I’m truly amaze at the lack of customer service or the disregard for customer experience.
I purchased a drink and burger at this establishment and was told I could not pay cash because one of my $ 10 had a tear in the corner about ¹⁄₁₆ of an inch. The entire bill was intact you can see all references that it was a $ 10 bill.
But I was refused to purchase food with CASH!
I’m never coming back.
And I don’t recommend anyone else visit this place unless you live poor customer service.

Not the burger king it should be this place is gross dirty, smells, homeless hang out and the order is always wrong in some way. I guess we’re lucky to have any thing around quality doesn’t matter?

I love this Burger King! So clean and friendly! Also, I don’t know why Burger King isn’t more of a people’s choice. It’s way better than McDonald’s and that’s coming from a McDonald’s lover.

I want to give 0 star. Tonight at 10.20 pm. I was driving to get food at drive thue, the guy who do a very bad service to me and my husband. He doesn’t want take an order at the beginning and we didn’t say anything tgen later i was talking with my husband but he thought that we were laughing at him, so he had an attitude and being very rude to us. So we decided to not take an order and i asked him what is your problem. And we had a bad conversation to each other. The reason I want to say all of this. I wasn’t do anything bad at the beginning but if you are not in mood to work at least you don’t really need to being so mean to customers.
I really hate this place now. I need to complain to the main office and whoever take care of business. This is not good at all. I wasn’t on drugs and have a bad behavior.

They remodeled the inside which definitely made it look better. Everything looks cleaner and more welcoming than before. The service is quick and it only gets busy if you go during peak hours. Unlike the the next closest Burger King on Blossom Hill, there is no drive through at this location; however, the line is often short (if there is even one). There is plenty of parking since it is located in a shopping plaza.
Service and food are good.

This place is great and the employees are always very friendly and professional… Mac Donalds could learn something from them… also they never skimp on extra sauces like m donalds… GREAT PLACE AND GREAT STAFF!
