What a horrible lady!
Maureen is extremely rude and cocky.
She thinks she knows everything and wont’ even listen to what kind of alterations you want.
Even worse, she forces you to pay everything up front. When you go pick it up, she gives you a «take it or leave it» attitude.
Her prices are extremely expensive, and her receipts are not even legitimate.
What a nightmare… there goes my $ 500 suit!

My family has been coming to Maureen for about a decade. This is our go to place for pants alteration. She honestly does quality work even with designer pants. She even makes sure that the thread matches or is at least really close. Her prices are good for the quality. I think it’s around $ 10 or less for pants alteration. For difficult matching zipper alterations, (my dad had a really strange pair of pants hahha) and it was only $ 12. We usually drop off our pants, go shopping or eat and it’s done (usually takes 30 – 40 min). She’s located on the second floor of the focus department store in the corner.
