After dropping in their office today I thought it’s about time I give my two cents on this company. I hired them a few months ago to deal with a situation involving my biological father’s arrest. Our goal was to get him released early so he could contest the bogus charges he was facing and after doing some digging bad boys seemed like the most reasonable choice. My reasons stem from them having a very strong association with the community around San Jose including a strong history with the area itself. After calling in to gather information I was impressed with how friendly and informative staff at the san jose office was, and in particular how they went out their way to make sure everything would go as quickly as possible. After going over some paperwork, payment info, and other legalities I asked if they could give me a call once bail was posted. Maybe four or five hours after I left I indeed received a phone call from their office letting me know he had been released and was outside waiting for a ride home. I’m still very thankful for the kindness and understanding that Bad Boys has shown me throughout this whole ordeal. As I like to say it’s one of those companies where you hope to never need them, but glad they are there when you do!

My daughter got arrested and she called Bad Boys to help with her bail. Amanda was the representative that was helping us through the process. It seemed to me once my daughter called them they took complete control of the situation and put her mind at ease. By the time I had finally got the message from Amanda at Bad Boys, she was already trying to start the process with another contact my daughter had given them. Even though this contact was in an area with very bad internet, she was patiently making every effort to continue to help my daughter. As soon as I stepped in she very kindly and professionally walked me through the process. Never once did I feel any judgment in fact quite the opposite, Amanda was just so understanding and willing to go the extra mile to get my daughter out of jail. I would highly recommend Bad Boys and as I’m sure the entire staff is just as professional, I feel lucky to have gotten Amanda as our representative through this difficult time. One more note, after everything was said and done my daughter ended getting out on her own and no longer needed the services of Bad Boys. Amanda never once acted frustrated, instead truly seemed happy for us and told us to call Bad Boys ever again if we needed. Amanda and Bad Boys Bail Bonds made a very difficult situation much easier to handle.

I’ve never had to use a bail bonds company before, but thanks to Andrea it wasn’t too complicated. She showed me very clearly what I needed to bring in, where to bring it, how to fill out the various forms, and they managed to get everything processed after around 30 minutes.

Pretty much what happened to Lunita S. Some lazy people there watch out, workers will lie about managers because theybare too lazy to pick up the phone. I called at 9 and they told me noone could open the safe for my collateral. And they will call me at 12 when the executive should be there. Well, check it out, I call at 1230 and they tell me the executive is at lunch. God damn liars. Go across the parking lot there is an alternative bond.

This place is great at taking your money. Getting your collateral back after being exonerated is another story. We called at 9am and we were told that nobody knows how to open the safe, but someone would be in at noon to open it. Then at noon, that person was MIA supposedly on lunch after just arriving to work. Then we find out this lazy af worker didn’t process anything and was holding onto our collateral in am effort to not work. At almost 3pm, she’s just spending the past hour chowing down on fast food.
While waiting, I overheard this worker turn down multiple people calling and asking for quotes. «Oh, Aladin quoted you that? You should go with them.» Like, I get it, you don’t want to work. But then, move out of the way for someone that wants a job. LAZY AF.

The worst, ghettoest company ever. Asked to be removed from an account in which I never even signed any legal papers for. When I was told my number was removed but my name would remain, I asked to have my name removed too, being that I never signed anything and was told «I removed your number, I did enough». And was hung up on. Twice, by two different women. Every time I’ve spoke to a guy about not calling me, they were nothing but professional. The girls are just ghetto little unprofessional hoodrats.

I worked with Mandana and her pleasant and patient approach got me out of an extremely tight spot. She even stayed after work to assist me with my issue. Service was above board and though I hope to never have a need to use these guys again but thanks to her diligence, I know who to go thru if I have too. Thank you so much Mandana!

Mr. jones from the collection department is really professional. Had an issue and now we made our monthly payments cheaper with an advance. Now after putting a chunk down we can keep payments affordable. Which of course makes it easier to pay it

The Bail Bond industry is not one prone to positive reviews. As a criminal defense attorney, I have more reason than most to have contact with bail bondsmen. As such, my review is based on years of experience in dealing with a number of different agencies.
Bad Boys, and in particular Ryan Leary, have successfully strived to make the bail bond process less painful for their clients. The fees charged by Bad Boys to get your loved one out is jail is the lowest in the industry. (Having person arrested by an attorney gets one the best rate.) The premium paid for the bond is a one time premium, while most bail bondsmen charged the premium annually. This means if the defendant’s case last longer than a year, the premium has to be remitted again to maintain the bond.
If someone you know wants out of custody, call Bad Boys and then ask for Ryan to make things happen!

Absolutely great service during a terrible time — the staff was really helpful, responsive, and nice. I was super confused about what to do and what was going on, and everyone was patient and took their time explaining everything. If you end up in a situation where you need this service, I would really recommend them.

There service is good except when you need a refund back there service sucks they lagged on it per contact state 5 – 10 business day so if you expecting your money back back rapidly sit down and wait because it «s not happening. I dont think they have multiple refunds waiting for them to process they just lagged on it becuase to processes a refund only take 5 minutes I been waiting for a week now and call she said it will be done by wednesday there just holding your money because they want, when they could process the refund immediately only takes 5 minutes. Is not like they have hundreds of refunds waiting for them to process or maybe she has other job assisgments and these are the last priorty. This what I think that internally it’s a office rule porcesses the refund until last day, its not a priorty .When I called on Monday they said up to five business day and then she mention but I dont know how long will it take your bank to showed the refund because all bank are diffrent! i new immediately that it was ging to be a promblem becuase I always have refunds and they just slide car and bank shows almost right away is like when you charge your atm is immediately thats why i decided to call back today and said I will like to know when you process my refund so i can call my bank and let them know she said it will process by wednesday then I said I will call back on wednesday to checked if it was done then she said have the who the refund is being issued call me. becuase it’s not your name. obivously se did not like that I was going to keep track and called by wednesday if it was done .she knows she can give me the run around and she cant tell me its being process becuase i will asked her when then call the bank if the bak doesnt not showed that mean it’s not done yet they just lagged… If you think that your bail may not go thru or might need a refund do not go thorught them and if you do sit down and relax drink a pepesi and still wait for your long ways …

I have bailed out through them five times or so. They are expensive, and if you are late on your payments (whether your in jail or not) they freak. Like I said I have bailed out through them before you would think they would cut me a break. There are places that let will let you out for way cheaper. I bailed out through Buffy Sparacino. My bail was 20,000. I paid 1600. 800 down payment no co-​signer. I had a warrant I called him, he found out what it was. We went down to the jail filled out paperwork it took a half hour. Bad boys wanted the full 2g’s. I would have had to go to jail first. But over the years I have gotten some t shirts from them, and they have gotten me out of jail so 2.5 stars. bumped it up to 3.

Theses guys r amazing when you come in and they want your business once the get a hold of you they show there real face they lie to you and make up all this crazy fees that I was never informed about terrible never ever use this people if I could give them a big fat 0 I would If you use them best believe you will regret it I paid a total of about $ 1000.00 that I never new I had to pay be careful beware bad boys bail lives up to there name except they should be bad boys that steal bonds lol

Ok these guys get my vote as the top bail bonds house in The Bay baby! Why? «It’s the commercials stupid.» These guys should get into the film business! I’d love to see the film «Wait Until Your Mama Gets Home!» «…Coming soon to a theater near you.» Oh… and if their commercials are any indication, I’m sure they’re pretty good bail bonds peeps too, though I haven’t had the personal pleasure. 4 duckets for the commercial alone.
