Awesome place
They have really great service. Have never made a mistake on my order. Give me just the right amount of sauce for my tenders. The workers are always nice and enthusiastic. Restaurant is spotless every time I’m in. As well as the drive thru. Not like other fast food chains like McDonalds. GREAT PLACE!

Beware of inaccurate charge, I’ve posted a picture to show the menu item and what I was charged, brought it to their attention, but nothing was done to rectify situation. Menu states 5.99 for supreme sandwich meal, but I was charged 6.99. Not trying to make a big deal over $ 1 difference, but imagine this happening to hundreds if not thousands of customers unless we bring it to their attention.

Went in for breakfast and the lady at the register was extremely rude. When i got ny order it was wrong when briught to her attention she says well its your mistake not my mistake so i cant fix it. And i clearly told her what i wanted. !

drive through messed up on my order, I ordered a three classic chicken crips and they only gave me one, and three bacon cheese burgers and she gave me two. Simply because the drive through lady found my tone of voice «loud». But that’s just the way I speak. I also ordered two SWEET ice teas and they taste way bitter and disgusting. I would’ve went back to complain however, I was in a rush to get back too school. I DO NOT recommend this burger king, I recommend the Burger King by marina foods instead.

So I’m guessing the reason you went to BK was to get some food FAST right… HAHAHA don’t expect that with this shithole burger king. Usually when going to a fast food place, you would expect your food out in at least 2 mins but expect to get your shit in 30 mins at this fuck place. I’m not expecting you to pop out my food in 2 milliseconds, but ordering something like fucking small fries or a fucking vanilla soft serve cone, and having to wait more than 20 minutes is FUCKING INSANE. I highly suggest going to another BK location.
Oh…and one more thing. Whoevers fucking stupidass idea it was to put in that new soda machine needs to do all the customers a favor and take one up the ass bitch! I swear to god that whole 100+ flavors bullshit is making getting a drink so much more stressful than it EVER should be. This is ONE machine people… ONE, and you best believe if some curious douche gets his turn on that machine there would be a damn line out the door just for a drink.

They charged me $ 7.28 for a double whopper. It was my first time at BK, so I thought it was just an expensive burger — but checking online afterwards it seems they overcharged me. To not know your own prices for one of your most standard burgers… does anything else need to be said?

So I ordered delivery today 12÷30÷14 at 5:57 pm and they said it would take 40 to 45 minutes witch wasn’t to bad… so after an hour and a half when I called to complain they said the food was on its way… this BK is only one mile from me… so a half hour later (8pm) I called to cancel. This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Needless to say I’ll NEVER order delivery again and I will no longer go to this BK cause IT SUCKS!!!

Dear district manager, please put someone on the drive through that speaks and understands English. This is the 2^nd experience that I’ve had where they get the order wrong and instead of apologizing, they (Blanca) became defensive and flat out attacked me the customer saying“well you never mentioned you wanted this”.There is nothing that screams customer service like attacking your customers and making them feel unwelcomed due to a mistake that «you» made. English por favor.

.When I got to the window after ordering, employee was chitchatting w/​car in front of me, (maybe for job app) instead of telling car to pull to side. After 5min of waiting I decided to leave since my order was just a Hershey pie and a whopper jr. As I drove pass the window I look at employee to see if She would say anything but all she did was give me a smirk n continue on w/​the convo. Reading Unilocal I understand why I got the treatment. Please DONT be a 24hrs restaurant with such service

Fuck this place always get something wrong in the drive-​through The lady that’s taking orders was talking to three other employees at the same time and got our order wrong and this is the third time it’s happened at this Burger King never going here again you guys should have just stayed close when you guys burn down a couple years back

I really like this Burger King. I’ve been coming here for years!!! Ever since I was a little girl. For fast food it has it’s ups and downs.
Pros:
Quick service
Hot food
Can use multiple coupons
New touch screen soda machine
They deliver now
Cons:
Very dirty dinning room
They don’t stock their soda area well (lack of cup lids, no ice, no straws)
Delivery service takes over an hour vs. the 5 minute drive from my place
Homeless stand near the doors harassing customers
They have problems with their phone. We called several times and it gave us like a dial up tone.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDERS!!! They always mess up on drive thru orders so make sure you check your bag!
All in all I prefer going to this Burger King since it’s easier to drive to from my home. However, I think the one one white or the one on McKee is better.
I recommend if you need a whopper fix ^^

I love going here for a late night snack, but some of the workers can be rude and make your food wrong.
The workers was so lazy that they can’t even put ice in the soda machine

Based on my few visits here, I have to give them 5 stars.
1) I never gotten sick from here (happened more often at Taco Bell and the BK in Sunnyvale off Mathilda/​101)
2) VERY slow in getting your food but very fast during the Drive Thru
3) super accommodating and compromising. no mayonnaise means no mayonnaise (maybe because of my charming smile?)
4) willing to accept more than 1 coupon during each purchase
5) fries was always fresh
My only complaint is with them sweeping the floor while we were eating… can’t they do that after we leave? Oh well, nothing severe to lose a star. They deserve a solid 5-​star.

I’ve been waiting over 3 hours for my order and they still haven’t showed up or even tried calling my number to let me know what’s going on. I don’t recommend this burger king AT ALL. They haven’t picked up any of my calls to their location either. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Last time we ordered for delivery they took 1 hour and 15 minutes and got our order wrong!

I go to Andrew hill, the school that’s right around there and it’s always busy when school comes out! (We get out at 3)
1) service is slow (depending on how many people are in the place) I ordered 2 tacos and it took about 10 minutes, I was also really disappointed on how they made it too. Lettuce was at the bottom and the sauce was everywhere.
2) they recently got that soda machine that has «100+ flavors» they only have one machine so if there’s a lot if people when you go, don’t expect to take your drink and go right away.
3) Also, space is pretty small (once again depending on how many people are there)
They surprisingly don’t have free wifi. Also there’s a Jack in the Box nearby and a taqueria. Just to let you know.
So yea, if your expecting great tacos, don’t go here HAHAHA

Okay– wow. No.
So I received a gift card, or a crown card? $ 20, man, that’s a lot of free food to be pre-​purchased… you’d think so, right?
TOTALLY WRONG.
1) When I had the card, the cashier said that she had to wait for her manager
2) So when it came time to pay, they couldn’t take my payment– confirmed, I still have my $ 20 balance
3) where was the manager? — won’t be back on shift until 6AM– wow!
4) Paid $ 20 of my own money– yes, we were that hungry. LOL
5) Got our bag, should’ve checked, but we believed them when they gave us our bag and said everything is there. LIES
6) Missing Cinnabon 4 piece and Hershey’s pie
Food — The one star is alone for their tacos, I love their tacos more than Jack in the boxes. It’s a penny more, but so worth that whole collar for
rodeo burger– dry, small, onion rings are placed at one half of the burger, half way through you either get the onion finally, or ran out of onion
Alaskan fish burger– another star for this fishy burger, it tastes great, seasoned right, not salty or plain, and actually has bite size fish you can see and taste, unlike McDonald’s filet-​o-​fish
Oreo shake — all the Oreos are at the bottom… sucking them up with a straw is pointless, use a spoon!
** I still need to go back and ask about my missing desserts and why the cashier didn’t know how to use the card for payment. A phone call to them just said ‘okay, come back when you can’ — not really a guarantee of replacing something I paid for… I hope I’m not given another gift card that I can’t use.

Quick service at drive thru whenever you want to grab some fast food. After getting gas for my bro’s car, I remember Burger King is having a promo for freebie Satisfry this weekend. I went through drive thru. Because I wanted to eat a healthy lunch at home, I only got an order of onion rings & the Satisfry. When I got to the window, I paid $ 1.09 since the Satisfry is free. The lady asked me, «Do you want ketchup?» I replied «yes.» Then, a little later I got my BK to go & was on my way… too bad traffic is terrible exiting. Grab the Satisfry promo while you can!

I love the burgers here. Well just the Whoppers. As long as I lived in San Jose, I have never ed stepped into this place. It has always been drive through. It’s so convenient on the way home just to go through drive thru.
I just love the fact the way this drive thru is built. If I’m coming from Capitol I have to make a right onto Senter to go home and Burger King is right there. I drive into the lot, there’s my right turn, go into the drive through and it wraps around and when you leave, I can leave straight out onto Senter rd. It’s Perfect!
I know they have a Western Burger, it’s a Whopper with onion rings and BBQ sauce. I always get a Whopper or the Whopper Jr. and order a side of onion rings and ask for BBQ sauce. Of course coke, can’t leave any fast food place with out ordering a coke. If I don’t get my BBQ sauce, the Burger just doesn’t taste the same with out dipping it in.
I love to add my own onion rings to my burger.
Andy thinks I’m weird like that for not ordering the Western burger but I like my way, I’ve done it as a kid until now, so why change.

Okay so they remodeled this place because part of it got burnt down. Uhmm but the food still taste like crap here. Can they at least make our burgers HOT? I live only about 2 minutes down the street from BK. Got my order for to go. Came home and I was so ready to devour my burger and the buns was not even warm. The Hamburger meat was just luke warm. I was hungry so I ate it anyways. But seriously, this BK serves old and crappy food. At least that is what it tasted like. I’m sure the burgers had been sitting there for a while just waiting for someone to order it. And they need to go easy on the ketchup. I ordered a 99 cents cheeseburger for my son, and once he took a bite out of it, all the ketchup started oozing out and dripping all over the place. I believe I ordered a cheeseburger not a ketchup burger. My son’s cheeseburger just look very unappetizing. So much Ketchup I couldn’t really see the meat or cheese.

Save your money and go to another BK location or there’s plenty of other food places around like the Taqueria & Jack in the Box.
