Burger King

This place has the worst history of order mistakes of any burger king I’ve been to. Tip number one to this business, get your manager to hire some decent staff. So last time I was here I ordered a whopper fries and a shake. I know this place is bad about taking down orders so I checked my bag and thought everything was fine at first. Then when it was time to eat it I realized it was slightly smaller than a whopper. They actually gave me whatever was on their value menu which was $ 2.00 cheaper than what I payed for. I honestly feel insulted.

This is a perfectly fine Burger King. I come here frequently for brunch. The people who work here care about their work and I’ve always been impressed by the quality of the food and service provided here.
I’m a fan of milkshakes so I know when the mix has been sitting out and getting warm. The management here must be pretty good because the milkshakes have always tasted the way they should. The lettuce and tomatoes are crisp and fresh. The meat is always done good. I’ll keep coming back!

I am not a fan of Burger King as it is, but this is the only stop on our way to the freeway while we were in a rush to get out of town before the Memorial Day traffic.
Went in with my 2 sons. As they were looking over the breakfast menu and the lady anxiously waiting to take my order, I specifically told my kids they can not have the french toast sticks cause how messy they will be with syrup in my car.
So my older son orders a breakfast sandwich of some sort, and my younger son orders the cinnamon rolls. The lady asks him how many rolls and he says 2. Ok cool… done deal.
Get in the car and low and behold, no cinnamon rolls, but FRENCH TOAST STICKS AND SYRUP. I take the box of toast sticks back inside and tell the lady that they got my order wrong and she straight up tells me that I ordered them. I told her actually no, that I hadn’t and told her that she was sitting there listening as I told my kids they cant have French toast sticks and then also, if I ordered those instead of the cinnamon rolls, how come she asked how many rolls my son wanted, 1 or 2? So anyway… she tells me that I need to go back to my car and bring her the hash browns back cause the cinnamon roll combo doesn’t come with hash browns… lol, I told her no… im not going back to my car. Then she tells me that I need to pay her an extra $ 1.10. I actually proceed to walk to my car to get the extra $$ then I thought, you know what… NO… this is your mistake, you need to make it right, not me. The lady was pissed… threw the French toast sticks and gave me my rolls. Jeez… such drama.
Normally I would have gladly paid the correct amount after a little mistake like that… but this lady was just off her rocker. She knew she messed up but pointed the blame on me. And normally I wouldn’t review a stupid Burger King… but this experience was so whack, that I thought it would be fun.

Food prep & taste excellent (burger perfectly prepared & tasty fresh fries); friendly helpful staff (even brought my order to the table), very clean & bright interior, cheerful & interesting 50’s décor and even a nice big screen HDTV! Wow!

Management here is so nice and the food prep is perfect. I come here once in a while because its so close by to where I am :). Recommended!

Eh, this place is not that great. We’ve ordered food here before, and while my partner can’t complain about the burgers, the veggie burgers are nothing special, and my breakfast burritos hardly have anything in them. It’s not very clean inside. The staff have been nice to us; they give us water or let us use the bathroom even if we don’t buy anything.

Very clean and very fast! My son and I came here after our eye appt. yesterday and it was very filling! We walked in and it was not too busy and they had a lot of seating inside and out. We chose to eat inside after we ordered a number 11 for my son with a coke and the chicken strip sandwich with bacon for me! We waited less than 5 minutes for our food to come and it was nice and hot! My son scarfed down his burger in less than a minute, yes he is a pig! He looked at me after he was done wanting to eat mine, so I gave in and he finished my sandwich in a second! I just sat there and ate the fries which are the best fries I have eaten from a fast food restaurant! We will be coming back here when we are in the area again, I am sure of it! My son loves Burger King!!! LOL
