Wendy’s

I went through drive– thru. It was fast service. Good customer service. Clean store. No complain.

Great food. Always fresh, and hot. Great customer service. I ordered the spicy chicken, my wife got the salad, and my kids got the nugget meals. All the order was present, and very delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant over the other Wendy’s in hemet. The dining area is also kept very clean. For some reason their fountain drinks seem to taste better as well. And the fresh lemonades are actually fresh, they make sure to fully get your order, and offer condiments at the window. Exactly what a fast food restaurant should be. Thanks Wendy’s in san jacinto.

So I am writing this review very disappointed that I have to give 1 star.
If you know me as a young girl my favorite place to get a burger was Wendy’s. This was before this valley had a Wendy’s and we had to go «out of town». I loved how juicy the patty was and it would run down your hand. It was always fresh and hot and the fries where good. About oh may 6 – 10 years ago something changes and I am sorry to say I am not longer a fan of Wendy’s. This being said both of our location are horrible. I will add a picture of what they served me and it’s horrible that someone wouldn’t say don’t serve that.
Also I did a review with Wendy’s customer service and it said Someone would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours !!! No one contacted me ! Poor service poor food equals a lost customer for life. I had spent so much with Wendy’s over the years and it is sad to me they don’t care.

Food is good… parking me when i go thru a drive thru is bad and drops your rating. Gonna be a while before I come back

Overall, good chain. VERY quick, I usually have my order by the time I get to the window. A couple of times I have gotten something wrong on my order but the management is fantastic, very friendly, and replaced the order on my next visit. I would normally be very irritated and not go back after more than one instance, but they are very fast, very friendly, and when a mistake does occasionally happen, they fix it. Happy customer.
BTW– They have THE best salads of any of the fast food chains, even better than some sit down restaurants I have been to

forget about going to the hemet location, their «hot n juicy» is warm and dry! what a joke! take your money and go to in-​n-​out

This is a good Wendy’s. Its newer and usually the service is quick.

Wendy’s is like any other Wendy’s, but sometimes we get the lazy cashier that hate their job or it not polite, I had a good cashier that was friendly, I like good customer service because it makes the eating experience fun. I went in for their Wild Berry Tea, it was yum, all natural and of course the chili, my favorite topped with onion and cheese.

man besides having the regular wendy’s menu, the chili is pretty good here the food is always fresh, very clean establishment great people attitude and what amazes me all the time with htis particular Wendys is the speed going through the drive thru i swear from the time i place my order when i get to the window the girl is handing out my order in and out in less than 3 minutes thats what i call amazing service greatjob, Wendys oh and by the way i own a couple of Wendy’s stocks as well thanks.
