Domino’s Pizza

The customer service was great and this place is very clean. It’s probably the best interior designed dominos that I’ve been to.
I ordered boneless chicken and a medium pizza for pickup and it was ready when I got there. When I got home I realized that the pizza was undercooked and super doughy still. It was gross and the pizza looked very sad. The chicken was good as always but I was really disappointed with the item they’re suppose to be known for.

Let me start this review by saying this place should be shut down!!!
These people are incompetent!!!
I called a few months ago and ordered a salad and some chicken… I get my order eat my chicken then proceed to get my salad out of the bag and noticed it looked a little funny… well it was 5 days expired… I called and spoke to the manager and he sent me another salad… I can handle that… ok…
So Halloween I call and order a pizza and a salad… it took me months to give them another shot but I did… shame on me… I called asked to speak to the manager I told him I wanted to place an order and I wanted to make sure that it was right… I didn’t want another expired salad… he said oh I checked this morning there is no expired salad… I gave him my order pretty simple salad with Italian and a pizza… so when the delivery guy shows up I find a salad with ranch dressing… I placed the order with the damn manager… are you serious??? So I called the manager and told him I feel like they did this on purpose… he told me «no it wasn’t on purpose… we are out of Italian»…this guy needs a class on communication!!! If I ordered Italian and you are out of Italian and you just throw ranch in the bag… that was on purpose… you made a choice to give me ranch instead of calling me and telling me you are out of Italian and would I like something else…(their ranch is nasty) I would took the balsamic instead… so they purposely chose to give me something other than what I ordered so don’t tell me it wasn’t on purpose!!! And then he proceeds to tell me they are severely understaffed… ok so why is that my problem? Do you want me to come in and make the schedule for you? So he gave me a $ 20 credit for my next order… do I really want to order from this place again…
Silly me… yes today I called and ordered chicken and of course another salad… the guy who took my order on the phone I asked him specifically do you have Italian dressing… he said yes we do… I said no please go check and make sure… he puts me on hold and comes back and says yes we have Italian… I said ok… and that was that… so the driver brings my food and low and behold what do I find in the bag… ranch…FML…
I call to talk to the all star manager and tell him that I feel yet again that they are doing this on purpose… he tells me nothing is on purpose and he has no control over the drivers and the ones filling the orders… are you fricken kidding me??? You are the god damn manager??? Then he tells me let me go personally check if we have Italian… I told him there is no need for that because the guy who took my order went and checked and said yes there is Italian… he told me I’m gonna go check and he puts me on hold… comes back and says yes we have it… yea dummy I told you that already!!! So he says he’s gonna send someone with my dressing… what a joke!!!
This is the last time I will ever order from this place again… it’s a joke… the manager is horrible at his job…“I have no control of the people that work here”…who says that??? You’re the manager… he has no communication skills… can’t logically put words together that make sense… customer service skills… severely understaffed… so you’re horrible at making the schedule… another reason you should maybe look for another job… this place needs a lot of help… you are only as good as your leader and the manager seems to be an incompetent imbecile… I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option

Terrible customer service. Ordered two pizzas, one of them was wrong. Called and told them, and they couldn’t care less.

Got my order wrong twice and the lady did not respond kindly. I had to drive twenty minutes away two times.

I’ve never had to deal with dominos customer service since I’m lazy and always order delivery anyways. It’s easy and simple: customize everything online, you can even keep track of how long your pizza is taking, wait for the delivery person to come and whoo hoo your pizza is here!
I used to be a huge Pizza Hut fan because of their amazing stuffed crust, but pizza huts quality has gone down the drain. Their crust is always so flat with no crunch. Now dominos’ crust is delicious; at least they have a thick piece of dough with a good crunchy texture. That pretty much the only difference I see between Pizza Hut and dominos.
If you guys don’t like the customer service, then just order delivery, don’t do take out. That way the only person you have to talk to is the delivery guy, and you only have to say like 5 words max.

I order online I don’t get offered extra choices of veggies to add to my sandwich so why one time does it show up with mushrooms, tonite with olives another time burnt. Not that hard to cook a sandwich!!!

I jus t picked up 2 pizzas, to start poor customer service and then not accepting 50 dollar bills I had to go and change it to pay for my pizza not cool .then domino’s should give classes on cutting the pizza not 1 slice was cut all the way through and it wasn’t like they we r e super busy so over all –stars and pizza is in the fucken trash never again and one star is to much

This review is about an order made last night. First off, we never received our food. An employees named Alejandra called after twenty minutes to let me know the food will take another twenty minutes. She claims I never added the apartment number and when the driver came by, he wasn’t able to find us. Normally when the driver comes, he will call and we come down, but that didn’t happen. Anyway, I checked my address in my account and apartment the number (letter) was there. I called back because it was over twenty minutes and Alejandra said her driver is not on the floor yet to pick up the delivery, but if we picked it up, they would give us a 50% discount. I agreed to pick it up, but called back almost immediately to cancel. She did not like that. She was rude and told me it was my fault from the beginning since I did not add the apartment number and she just kept instigating. I tried to keep my cool and was polite… until a few times of saying I want to cancel. This is the worst customer service experience and we will never order from here again!

This is the closest Domino’s to our house. We order on-​line about twice per month. We pay with credit card, and give a cash tip to the driver. The pizza always arrives about 30 min after ordering. The pizza is always warm if not pipping hot. The pizza tastes like any other Domino’s. We know we are ordering Domino’s and don’t expect a gourmet meal.
Today, we ordered a bbq chicken pizza without cheese, plus other pizzas — a typical order for us. My son who wanted this pizza was not home. When he got home a couple of hours later, he opened the box, and saw there was cheese on the pizza. We called to ask for a replacement. Not a single bite was taken from the pizza. They refused, saying it was too late, and WE should have checked the pizza. Why didn’t the EMPLOYEE check the pizza for accuracy before leaving the store? Finally they gave in and delivered the correct pizza. However, this pizza was dripping with bbq sauce. It was like drinking bbq sauce. Completely gross and inedible. Obviously, the Domino’s’ employee decided to spite us by drenching the pizza with sauce. Bravo Domino’s pizza man, bravo. You sure go the better of us. Hope you felt like a big important man as you poured bbq sauce my pizza. No one is going to mess with you. I’m sure this is the service that Tom Monaghan had in mind when he opened his first store.

I feel bad for the owner that hired these irresponsible pathetic employees. Pizza never showed up, it is ridiculous. Watch it close down soon.

I guess people don’t bother giving positive reviews to places like Dominos as you don’t sit long enough to do a review. You get what you want and you move on. This is my to go Dominos place and have ordered delivery and pick up. The pizza is consistent and have received good service. I think only once I had to wait a bit for my pizza but it wasn’t a big deal and it was 15 min before the NCAA national football game so it was expected.

If you like to wait 45mins for cold buffalo wings and pizzas that aren’t even cut into slices then this is the place to get it. Not to mention when you call to place an order the workers don’t even seem to be listening and talk to you with some branch up their assets attitude. The lack of professionalism from this place gives pizza a BAD taste. I will never order from here ever! If I could rate zero stars I would.

Worst service ever. Pizza arrived cold and wasn’t even sliced. The driver tried giving me the wrong change and walk away real quick until I quickly corrected him. He didn’t even have change so he gave me the money and came back 30 minutes later. Lame. Will never order from here again.

We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery which cost us $ 18 plus tip. It was literally the worst pizza I ever tasted. Essentially it was a large circular piece of bread with practically no sauce or toppings. I mean how does Domino’s screw up a pizza? I will tell you how – by the franchisee being so cheap that he skimps on the sauce and toppings to make more money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS.

I regularly order from here for years and have been pretty happy with everything. I don’t go in so I have no idea how their service is if you go to the store.
Delivery has always been pretty quick except for one occasion due to the guy having a lot of deliveries at that moment. Once I happen to order twice in a day and the delivery came back a third time with a free pepperoni pizza for us. Not sure if it was a wrong order or they really made it just for us, but it was nice.
Quality is decent. I’ve ordered a lot of the 5.99 medium two toppings, so I guess for that price you can’t expect the pie to be full of toppings. It’s more like a sprinkle of toppings, but like I said, it’s five bucks.
I docked them a star because on a recent order, one of the pizzas ordered was gross. It was just sausage and pepperoni, but the crust was hard as if it was old and reheated and the pepperoni was tough and hard. If that keeps happening I’ll definitely stop ordering from here, pretty gross to get old pizza.

Great carry out deals! I always love me some thin crust pizza… Domino’s is always a decent place to get my thin crust pizza fix. The only complaint I might have with their thin crust is that the crust tastes a bit buttery/​greasey. They are pretty generous with their toppings and I could tell that they try to uphold their standards. Service is kind and quick!

This dominos pizza is always good, fast delivery time too. I regularly order from here.

Stood there for 10 minutes nobody around. So walked across the street to PizzaHut. Guess dominos is out to lunch.

The customer service ethics in this Dominos is terrible. Even the basics like greeting a customer in is non-​existent. I find this rude and very impolite.
I came in earlier today to pick-​up an online carryout, walked in and stood in front of the counter. As soon as I stood there, I overheard them complaining about something and the lady Carmen was just a few feet away from the counter looking pre-​occupied, angry and upset and then blurted «Hey, I’m just doing my job what I think it’s right… blah, blah, blah» and I stood there like I wasn’t there at all for like a good 2 – 3 minutes. She didn’t look at me, no word, no greeting, no nothing!
Mind you, there were three of them (Carmen, one chubby Asian and the Caucasian delivery guy) when I came in. none of them even bothered to approach me until I asked the Asian guy that I came in for pick-​up. He said «You’ll have to wait for her (Carmen) to finish». Okay, so I sat there waiting for maybe a minute or two… but no it was for a good 4 minutes till I said this is far too long.
Then after I approached the counter again, «clearing my throat» to get their attention and only then that Carmen stared at me… still not a word came out from this lady, then I said” Would you like me to come back for my order at another time”. She said «Oh, you’ll have to wait a few more minutes for your 2 mediums.». I said «What 2 mediums. I’m here for the one large pizza sitting on the rack for 10 or so minutes now «She said «Oh, I thought your order is for the 2 mediums.» I said «Miss, how do you know you thought my order was the 2 pizzas when you did even noticed me come in… you didn’t asked me, no word nor greeting from you or the other guy nor anything asking about what I came in for?!»
Without wasting anymore time and avoiding further frustration, I just paid the balance of my order and left…
Avoid doing business with this branch. do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration and the long waits (for pickup) and go to the other Dominos at Las Tunas/​Temple City instead for the next nearest branch… that’s where I’m bringing my business.

Say no to oven baked sandwiches. The bread is pizza dough shaped into the form of a sub roll. The fillers well… you guessed it… all the parts of a pizza shoved into sandwich form. Chicken parm, sausage, etc… Brilliant really. They don’t have to buy new raw material, they’ve just reshaped or restuffed things into sandwich form. I’m ashamed to admit I actually ordered this… but I was hungry, lazy and desperate.
So, unless you like pizzas in the shape of a sub sandwich, stay away. To me it’s like eating roast chicken in the shape of a fish. ew
