I bought two garden fountains from this place and I’m very happy with my purchase. I got two beautiful solid-​stone fountains for the price just a little more than what would have paid for the fountains made of cheap synthetic materials available at places like Home Depot. For the second fountain, I noticed that it was missing hollow space to place the pump, so I went back to the store. The owner gave me an add-​on piece to correct this at no charge, no question asked. He is a smart business man.

I was driving down Senter Road with intention to make a lane change. As soon as I signal, a commercial truck speeds up to completely block my lane change. My girlfriend took a photo so I could contact the owner of the company and complain about their driving. But the first thing I found on the company were these 1-​star reviews. Why am I not surprised?

Way overpriced and zero customer skills. Why would I ever go back?

If you were ever in the market for a large white statue of Buddha or Mary or Christ then this is your place. Large pots, fountains and random other «garden» accessories (like those giant purple clear rocks with the ugly shell) fill the store and the outside of this place. It is an obstacle course to make your way through, but there is selection and it is in town which is an added bonus. Delivery is available.

Be very careful doing business with this place. I went in to buy $ 1000 worth of fountain rocks and misc. The guy who works there named Chris Thanh Nguyen. He may be the owner. He made me put down 30%. When I changed my mind about the rocks, I called him back immediately and wanted to cancel the order. The rocks are still at his store. He was very persistent about keeping my $ 310 deposit. He said that is his store policy, to charge 30% on any change in order. He said that is written on the back of the receipt. There is no such thing. I looked at my receipt and there was nothing about the a 30% charge for changing mind. I was willing to give them something but not 30%. He would have nothing to do with that. He wanted the entire 30%, no bending whatsoever.
First of all, he wasn’t friendly or helpful when I went in. Now, he showed that he is extremely inflexible. Not a place I would ever do business with again or would recommend anyone to go there. Their products are even on the pricey side.
Nice going, Chris. You just eliminate a would be life-​long customer.
