Their spicy chicken sandwich is really good. I haven’t had anything else from there because that’s all I ever order. I’ve had the wedge fried couple times, but haven’t been too impressed either of the time. Great place to get a quick bite. Not the healthiest, but definitely tasty.

So I decided to get the spicy chicken meal for lunch and it was good!
Then I noticed my friends receipt which costed pretty much the same as mine but she upgraded to a large and got the deluxe meal instead. How does that make any sense!?!
I looked at my receipt and the cashier, who I really want to blast but shouldn’t… Charged every item separately. Look I’m not trying to be cheap but damn, it’s about the principles!
I went back and asked why I was charged more when the meal should have been less. She had some damn nerve telling her manager because I changed my mind and wanted the meal after she had already entered in the sandwich and fries. I didn’t even pay yet! Are you telling me that you can’t press delete and just press another button for the meal?! What a joke! How lazy are you?! And yeah I saw you roll your eyes. Lady, if you’re one of those people who are demanding that $ 15 an hour, please reevaluate your work skills. I’m all for fair and equal pay but if you are terrible at what you do, then you don’t deserve it.
Some of the workers here I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness so 2 stars it is.

Chicken strips are alright, but the fries are delicious.

OK, Fast food chicken. Not as amazing as some people think it is.

I love Chickfila. I always go to the drive-​thru. But the other day I decided to sit inside. I ordered some food and when I took a sip of my sweet tea, oh my goodness my brains is going to go loco! It was too sweet. So I went to the front and asked for a cup of water and let them know politely that their sweet tea had a tad too much sugar! The manager asked one of the workers to give me some water and the worker told me, «if it’s too sweet, ask for half and half!» (Then rolls her eyes).
I’m like, «I always order sweet tea on all my orders, sometimes I get a little bit sweet, perfect and light on the sugar. So if I asked for half water and half sweet tea, might as well order water! As a customer I can never tell your mixture if its sweet or not until I take a sip of it! So keep your opinion to yourself and don’t roll your eyes at me! I asked nicely.»

Food was good, people were friendly. However, one of the employees working in the dining room had HORRIBLE body odor. Ruined the entire meal.

My friends and I come here all the time and we are never disappointed. Today I decided go through the drive thru since I was in a hurry to get home. The girl at the window was super nice and the food came out in no time. The only reason why I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they got my order wrong… I asked for no pickles and they even put the «no pickles» sticker on the box but somehow I still got pickles. Lol
But I’ll definitely be coming back

Inside: great service, food and atmosphere! They bring the food out to your table and are always around asking if they can refill your drinks. Excellent customer service and great food… Not to mention it is CLEAN! :)
Drive through: Food is great, our order has been wrong twice so make sure to check it before you leave… They have always been more then happy to fix it! Drive thru is busy so sometimes it is quicker to run in. But the service is fast! This speaker also works well so you don’t need to shout or ask the person to repeat themselves when giving/​taking the order!

Great southern fried chicken. I wish this was in San Francisco.
When I crave this old classic, I have to travel all the way to San Jose?!? Crazy. I was impressed by the quality and speed of service. However, there was an employee who didn’t say ‘my pleasure’ when thanked. Not sure if that’s just a Southern thing or what…

Boyfriend and I came here for the first time to see the hype. We drove all the way from Daly City (or SF). We both got the 12 piece nuggets. I kind of wished that he got a sandwich so I had have a bite but oh well. I prefer not to get a sandwich/​burger at any fast food except in n out but it’s just a preference. I love chicken nuggets so I was excited. The cashier asked us what we wanted for sauces and we got the honey mustard and barbecue also sides of ketchup. They put the sauces in a plastic cup, and I didn’t know what to do with it. No one told us to bring it back to our table. We then realized it was like a number and they bring the food to us. Thats a first for a fast food restaurant. We were both surprised.
Food: –1 star because the nuggets are TINY. Literally one is the size of my thumb. Waffle fries were soft, we hoped that it was more brown and seasoned better. But I felt as if it was a little undercooked. There was no browning whatsoever.
Service: 4 stars because while we were there, a marketer was taking surveys on customer experience and demographics of their customers. ALSO, they take your trays for you when your done. But they didnt do it to us, but thats okay. I would hope that they would open a location close to home though.
Lastly, on each table there were roses. REAL roses!!! High quality fast food for sure. May be coming back when planning to be in the area.

During my visit I encountered a lady named Beth who was doing an inquiry on the location to better suit my needs (and yours).
Wow, an organization with the best «fast food» at the highest quality still not satisfied with being the best and wanting to take it a step further. Very impressive.

So far so good, customer service was excellent! Not what you’re accustomed to in a fast food joint. Our food arrived at our table again with great customer service much better than a more higher priced place I was at earlier. Served hot and to order. When you serve only 1 thing it better be the best and Chick-​fil-​a does a great job at serving chicken. We lest satisfied and full, along with happy that we were treated well.

Yesterday, I tried Chick-​fil-​A for the very first time! Although I don’t agree with a lot of their opinions and business practices, I have got to admit, their food is pretty darn good! I came here right at the stroke of noon on a Friday and the place was PACKED! Parking was difficult, we had to find spaces in the Target in the plaza across from the street. The workers were really nice, knowing it was my first time here!
I was recommended: anything with chicken (of course), the waffle fries, and milkshakes. The milkshake flavors are: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, and the seasonal peppermint chocolate chip. I ended up ordering an 8-​piece combo Chick-​fil-​A meal with fries and a peppermint milkshake.
The chicken was so darn good, but the pieces were quite small, nicely seasoned and perfectly fried though! The milkshake was thick and dippable with the fries, but got quite icy near the end. I do love the chocolate chunks in the shake! The fries were the biggest disappointment. Although they were crispy, they weren’t very hot when I got them, and they were in desperate need of salt. There was no color, so I feel like I got the end of a batch, as by the time I got through half of it, it was cold and not crispy anymore. However, not a bad experience, nor is it something I will go out of my way for.

Had heard people rave about this place for years, but have never been. Finally went, and LOVED it.
Had the original chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and hubby had the spicy deluxe. We got chicken strips to share. All were cooked to perfection.
We are officially on the band wagon!

Parking here can be difficult just because it shares the same parking lot as the CVS next door. Drivers here are terrible so be aware of that…
This rating, unusually high for a fast food restaurant, is normal because of their impeccable customer service, great food, and beautiful environment.
ATMOSPHERE:
I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee. There was barely no line at all. There was one person ahead of me and it went by quickly. The restaurant was well-​maintained and super clean. I like how there’s also decoration in the tables.
FOOD:
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe which was super tasty. I came in here really hungry so I devoured my meal immediately. I waited a couple minutes until they brought my order to my booth. I also ordered some buffalo sauce and put that in my burger — omg yummy! I love their waffle fries too! Crunchy and fresh. I mixed mayonnaise and ketchup together to make this really tasty sauce and dipped my waffle fries in there — highly suggest that!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
As I’ve mentioned earlier, customer service here in Chick-​fil-​A are always perfect. Super friendly employees!
Would I come back here? Yes I would! Would I recommend this to a friend? Of course!

Deciding to grab an easy dinner, my hubby and I went to order take out from Chick-​fil-​A.
This Chick-​fil-​A is located in a plaza with Sweet Tomatoes, Five Guys, Première Pizza, and Panera Bread. Unlike most fast food places that can be pretty cramped and messy, this place is large, clean, and bright. Since it was late, there wasn’t a line at all so we ordered immediately. There is a good variety of food choices like salads and sandwiches, but you won’t be overwhelmed.
I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and my hubby got the original chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of waffle fries. We also got the following sauces: Chick-​fil-​A sauce, honey mustard, ranch, and the Polynesian sauce (which is a sweet and sour sauce).
After getting our orders brought to us, we enjoyed our dinner back home. First off, the appearances of the sandwiches LOOK like actual sandwiches. The vegetables were crisp and colorful, the chicken was lightly breaded and juicy, and the buns were plump.
Because the sandwiches were so fresh, the taste was great. I had pepper jack cheese with mine and I loved the heat. My hubby didn’t have anything too specific to say, but he ate the whole thing in one fell swoop so I take it that he enjoyed his immensely as well. The waffle fries weren’t as good as the sandwiches unfortunately. They weren’t too crispy and flavorful, but when dipped in the sauces, it tasted better.
With such a good dinner, my hubby and I will definitely come back. The ingredients here are fresh and the service is amazing. Chick-​fil-​A is one of the best!

I go here almost once a week with my coworker whenever I forget to bring my lunch to work because this place is bomb! I almost always get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and if I am really hungry I’ll order a side of their Waffle Fries. Either way they make the best chicken sandwiches out of the fast food chains. The chicken is well seasoned and fried to perfection plus it’s super juicy and is quite filling.
Even though they offer like 7 – 8 different sauces, I always get either the Chick-​fil-​A sauce, ranch, or hot sauce. The chick-​fil-​A sauce is sooooo good! It’s similar to honey mustard, but it definitely tastes better. The other thing that makes this place stand out is that it’s the only fast food chain that I have been to where they bring your food to you and they refill your drink! Cool right! I’m a huge fan of their food and I’m sure you wont get the same type of service at your local taco bell, McD, BK, Jack in the box or any other place. It just seems like a high class fast food joint. Check it out!

I typically don’t east fast food but once I heard about the hype of Chick-​fil-​A I knew that I needed to give it a shot. I am pretty lenient with In-​n-​Out so I was ready to see how Chick-​fil-​A would compare.
Already I knew it was going to be a treat for me because I prefer chicken over beef. The place itself is very clean and doesn’t give off your busy McDonalds setting. The menu is very clear and easy to read. I appreciate that they have all the sauces labeled by the register. We told them it was first time and they gave us one of each sauce so that we could try them all out. I decided on the #2 while my partner went with the #4. The meal comes with a drink and a medium side. We obviously went with the waffle fries.
They’ll give you a marker to set on your table if you’re eating there. You can put your sauces inside of it so that it’s easy to carry. I found this to be really creative. Your order will be brought out to you. I found my sandwich to be really good. It is one of the better chicken sandwiches I have had. It was very juicy and there wasn’t too much breading. I thought the cheese was a little overpowering here and there, but I did like having it there. I appreciate the bright green lettuce and the juicy tomato slices.
My partner thought his spicy chicken sandwich was slightly heavy on the breading, but found that the sandwich overall was pretty good. It was the waffle fries that really got to us. They are crisp on the outside so you get that satisfying crunch, but so soft on the inside. I don’t mean soggy soft, but perfectly cooked potato soft. I like the ketchup packs here since it’s easy to dip or squeeze. In regards to the sauces, we liked the honey mustard and the chick-​fil-​a sauces the best. I did like the BBQ and the ranch as well. These sauces are good!
The place is very clean, spacious and service was great. I’m glad they were so welcoming and accommodating to our first visit. This will be one of the fast food places that I make an exception for here and there.

Eat more chikin!
What is not to like about this place. They serve tasty chicken sandwiches. And one of the only fast food places to serve real southern style sweet iced tea. They have delicious ice cream shakes. The seasonal peach one is my favorite.
I personally get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles when I get lunch here. But the real chicken nuggets are a very close competitor. Especially with the Polynesian sauce, mmmmmmm. The chicken breakfast burrito is also delicious.
If you dine in they not only bring your food to your table, they also will ask if you need a refill for your soft drink if they see, or hear, that you are out. I don’t know any other «fast food» place like that.
All in all I recommend this place any time of day for your chicken fix.

This was the best Chick-​fil-​A that I have ever gone too. Modern/​Chic décor’, employees bring the food to your table, friendly staff and great chicken sandwiches. The place was clean and the staff was efficient.
The only knock on this Chick-​fil-​A was that my wife’s fries were a little burnt. I ate them though…
