I have been AAA member for 5 years. They cancelled my car insurance without any email, phone or paper notification because my DL was expired this month. This was fine. When we went to this branch to renew our insurance, the agent was so rude. She couldn’t give us the old price because we have a new DL which just been renewed. She said «You just got your license here in the United States. Do you have any proof of feign license for the past 4 years? I need to show proof you had a license in the USA for more than 18 months. You and your wife were lucky as we didn’t catch it till now.» I felt so ridiculous. Who does keep the expired DL all the time. We brought AAA car insurance for years. Don’t they have a record? Her voice sounds like we were cheating for the insurance quote. The new price she provided to us is almost $ 800 higher than the previous one.

Hoping this is the AAA that provided us with service today.
They were able to arrive at our car within 5 minutes of calling them.
The mechanic Fabian did an excellent job, changing our flat tire within minutes.
Couldn’t ask for better service.

I recently purchase a used vehicle and kept hesitating about going to DMV to switch title because of the long wait, I forgot AAA offered DMV services, finally came in to this locations I was in at 11:54am and came out with the vehicle now under my name at 12:03pm could not have gotten any better.
I have my Auto and home insurance here and they are awesome, I have looked for better rates and they can’t beat AAA.
As far as this location goes it is super clean, friendly staff, they offer mechanic services with Über driver to take you back within a 5 mile radius, doesn’t get any better than this.

The service here was mediocre. Being a AAA member for 15 years, I was quite disappointed. Not only were they incompetent and unwilling to help, the worst part was how condescending they were.

I tried several times to call this location and I’ve never been able to get somebody to answer the phone. I also left several messages and over the past couple weeks and I have yet to receive a call back. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Can’t get a hold of anyone. I called and left message, no return call. I just wanted to ask a few quick questions… I ended up going there and wasting my time since they wouldn’t see me the discount tickets because I don’t have towing membership… well, what about the house and car insurance that I have. If someone were to pick up my call, then I wouldn’t have to waste my time to go there.

I came here to purchase an auto insurance policy for my Mom on a Saturday afternoon. I was informed they had a skeleton crew and that the wait would be 30 minutes, which we didn’t mind waiting for. Rohini ended up being our insurance salesperson. Every question I had was met with a condescending attitude and frustration. Eventually, after she said, «Come on people, I have other guests,» we decided to take our business elsewhere.

No complaints from me. I was very pleasantly surprised about the great help I received here. I read some negative reviews, but I had a different experience. I came in to ask about an incomplete vehicle registration due to evidence of insurance. They took care of it for me and even gave me the registration sticker right then. Saved me a trip to the DMV!
I then saw an agent about renters insurance. She was very friendly and walked me through the process very efficiently and was friendly throughout.
Very happy with my first visit. Saved me a trip to the DMV, provided helpful service, and gave me a free tote bag! Definitely going back in the future.

My husband and I went to AAA today to look into booking a cruise for our upcoming anniversary. Terri Pena was our travel agent who helped us out. She was so informative about the different cruise lines and where to find the best prices. She was amazing and thought of things we needed that I wouldn’t have even thought about. For example, a shuttle to the airport and a hotel the night before that would provide a free shuttle to the port. It was so easy and hassle free to book everything. Terri was very personable and really had our best interest at heart. I don’t get to travel much, but when I do, I will be visiting Terri again!!!

Their phone # only lists hours and hangs up on you! Being as they are the ONLY AAA in SJ open on a Saturday and no where near where I live (there are 3 offices closer without Sat hours) I would like to speak to a human before committing to the drive over. This is very poor customer service before I have even set foot in the office.

If you are coming here for auto or property insurance, make sure you make an appointment with Damon Yee first, because he is the only agent in this office that will provide decent service. BE AWARE, DON’T EVER GO TO ANY OF THE LADIES, they are just a joke, who don’t know how to treat their customers properly. I have been here couple of times for my auto and home insurance. Only Damon treated me like I am a customer, other agents are either impolite, pushy, not knowledgeable. Especially, one named Melissa, really nasty woman, who tried to argue with me about my billing. They just waste your time and say lots of nonsense to you, rather than help you with your problem.
No doubt why Damon has so many awards in his cube!
I would give this place 5 star for Damon’s excellent service, and –5 star for other agents for their being rude and wasting my time.

Tonight I called the «AAA Emergency Road Service «that was 1 hour ago. They told me that I have to wait 45 mins and I gave them 1 hour. They called me saying the driver is not showing until one more hour. Unbelievable !!!

AAA is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had a claim of vandelizem and I still have yet to get my car repaired. They have the worst customer service the worst supervisors and they try and make you look dumb and stupid. You pay all these premiums every month but when something does happen they do not want to pay or help you out. I will be switching insurance companies and triple AAA will never see me come back to the company. If a car accident does happen god forbid, I wonder what this insurance will put me through if they will even get my car fixed or getting my car replaced No thank you AAA YOU ARE THE WORST

I called and left messages for return call. I did not ever receive a call back. I finally called AAA 800 # and they tried and got no answer. Their voicemail says open Sat from 8 – 5. How does a Company even get reviews that operates like this. I have multiple memberships and Insurances with AAA, I will be changing after all these years, I cannot deal with Dishonesty.
I hope someone pays attention, you cannot run a business like the DMV operates, they are the worst model and you don’t want to model you operation after theirs.

I went to this office this afternoon 4:00 pm. Really really bad service, little patience and will make you feel that any questions from you just wasting her time.
I remember the white lady’s name, but I do not want to put here.
What I need just the policy explanation from her, but she made you feel it’s not her business, buy it or not, depends on yourself, she does not want to explain anything.
At the end, she just close the web, and said she need to serve other customer, I did not see any other customer waiting…(I only take her less then 10 minutes, and ask about 5 questions.)
This terrible experience make understand what is racist for the first time in my life.
Really really terrible. I would change to other auto insurance tomorrow…
Never Use AAA…

I’m not a big fan of this place. Flashback a month ago, and I get my yearly insurance quote and the price has gone up. Apparently my ticket, that I went to traffic school for didn’t clear, so AAA was still reading it up that I had a point on my record. They weren’t very accommodating about it and I drove 5 times back and forth to get that stupid problem fixed. The korean woman who helped me always spoke with an attitude and slight annoyance. After I clear it with the court and DMV, i come to get it requoted. When I go home to look at it again, they sneakily upgraded my original plan and bumped me up to a higher plan, since they knew I wouldn’t notice. Really disgusted that they would do this. Honestly don’t know why I still go here.

These guys are great! I live in Campbell and the AAA there is no longer open on weekends and honestly, I just can’t take time off work to go during the week. I found on Unilocal that this location was so I hopped in the car of Saturday and checked it out.
First of all this location is very large. I wasn’t expecting that all and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very energetic guy who showed me where to go. The gentleman who then helped me with my «situation» was fantastic. Within less than 15 minutes I had taken care of what I needed to and off I went.
It may be a tad far but well worth the drive.

I’ve been with AAA for a while now. I like them. They simplify things and always has something to offer. A few years back they got into discount services for their members much similar to a Groupon or Amazon. So they evolve. No dinosaur here.
Their Road Side Assistance is unpararelled.
This location is huge. Parking right in front for their members. It’s an easy walk in and out for simple things like requesting for maps. Yes they still carry maps. It’s best when you’re thinking of moving to a different state.
Only thing here is they don’t seem to have enough agents. Most of the time it’s only two? Although their service to fix some of your car’s problem is awesome. You can also walk in and pay for your car registration here as opposed to going to the DMV.
I know I’m missing a bunch of other services offered here but I know that if you walk in and ask for a car insurance quote you walk out with a cool gift. A gift that you can actually use.

I came her to take care of some DMV paperwork. David helped me and was very prompt getting me in and out.
On my way out, I inquired about the free Giant’s cooler. i was informed by a gentleman that I would need to inquire for a free quote to obtain the cooler.
I was directed to Monica who is not the brightest star. She was nice but wow, she is not an expert at her job. I asked her to give me a quote on a 2015 car and she said it’s not possible w/​o a VIN. She seriously did not know how to look up a 2015 new car for my quote. I started instructing her and driving the process on which site to find a 2015 VIN. d I could tell she got frustrated and told me to stop touching her mouse. Bless her heart she was trying but boy, she irritated me. I told her to quit looking and I was done with the free quote.
I walked away with my bag and never intend to work with her EVER.
Great for DMV services, bad customer service for insurance quotes.

Great spot for the AAA. Not overly crowded, good parking, excellent mechanics and customer service. Plenty of restaurants to walk to while getting work done on your car.
Friendly customer service. Makes me happy to be a member.

I went here on their Grand Opening day so service fast and swift. The employees were nice and approachable. Parking was easy since i was there in the morning.
The service station for the cars was big and the equipment is updated.
