Collaborative dinner parties dedicated to food hacking and culinary
surealism. Hacker-​Chef and proprietor Marc Powell’s menus and recipes are open source, non-​attribution share-​alike license (anti-​copyright, or public domain) and posted to the foodhacking blog post-​supper club night. One could be enjoying pumpkin seed ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, to meat glue, to food processed via centrifuge.
