While at the 626 event this past weekend at the Santa Anita Race Track, a friend recommended we try his vendor and order their bulgolgi fries and bulgolgi grilled cheese. Luckily there wasn’t a line when we ordered. Took about 10 min to prepare. And wow, both the bulgolgi fries and bulgolgi grilled cheese really were BOMB. Everything came together especially the flavors of the bulgolgi and melted cheese stuck together… Yumm. I’m pissed off I shared, next time I’m getting my own of each. I want more NOW.

Had the opportunity to try this place out at the 626 night market and it definitely did not disappoint. Ended up ordering the bulgogi queso fries and the bulgogi grilled cheese sandwich. Both were really !! The bulgogi was marinated and seasoned to perfection. Each bite tasted great! the fries had the nacho cheese on top which complimented the bulgogi well. The sandwich was grilled to perfection. Ill definitely be back to try this place out again.

Needed to write a 5 star review because they made me pay $ 5 for two small balls of deep fried rice(with cheese, spicy mayo, a sweet sauce) and totally forget how much profit they just hustled out of me and how there was basically no octopus in their takoyaki.

A broken fryer didn’t stop Bomb dot com from cooking up some amazing food!!! We visited this booth this past weekend at the Alhambra Art Walk and Christmas tree lighting. The lychee lemonade was refreshing and not overwhelmingly sweet like a lot of lemonades tend to be. I think the concept is genius and the flavor is really delicious for most of the items offered by Bomb Dot Com. We tried the bulgolgi fries… which were simple AMAZING. The magic happens with fries, yummy Korean inspired bbq meat seasoning, and an innovative gochujang(korean red pepper paste) queso cheese sauce to bring everything together in one delicious bite… or a few because one bite wasn’t enough for any of us. My boyfriend loved it and asked for a squirt of their yummy spicy aioli sauce to top off the fries with even more flavor. We also tried octopus rice bombs! I am a huge fan of takoyaki balls so I was very excited to try this creation. I give it two thumbs up, they are a must try. A huge fried rice ball with octopus bits with two yummy sauces makes this one delicious dish with amazing flavor. From what I’ve seen, Bomb Dot Com is fusion food at it’s best and I’m excited to try whatever they come up with next!

Before the Night Market, I came across what was going to be served. Everything sounded. SO. GOOD. We knew our first stop was going to be here and we even struggled to look for it. After getting a lost few times and searching aimlessly, we made it to the long line of Bomb dot com’s tent. We tried the Octopus Rice Bombs, Bulgogi Super Fries, Wontons, and Lychee Lemonade. I have to say, it was HEAVEN. Our group of 4 shared one serving of each(except lemonade…), and we were hooked. The surprising thing was, I was full after eating it… I couldn’t eat another bite of anything else and was super satisfied! I am very disappointed that the owner doesn’t have a store open, however I’m glad to have tried this piece of heaven. Who knows, maybe they will some day! … Seriously. Open up a shop.

BOMB dot COM’s food is indeed da bomb! We happened upon this place at the 626 market and there was no crazy line! This is definitely a hidden gem. The items we tried: Bulgogi Super Fries served with Gochujang Queso — The Gochujang Queso is so delicious. It makes anything taste good. Add crispy fries and bulgogi and it’s a great combo. The only thing that would have made this better is if the bulgogi had a nice BBQ char on it. Octopus Rice Bombs served with Spicy Aioli and Caramel Soy Reduction — The spicy aioli and caramel soy reduction sauces were the stars. The octopus rice ball was a nice delivery vehicle for the sauces. So far, it looks like this place is just catering with no physical store. Looking forward to seeing them pop up again. =) More info:
