Great Clips

This is our family’s new favorite place to get our hair cuts! We were needing a quick hair cut for my daughter so we were on our way to the Hemet location (love them too!) but I called ahead just to see how long the wait was and they said it would be about 10 or so minutes (not bad at all, but I had all three of my little ones and waiting in a small area would not have been fun) so I decided to check out this location instead and see if we might have better luck there and we did!
Not only were we seen just a few minutes after walking in but they also had a children’s play table! That kept my three little ones busy for the few minutes we had to wait. Just what we needed. I was able to get both of my girls’ hair cuts and my son kept busy by the play table. They were very kind and sweet to my girls and did a wonderful job on their hair!
The space itself was much bigger than the one in Hemet (at least it appeared that way to me) and they had a lot more stations. If I remember correctly they also had a computerized wait list that is visible to all in the waiting area so you can clearly see how many are in front of you and where you are on the list. We weren’t waiting long so I didn’t really need to look at it. They also have an online/​app check in. Not 100% sure how it works since I normally just walk in but might be something someone wants to look into to get your name on the wait list (or check in for appointments?) before you arrive.
We also left with two $ 4 off «coupons» (I believe they come on all receipts) for the next hair cuts! Will be coming back for sure!

I went to great clips for my haircut about a month ago. The place looked nice and clean inside. When I got my haircut, it looked great! The lady was very nice, polite, and very professional. It was a perfect place for a haircut

I went here as referral from a friend! I had hair all the way down my back about half way! I asked the lady for two inches off and long layers! She took about two inches off but hacked at my layers! She then sent me home with my hair still wet so I did not see the full botch job until the next day!
Because of her terrible hair cutting skills I had to take my hair all the way up to my shoulders! I will NEVER go there again even if someone tried to pay me to! Be very careful because when my friend (who referred me) called for me to try and complain the girl who answered the phone said the manager wasn’t there and she did not deal with complaints! WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER
