You make an order and then they tell you that they ran out and don’t have it. Jasmine, the manager, should tell her staff, what they don’t have and what they have when for wing flavors. She obviously doesn’t keep her people in the loop, or talk to them. Never coming back here again. It’s the worse, and then they charge you for the dips. Hello! Everyone else doesn’t charge. Get your shit together.

ALWAYS LATE! Can’t even order online because it’ll take an hour or longer, and if you call they WILL BE late. The other night the wait was 1 hour!!! On a Sunday night at 10:30!!! As if they really get that many orders on a late Sunday night! Even though I live closer to the better pizza Hut on Rosemead I’m FORCED to order from here! Pizzas are usually under cooked, I got waffle fries they were so over cooked they were hard and not edible

Again, ordered 13 Pizza’s even Gluten Free! Yes Gluten Free! And it came at the exact time I asked for it to be Delivered. If you’re going to order Delivery here ask for my favorite Mikey! He is a DOLL! Incredibly courteous, couldn’t be any more helpful if there was a way. I hope I get him all the time and if I have to order from another location I hope they can dispatch him. He really cares and should be promoted! I am very big on Customer Service and he is by far the best.

I order a dinner box it took them 1 hour to deliver my pizza… The PIZZA WAS COLD!!! Then they missed the dipping sauce and dipping for the cinnamon sticks, I called and she (manager) said they will send them right away. 15 min passed and I didn’t get anything I called and a guy answers. He said I had to wait if I wanted them… I waited 15 more minutes and nothing. I called and ordered to speak with the manager she said the same thing. That there’s no other driver and if I wanted my dippings to eat with my (cold pizza) that I had to WAIT! I’m NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM! Changing to Papa Johns and Dominos!!! Bye Pizza Hut!

Ordered online for carryout. Went to pick it up about 30 minutes after the «it should be ready in about 15 minutes» message. (I went to the 168 Market to get some things before) When I went to pay, the guy charged me and said «it’ll be ready soon» even though it’s been a full 45 minutes after I placed the order.
I stood around and waited and saw the asian guy who took my order disappear in the back for 5 minutes then walk out to the oven. He took the pizza out of the oven and picked a piece of topping off the freshly baked pizza and shoved it in his mouth… pretty. frickin. disgusting.
After he did that, he cut the pizza and quickly looked over to me; yep dude, I saw you eat a topping with your bare hand off a customer’s pizza order… Then after finishing boxing the 2 pizzas he pulled out, he walks over to the area where the pizza bags are, pulls out my 2 already-​baked pizzas, and hands them to me like nothing happened. What the hell? Why did you take your sweet time to give me my pizzas when they were sitting in those damn heat bags for so long already? If you had given it to me, I wouldn’t have seen you disgustingly eat a topping off a customer’s pizza (sorry customer that received that tainted pizza, I feel for you)…

Me and my boyfriend used to love ordering Pizza Hut for delivery… But the quality has deteriorated by a lot. It’s quite sad because now he wants to switch over to Domino’s !
I used to be obsessed with stuffed crust, that’s the only crust I would get. I don’t know what happened, but it doesn’t have that orgasmic taste as it did before. After we’re like, Mehh about stuffed crust, we decided to just get the garlic bread crust. The flavor tastes like garlic but the crust itself wasn’t crunchy.
The whole entire crust on the pizza is flat as well, like on the bottom. A pizza is suppose to be fluffed up and thick. when you pull the pizza apart, cheese is suppose to be hanging from the other pieces. Did that happen? Nope! The pizza just kinda fell apart as well when you picked up a slice, it didn’t stay in its original form. It just didn’t seem fresh when it was delivered. It felt like I was eating refrigerated pizza.

So the guy who delivers my pizza and wings got the order wrong, so he went back to get a new one, and asked for the pizza and wings he messed up on back, after we had tried them and saw they are wrong… he was so rude when he found out that the pizza and wings had been tried and put the blame on me like it was my fault when HE got the order wrong. I will never order from them again.

With Pizza Hut, I just get in and get out. I know what I’m expecting when I get there and what I expect when I leave. What I expect is to tell them my order, get my order, and then pay for it. The staff does seem to be lifeless and there have been occasions where I had to take initiatives to get napkins, pepper, and extra cheese. If more energy and pro-​activeness were injected that will go a long way.

This is the WORST pizza hut service ever! I had to pick up carry out (my sister had ordered) and this lady at the cashier had ask me for my name and i told her and she jus cashed me out without repeating the order so i assumed everything was there.
After coming home my sister had told me they forgot to give us one of the order so we gave them a call and this man answered then got transferred to this lady who then spoke to us and OMG there was no sorry or anything she straight up bluntly spoke to us and said «what do you want me to do about it?» Wow what kind of response is that?
We had went back and picked it up and she was so bitchy to us!!! No sorry or apologies… it was a tuesday night not busy or anything too wow… just shocked

They were so polite to me and got my order delivered right away! While the one on live oak said they ran out of pizza, was rude and would not deliver to my house even though I live a mile away! Thanks Tommy for being so awesome!

For a Pizza Hut/​WingStreet, this place has been just fine in my experience.
I’ve always placed my pizza/​wing orders online and pay with a credit card in-​store. Typically there are also some discount coupon codes available if you just Google «Pizza Hut Coupons.» They’ve always worked without fail on my orders.
The count-​down until order readiness is useful and pretty accurate. There are 2 dedicated temporary parking spots for Carry-​Out customers. The staff has always been friendly when I arrive.
I think they really need to get much better blue cheese dressing for their wings. Also, they ought to offer carrot/​celery sticks as an optional side. Their «spicy» is –in my friend’s and my opinion– indeed spicy, which is a pleasant surprise.

ORDER: Deep dish pizzas (large 4-​toppings and medium 3-​toppings), 48-​chicken wings (traditional bone-​in buffalo medium), 2 marinara sauces
TOTAL: Order + Delivery fees $ 4 + Tip $ 5 = $ 75
TIP: If you’re ordering online, just do a quick Google search for coupon codes. I saved $ 12 just by applying a promotion code at the end of my checkout. (It’s good practice for any online ordering too, just for future references.)
NOTE: Delivery is CASH ONLY? Although pick up will probably be better quality control than delivery.
GOOD:
+ Food: Pretty standard Pizza Hut stuff. Whenever I’m in the mood for quick and easy, I turn to Pizza Hut. (If you don’t already know this about me: I. Love. Pizza. Probably than a Ninja Turtle.) They also have a naked chicken wing option that my boyfriend really likes.
+ Service: They’re quick. When I picked up my order, I was in and out in two shakes. When they delivered, they were within the 30-​minute time frame.
+ Price: Standard for Pizza Hut.
+ Parking: There’s street parking, but it’s a pretty busy street. Good for in-​and-​out pick-​up.
BAD:
— Food: They forgot the little plastic fork/​table thing so my pizza got squished and all my cheese got stuck to the cardboard lid. I still ate it though. Because I love cheese. xD
— Atmosphere: Not a place to sit and eat, and upon first glance it looks a little dingy/​messy.
— Service: I didn’t really experience anything too negative or crazy. A few people were standing around and just chit-​chatting when I went to go pick up with them before, but hey – they’re just people too. But just skimming over other Unilocalers’ reviews I guess they’re not always very nice people?
— Parking: I didn’t notice a huge lot or simple entry-​way for cars, but then again I was just in-​and-​out.
OVERALL: After glancing over some of the other Unilocalers’ comments, I’m surprised the head honchos at Pizza Hut isn’t really doing something about it like changing up management or something? But then again, if they make money I guess the bigger corporate peoples wouldn’t care? Unfortunate. :1

Awwwww man, it hurts to write this review. I was really rocking with these guys for a good minute but sadly, they’ve failed.

They had a semi consistent skill delivering decent pizza to my house. The key to this success was making sure it was delivered HOT. A HOT PIZZA. The last 2 pizzas i ordered from these clowns have been luke warm and in some spots on the pizza, Cold. I dont know if they arent carrying warming bags when they deliver or what but these guys are delivering NON HOT PIZZA. The first time? I didnt trip. I was like hey, happens to the best of um and i still gave buddy a 2 dollar tip. THE NEXT TIME? He hands me the pizza and im feeling the bottom, not getting that, hot sensation that tells me to put the box down. I didnt put the warning signs together to complain right there. I gave him a 2 dollar tip, opened the door and pow, another luke warm pizza.
Hey mistakes happen so i called them to report the issue hoping with that excellent customer service they’d comp me a free pizza to apologize for this travesty, considering how much pizza ive bought from them. NOPE, they didnt say sorry, talking about how the delivery guy basically packs his car with pizzas and does alot of deliveries. OOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooo, so because you wanna be greedy and do as many deliveries in one trip as possible? I have to settle for the cold ass pizza that you now refuse to compensate me for? 1 Large pizza are you crazy?
DONE with these clowns. Its for the best though. One less thing to get in the way of my workout. So dissapointing.

Business lesson. When you’re wrong, and you care about keeping customers AKA EARNING MONEY, especially customers that you know are PIZZAHOLICS. Customers that you know just by seeing their phone number pop up on the screen, make it up to them when you treat them wrong. Thats probably a thousand dollars this pizza hut will now lose from now till this time next year, plus whoever may be influenced by this review, because you didnt want to COMP A COLD ASS PIZZA, are you SERIOUS??? Step your Freaking GAME UP!

So I ordered for delivery and specifically asked for pepper and cheese bags. Then when they came to deliver the pizza he forgot to bring them… augh they said it will take them 30 mins to deliver and yet it took longer. Obviously the pizza also tasted like shit.

Tried placing an order for delivery today and for starters, the young man I spoke to was very incompetent. I was on the phone with him for what seemed like forever. He even told me he’s «not allowed to do anything» and had to ask his manager about a couple very simple questions I had.
My main issue is that apparently this location has the policy that you can’t pay with a card for delivery unless you’ve used it at their location before. So if you’ve ordered here in the past and lost your card, you’re out of luck. Cash only if you want it delivered. The manager said they’re not connected to the same system as other Pizza Huts therfore they operate differently. Whatever. I wasn’t even told this before hand. After spending forever to order, I asked about paying with a card because there was no mention of it. And that’s when this nonsense was mentioned. Then I was told I could come in and place my order if I wanted to use a card. Uh, yeah right. I wasted about an hour to order pizza I didn’t even want. No thanks. Went to Papa John’s instead.
I also would have placed my order online but the website was being difficult. Too much of a hassle for mediocre pizza.

So I haven’t had Pizza Hut in about 5 years because I found the amount of grease you find under the pizza disgustingly unhealthy. AND the only reason I came on this particular day was because I happened to leave a plastic tupperware cover in the oven as I was preparing dinner… Genius right? Needless to say, the fumes weren’t doing too good for my lungs…
I ordered off the website for carryout and found the layout very easy as I’ve never used it before. I ordered one of the promotional deals for a large hand tossed pizza which was only $ 10 for any combination. I picked half as the super supreme and half as the chicken supreme. The estimated wait time was about 15 minutes which wasn’t too bad either…
However, the experience at the location was pretty abysmal. Although there was a ringer when you enter the building, nobody came out to check on me. Most of the workers don’t speak english very well and it was hard to wave one down from the back preparation area. It was really just a cash handoff and that was it. The cashier quickly retreated to the back before I had a chance to ask for red pepper/​cheese and plates. Yea… wasn’t too fun.
The pizza was actually not too bad as the their new hand tossed pizza is similar to old fashioned pizza without the excess oil. More like a Papa Johns style. The ingredients were decent and covered a good amount of the pie. It’s by no means one of the best pizzas I’ve had but it served its purpose for a failed dinner.

I just had the tastiest pizza at Pizza Hut. It’s crazy I know, but I grew up eating a lot of Pizza Hut pizza because my brother worked as a Pizza Delivery guy in his younger years. I also grew up watching a lot of TMNT and I would always pretended that I was a teenage ninja every time I take a bite into a slice of pizza because «It’s Pizza Time»! Yeah!!!
Toppings are roughly $ 1 each without this coupon code, so if the code lets me have any size with any # of toppings, I am definitely going to take advantage of it!
I ordered a LARGE Pan Pizza with pepperoni, ham, italian sausages, bacon, onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, and pineapples x2! I absolutely loved every single topping on my pizza. Definitely one of the tastiest pizza that I’ve tried so far.

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for awhile now, and I feel like their food quality has been quite steady. The prices are expensive if you don’t use their coupons or deals. Pizza Hut used to be on top of the pizza chain, but Domino’s has been moving up, and Pizza Hut hasn’t been picking up the slack.
My sister usually gets the personal pan sized pizza here. We ordered by phone and the man never told us that there was an option of having three toppings. We have been getting pepperoni for a long time. Apparently you can get three toppings for the same price!
There are some cashiers who are nicer than others. Some only care about socializing and finishing up their conversation before getting to you. Others are much nicer and cater to the customer.
