Unbelievable workmanship! I brought in a briefcase that was literally hanging by the threads of its straps. It looked brand new when I picked it up. I won’t take my well-​loved shoes and bags anywhere else…

Amazing! Chung of Tip & Top is a true artist and craftsman.
I first visited him with a pair of boots that were so shot on the welts and heels that I was embarrassed to show him. He did absolutely *beautiful* work.
Last week I brought to him a new pair of handmade shoes to have them professionally stretched and protectively soled. Picked them up today. I love this man’s work and have much respect for how much pride he takes in what he does –which is clear from the quality in every detail. You’ll see… :)

I took my dyson in to have a broken belt replaced. After a week the gentleman suggested a tuneup and I agreed. I picked the vacuum up a week later and it won’t turn on now. I have a $ 500 vacuum sitting in my den that won’t turn on. Not happy at all.

I have been buying my vacuum bags and having minor vacuum repairs for years there. Recently I decided to have my upright «tuned up» at Tip & Top (new belt, new brushes, tune-​up), and it was really worth the cost. Sometimes it’s tempting to just buy a new vacuum, but for a reasonable fee I got a vacuum working like new. I am happy to support this small business.

They are true craftsmen. They fixed the leather soles on one of my cowboy boots and added protective soles to them & the others. They fixed the lining on my husband’s boots really well. The owner also said they make custom shoes (ballet slip-​ons and even cowboy boots). I bought a handy boot jack from them, too. I’ll continue to take all my shoes to Tip&Top. (And don’t let the vacuum business confuse you. They are a high quality shoe repair shop).
