I luv KFC but this location don’t even honor their own coupon. Walked out empty handed, EPL here I come!

Ordered an eight piece bucket and when I took it home there was only six pieces of chicken in it. The rest of the chicken was overcooked. I was the only customer in the place. I should’ve taken a clue and left before ordering.

I have spent within the last few weeks about $ 350 at this location. The customer service always horrible with the non Asian employees, the non Asian ladies have always been rude. It never phased me since it was just drove thru, but when the manager informed me I was not able to use the survey coupon per 1 survey limit per month. That pissed me off since I placed the order with other items not just a soda for the free go cup. Also there is a note indication one coupon per visit not per month. When I informed the women At the drive through that’s fine I still want my order she had to tell the manager I still wanted my order and she then wrote on my new receipt so I wouldn’t be able to do the survey. That was annoying and lead me to write this review. Il go to another KFC. The manager really shouldn’t be a manager, since all she does is piss people off. Based on all the other reviews looks like other agree this location sucks

I used to go to a KFC closer to home where I was always treated well but for whatever reason that one closed down so I started to stop at this location on my way home from work and the shitty service at this location will make me never go to another KFC anywhere ever again. The only reason I ever went to KFC at all is because I really like the hot wings. This location NEVER has wings ready when you order them. I’ve asked repeatedly why. The menu has the maximum order of wings as a 10 piece so there should always be at least 10 cooked wings at all times or they should pull it off the menu and not sell them anymore. I can understand if someone wants more than 10 wings having to wait but when they offer a 10 piece there should always be at least that many wings ready. If they don’t sell and reach the maximum time than they can be donated to the homeless. This particular day I had to wait in a long line because there was only one guy working the counter and expediting his orders while there were at least 5 other employees there ignoring us so I was already really annoyed with that. While I was waiting for my wings to cook I filled out the survey on the website listed on the receipt and put on there why I was so unhappy. Today the manager of that location called me and was extremely rude. I was trying to talk and she was talking over me and she said they were not going to change that at all… no discussion or compromise… just really nasty so I hung up on realizing she was wasting both of our time at that point. I’m so angry this is the first time I’ve ever used profanity in my reviews but FUCK YOU KFC… if this is the kind of people you want representing your company no KFC will ever get another penny from me. There are plenty of other companies to choose from out there.

The reviews before werenquite bad, but we tried, as we were hungry. In fact the food was totally ok, the restaurant was clean, also restrooms. The staff was ok, too. The store itself could be a little bit nicer inside, it’s quite old and not very cosy, but for a quick meal it’s totally ok.

Some KFCs are pretty good, this one is the worst. Dry chicken all the time. Had my change given incorrectly to me probably about 3 times. I start to wonder if it is on purpose. Nothing great to say about service.

We got the 2.99 special and the guy at the window asked if we wanted butter and honey for our biscuits and then forgot to give us biscuits! I am so upset. The only reason we went there was because of their biscuits. Now we are at home and heartbroken with tons of butter and honey and NO. BISCUITS. Never going back again.

Save yourself from disappointment and dirtiness and go somewhere else. Some days ago my husband, my two sons and me walked to KFC to enjoy some dinner out. Unfortunately my hubby forgot his wallet and wanted to go home pick it up though I just wanted home then. Ok, he made the effort to get it, while I was waiting with my little one there. They had two guests, so not too much business but the tables and floor were nasty greasy and dirty, one reason I just wanted to leave after the incident I mentioned above. Well, then when we were ready to order I just got enough. We wanted three thigh and leg meals, original! «We don’t have thighs original, is crunchy ok? Yes it is! Oh we also don’t have crunchy thighs anymore is two legs per meal ok?» Great, we paid for THIGH AND LEG and just got 2 crummy legs/​meal and nothing more than a sorry to make it up. I mean common, an extra biscuit or 2 wouldn’t have hurt since she got us the cheapest parts while we paid for better. I had enough by then and let her know it. The food it self: the legs were soaking wet oily, no crunchiness at all, like they were in the heater for HOURS! The biscuits were also dry and tasteless, tasting just old, and ok I guess with mashed potatoes and coleslaw you can’t mess up too much.

Don’t go through the drive-​thru on a Friday evening, you might have to wait 45 minutes for your food. Not good when you have hungry people to feed at home.

My friend ordered food. It came to $ 8. Her friend’s mother gave the cashier a $ 20.
And then he asked for an extra $ 2. Not knowing why he wanted more money, we gave him the $ 2.
We waited for the change. There was no change.
We asked why there was no change. He said that we gave him exact cash.
If you read the beginning of this review, YOU KNOW WE DID NOT GIVE HIM EXACT CASH.
We argued with him. We knew we gave him $ 22.
He argued back. We wanted to speak to the manager.
He was the manager. We agreed that we would give back the food so that we can leave and get our money back.
We gave him the food. He gave us a $ 20.
Why would you give us a $ 20 if we paid you with exact cash?
Also, who the hell made you manager?
We should’ve gone back for the other two dollars.
We also should’ve flipped every table and squirted your stupid ketchup packets on the floor for you to clean up after.
You’re an asshole, Mr. Manager. I hope you work in that KFC for the rest of your days.
I’m buying my chicken bowls elsewhere now.

KFC is, well, KFC. I can’t really recommend it but when the gf has a craving, let’s just say it’s better to give in… lol.
I went in for a togo order and ordered their 12 pc chicken promo for $ 19.99 that comes with two large sides of mashed potatoes, coleslaw, 6 biscuits, and a half gallon of tea, though I just asked to fill it with diet coke and they were cool wid it.
I haven’t had KFC in like 8 – 9 years but I remember it being… better. I wasn’t in exactly the best of shape at the time so yea… maybe I my standards were lower. I ordered the bucket split between half extra crispy and half grilled. I’ve heard a lot on tv about the grilled chicken and I would’ve like to try it but they gave me original and extra crispy instead.
The whole experience essentially takes my cheat day and throws it all into one meal… sigh. I mean yea there’s protein but so much grease. Chicken was pretty moist but was super dry when I reheated it the next day; better to eat it cold. The mashed potatoes tasted like potato powder mix and the cole slaw was super sweet.

Not what KFC used to taste like to me. The chicken is pretty plentiful– recommend it extra crispy. However, it just doesn’t taste the same as it used to. Perhaps it’s because they’ve taken out all of their secret ingredients that are unhealthy. Not sure. But the sides like the mashed potatoes, corn and biscuit tasted just average to me. Drive through is convenient. KFC needs a re-​vamp. Otherwise, I don’t see how they could stay in business.

The drive thu audio was hard to hear. The lady behind the drive thu gave me an overfilling soda cup. I thought she would clean it but she didn’t. Very rude. The monday special is good 2.99 of 2 leg and thigh with one mash potato and gravy and biscuit.

I went for the current $ 20 deal for 12 pieces of chicken, 2 family size mash potato sides, coleslaw, 6 biscuits, and a half gallon tea. I thought it was a great deal and everything was pretty good for the price. As for me trying to be healthy, it’s definitely not! However, the taste was pretty good. My boyfriend says he doesn’t like the grilled chicken. Besides the deal, I think their chicken is pretty expensive. I’ll only go when there is deal.

It’s a KFC, You know what you’re getting. But there are a lot of old people there around noon on weekdays. Mainly just old white people. I usually just order and take it out. Don’t want any old people ruining my food!

So what do you if your craving fried chicken and you only have around 30 minutes to go and do it. I would say KFC… So I came here with two of my friends the other day and it wasn’t at all packed.
But there was a guy that was getting trained and I think he wasn’t doing so well so the trainer had to keep lecturing him and talking to him. So really he wasn’t paying that much attention to the people inside.
The food wasn’t really that good. The chicken strips were small and the batter wasn’t at all crispy and tasted kind of funny. Wasn’t the best experience I have ever had at a KFC. but I guess you can’t really expect much!
But if you have coupons for it and your on a budget this would be a good place for you to come. If you don’t have coupons it is kind of expensive!
