too rich or buttery or just too much. Great serving size. There wifi here too so I was able to do a meeting over food. Noise level is not too high. Coffee is reasonable(not amazing) and they have a big range of teas. Definitely coming back to keep my crêpe cravings in check :)

My Tony raved about this place when I first started visiting SF more as a good brunch spot. They have great drink specials everyday and a good selection of beer and wine. The first time we went, I ordered the Cajun Omelet which was very tasty and T always gets the Asian Steak Salad. Last time I went, I tried their special of the Crab Cake Florentine Benedict and it was the phenomenal; best Benedict I have ever had in my life. No Lie.

I didn’t love my crêpe. The place is really nice and I’ll be coming back for a fresh-air lunch. All staff were really nice. I’ll update if my next crêpe is better. I had the salmon, but I didn’t even like the potatoes, I did like the greens though.

We stumbled upon this place for Sunday brunch. It was a bit deceiving because at first I thought it was Crepevine. Later on I learned from one of the servers that they are not owned by the same people. The menus were just similar because they hired the same artist to draw them. My bf ordered a salmon fettuccine pasta and I ordered eggs benedict w/side of house potatoes. We also got a cappuccino, which was delicious! We both agreed that the pasta was definitely the much better dish between the two. It came with a creamy sauce and a generous amount of salmon chunks. The eggs benedict was just ok. I think the hollandaise sauce was a bit heavy and the potatoes were slightly mushy too. I would definitely avoid getting it next time. Overall, a decent brunch/lunch/dinner spot since the menu is diverse and you can order anything from salads and sandwiches to crepes and omelettes. Prices are pretty good too and portions are large.

Crêpe was pretty good but the portion was so small and they filled the plate with salad and potatoes :(A rip off if you ask me. But it’s a chill place that’s a great to go place if you’re in the Mission.

Came here for breakfast during our trip in San Francisco and omg it was delicious!!! I had the Miami Heat Crêpe and it was great but Bears Chicken & Waffles stole the show! I kept eating from his plate till it was all gone. It was amazing! Lots of choices on the menu. The hot chocolate is heaven! Definitely recommend this place!

Boyfriend and I wanted to get a nice dinner before a show in the mission. Every place had an outrageous wait… so I gave in and we went here. They had so many options! Sweet/Savory crepes/salads/pastas ect. I had a salad, bf had a crêpe and it was sooo good! The prices were fair and there was alcohol. They even had trivial pursuit on the tables, which was a fun touch. I would come back here!

As my lunch at Paprika was thwarted by incorrect hour data in Unilocal,my new mentee and I went to The Crêpe House to try out something new for her and me. I walked in and it reminded me of Crepevine. The menu was the same or similar. As much as I wanted to try the Reuben crêpe, I ended up going with a fairly healthier option of the New Orleans which had swiss cheese, chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes, and salsa. It took a little time to get the food, but that was ok. We were talking anyways. The food again looked like Crepevines. Homestyle potatoes which were nice and crispy. I love crispy potatoes. There was also a side salad which was a bit more dressed than I like. The crêpe was ok nothing mind blowing. I wasn’t super wowed by the place, but if you’re wanting a place for crepes or even a variety of other options(salads, sandwiches, breakfast, etc.) then this would a good place to have a laid back lunch.
