One nice thing about Chipotle is that they have vegan friendly options. As a vegan, that’s the only reason why I go to Chipotle. However, I see a lot of animal products contamination(pieces of pork, chicken, or steak) inside the sofritas. I told the manager and he completed ignore me and did not throw away the contaminated sofritas and made me waited in line until he served everyone. I finally said, «can you make my burrito now?» So he did. I skipped the sofritas and order a veggie one with guac. Probably not gonna come back here again. Veganism isn’t a diet; it’s an ethical stance against animal exploitation. I wish I can give this place a zero star because that’s what it and the manager really deserves

Ordered a steak burrito with extra chicken and guacamole. Got charged for a steak burrito with extra steak and guacamole. The guy who made my burrito told the cashier it was extra chicken not steak. Girl ringing me up had an «OHCRAP» facial expression. I asked her if anything was wrong. She looked down and walked away. No one even tried to fix her mistake of overcharging me. I was already having a bad day so I just didn’t want to make a scene, so I just left. Probably won’t come back to this chipotle.

Smallest portions ever! They even skimped on the lettuce — seriously? The portion was so small it made the bowl look big, that’s how you know there’s a problem. Get it together Chipotle!

Don’t go to this location. Not only do they consistently give less food but their staff is a bit rude. They don’t seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows in how they treat patrons. Ordering online doesn’t work either cause they make you wait in line as if you are ordering in person. Bad management all around! We should just put them(and by extension us) out of their misery and stop frequenting this location. Maybe then they’ll shut down or reconsider how they treat their customers…

Wow what a badly managed restaurant! The staff just keeps banging, yelling, laughing, screaming. basically not spending any time relating to the customer. I never really wanted to go here until I heard they were doing clean food, no gmo’s ect. But the junior high environment and behavior by the staff just is such a turn off. I don’t get it this is supposed to be some kind of successful chain. I don’t see how they are going to continue with this kind of detached staff behavior! Very lazy management or maybe no manager… tonight I asked for chips and the guy said there were no chips. I said how come there’s no chips and he says because were making them now. So much for being proactive in getting chips made before you run out moron. Oh and do you think they could bother to put some more forks out when they run out? Nope… I’m back to Viva Taqueria down the street. Ok so it seems a new manager is getting the staff more together. Glad to see it.

Music is too loud inside. Could not hear what food preparer was asking me. Sitting outside was much quieter, but a bit chilly since heater lamps were off. I ordered the Steak Bowl. Steak cubes seems to taste spicier in this location vs other locations.

I love Chipotle but this branch is consistently TERIBlE. Employe’s are rude and uncooth. 2 years of the employees looked very high. 10 thumbs down. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and the 4th bad experience. Chipotle try listening to your customers. Giving away free food isn’t going make me return

I paid a visit to this location on 1÷14÷16, the person who was«helping» me make my burrito bowl gave me a pinch of lettuce. Seriously, a pinch, I’m talking two fingers worth of lettuce. I was in disbelief… I asked for some more lettuce and I wish I took a picture before I did because it was laughable. After I requested for more lettuce the cashier told me that the original amount of lettuce was the right amount and that the other chipotle locations that I have been to have been giving me too much lettuce!!! WOW, I can honestly say I will not be coming back to this Chipotle for a very long time! I rather to go Victor’s tacos down the block… It is very sad because I love going to Chipotle during my work lunch but I will not be eating Chipotle for lunch anymore! At least not until I receive notice of a change at this location.

This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to that consistently charges more than the others for debatable burritos, for instance: Beans and rice only, when asking for«a little extra»: $ 5 for«4 sides»(2 plus the extra) instead of the usual $ 2.28 for a two-side burrito. I’m just trying to save for college without access to a kitchen! Stop it! PS: Surprise! You can get a burrito for $ 2.28 when friends want to go out and you can’t actually spend very much money. Try it some time, I bet they’ll only charge you for two sides like a normal Chipotle… PPS: The employees have been up to par as far as I can tell(contrary to others’ experiences, apparently); just extremely over-cautious of under-charging.

Its chipolte, you build what you want. So it would be nice to know what you would like when the employees ask. I’m sure they get their share of peeps who just can’t figure it out… So cut them some slack. The employees have always been friendly the times I have visited. Today my tortilla was ripped, and the gal offered to make me a new burrito, nice. But I declined since I can just start eating from the torn side. No problem, no worries. Although it was a little salty today, but edible. And yeah the place can be a little loud, but that just shows how much you are paying attention as a customer when the employees ask you a question. Its interactive food creativity… So if you don’t know what you want go somewhere else where you have no choice. Portions seem a little stingy but then again I can never finish my food from this location… So I can’t complain.

The 1 star is for the good food we got but it could not be made the best coz of a bad experience with the billings staff. The lady just snatched away a paper glass from my hands very rudely then I had to specifically make her apologize. I will never go there. Please have some curtesy towards customer. Ok… It’s an hour before closing. So there’s really NO excuse for what was going on! I could understand if it was 950pm & they were rushing to close… But not 9pm. So here it goes… Pros: Lots of parking Food was good, not great tonight. But good. I come here OFTEN and its hit or miss. Guac was great, worth whatever extra it is BUT sorta silly when all I got on my bowl was rice, meat and corn! But whatever. Cons: I swear for maybe almost a full 5 min we stood there second in line as 3 different employees behind the counter completely ignored us as they shuffled around doing things. There was a line behind us, yet without even acknowledging us they continued to shuffle. It was beyond rude since we all knew they clearly saw all of us. I don’t get it. There’s NO way they didn’t see us, I got the impression each one of them wanted the other to step up and help us?!? Finally one of them walks over. No hello. No how are you doing. No sorry for the wait. No nothing. Not even a smile. Just what would you like with a miserable look on her face. Ewwwwww ok. I don’t expect smiles ear to ear or someone jumping with excitement but dammm. So then they announce they are out of chips. Omg really! NOOOO This totally sucks since I planned on getting a bag. So I instantly remember the secret menu where you can ask for shells. Thinking I’ll smash the shells up like chips to eat with my bowl. So I nicely ask for shells. Im told she can only give me one. Which I could of sworn the secret menu includes 2 free taco shells. So of course I googled it. Clearly they don’t honor the secret menu here since she wouldn’t give me 2. … They are the ones out of chips… You’d think they be happy to give me 2 shells… But no. I’m annoyed by the entire situation. Had someone just made eye contact with one of us and said I’ll be right with you my entire meal would of tasted better. The attitudes of the employees totally left a gross taste in my mouth. I may be back… The faces here seem to change often so maybe my next visit will be more pleasant… … I just think if you don’t want to be in a customer service position where you have to be nice to strangers than get a job where you can be the way you want to be.

They must have had a staff change recently, I don’t remember the service ever being this bad at Chipotle. Arrived here for lunch on Wednesday, it was packed inside, so I hurried into line to secure a spot. There was a man a few people ahead of me who was very angry about his order, all I could piece together is that they charged him for extra meat when he said he didn’t order it. I’m pretty sure he just ended up leaving in frustration, yikes. My turn to order… no greeting whatsoever from the woman at the register. She basically waited for me to start my order without saying a single word and the whole time she would barely make eye contact. This is basic customer service 101. You don’t have to shower me with kind words, but a simple«hello, welcome to Chipotles» would have been better than nothing. I ordered a steak burrito with white rice for lunch. My burrito taste good, as Chipotle is usually consistent in that department, but it was put together terribly. I probably won’t be returning to this Chiptole location any time soon, which is a shame because it is close to my work and I do still enjoy the food.

I have no issues with this Chipotle. It’s fast, convenient, and the staff is friendly. Chipotle is quickly becoming a commodity around here, but the quality has not decreased at this location in my opinion. So, get your burrito on and do work. Might even be your more affordable option if you’re planning to kick it at «The Row» or go to a movie at CineArts afterward. I’m just throwing out ideas fo ya…

I love my Chipotles! The staff here are nice! I’ve noticed in other Chipotle locations. the staff seems to pre-judge me because I’m short and tiny so that means they only give me little portions of the food so I always end up asking them to give me extras. Ya girl can eat, trust me. Anyways, this location just gave me normal portions of everything so I was a happy cat. Oh when I asked guacamole on the side… they gave me a full cup. other locations just give me partials. yep, I was a happy cat. The space is decent, good amount of tables around.

This is probably the prettiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to with ceiling-to-ground glass walls. I’m a sucker for glass walls. This atmosphere would be expected as it’s next to the lovely Santana Row. Compared to the other Chipotle locations I’ve been to, it’s alright. The service doesn’t look too thrilled to see you. I’m not asking for a cheerleading squad when I come in but creating my bowl felt like I was annoying them. Sound in this place echoes, and for some reason, I could hear all of the employees’ voices echo off the walls over the person sitting across from me. Besides that, the food tastes like any other Chipotle. Good.
