El Pollo Loco

The manager should be ashamed of themselves. Selling chicken like that. We had 3 dinners the chicken was old and cold. I think it was day made the day before. The only thing warm was the flour tortillas. I had this happen before. Will never go back. If do eat there check your order before you leave. Even your side dishes. They don’t deserve any stars yuck!

This place is good but there is hardly any chicken on the leg and thigh. If you go you can order the the chicken but I don’t recommend it. The service is great. The mc cheese is very good to.

I go through the drive through, and first the guy taking the order asks for me to repeat myself because he can’t hear me. Never a please or anything. So the order is repeated 3 more times and still, it is not taken correctly. Still without any please or an apology I’m ask to pull forward to the window because «there’s a communication error.» Already annoyed I pull forward and the manager is at the window repeats the order back, and and collects the money. So she heard the order, what was wrong with the original guy taking the order? She then comes back and tells us we have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. But then the cooks tell her that they have the chicken. So I pull forward and wait in the lot for my order. The guy that originally tried to take my order brings my food out. Now before I left the window I was asked if I wanted salsa. I said yes the red and the green. But, when b the food comes out there is no salsa. I say say something about it, and this little boy gets an attitude again and tells me its in the salsa bar and I can go in and get it. I said we told you guys we wanted red and green. So, still with the attutude he goes in and comes right back out with the salsa and says «nobody told me.» By this time I’m disgusted and dont even want to deal with the fact I did not get a receipt.
I am so dissatisfied with the service and the flour tortillas were hard. Just awful, if you dont want to deal with all types of people dont work in the service industry. I did nothing so an attitude was not necessary. Like ive been saying…“WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The food was great but the customer service well let’s just say I might as well been talking to a toad.

The place had a bunch of flies on there. I could only imagine what it’s like in the kitchen. Horrible. Never eating there again.

Infested with flies. Very disgusting. I will never eat here again this is the third time been there and the flies are everywhere every time.

The manager Maria Moreno did not want to take my mother’s coupon and actually argued with my mother and threw away our food that was already served to us because she did not want to validate the coupon. After, my mother exchanged words with with Maria for her unprofessional behavior towards us and Maria Moreno said «I never want to see your face in this location again». I’m not sure how El Pollo loco allows this behavior towards customers. That was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. We will not be coming back

Customer service is horrible this location management never get back when you call to let them know about the service and check your orders before you leave they will mess up and they do not know what avocado salsa is. The staff thinks it’s pico de gallo… Never go to this location!!! Don’t waste your money there!!!

When the Fam gets hungry and we don’t want to go cook something at home cuz we are a little impatient this pollo loco has not let me down. The family packs are awesome, their sides are good, and their salsa is the bomb. If I could I would get these family packs every time I had to cook.

The food is good but there is something about this location that every time I come here past 5pm it takes hrs to just place an order when you go inside. They should seriously invest in a better night time crew that actually knows what they are doing. People walk out all the time while waiting in line because the customer service is poor and they don’t even take the time to acknowledge the people waiting in line, all they care about is the drive up. Ridiculous!!!

This particular location is clean and fast. No waiting, and they don’t water down their salsa like most other locations.

This location is terrible. especially the management. If you call ahead for the the hours don’t count on it staying open for those hours. They want to leave early so they will not make the food you want. I have never had to give a place such a negative review but it sucked. I have eaten at this location two times before and it seems like everyone there is incapable of proper customer service. Don’t waste your time.

The chicken is well cooked they have delicious pico de gallo and this habanero sauce you could pour on your chicken
