UPDATE! Placed and order online & select my pick up time. Order was not ready at set time. And I know she gave me white rice and pinto beans instead of brown rice and black beans on purpose when she glared at me while wrapping my burrito.

I tend to go to this location most often, because I live in the area, but I’ve noticed the staff isn’t as good as they used to be. Portions are completely different depending on who is making your burrito/bowl — some people are really skimpy, others pile it on. Also, the parking here sucks if you go during a peak time. It’s not uncommon to have a line of people just sitting in their cars in the parking lot waiting for someone to leave. But, hey, it’s convenient, so I keep coming back!

Try to avoid going around noon, as it gets busy and parking sucks. Staff is nice and fast. Besides that, its what you’d expect from a typical Chipotle.

I go once in a while to chipotle, that location is the slowest I ever seen, and my burrito was so small to compete to other Chipotle locations

Is this a real restaurant or a college dorm? I’ve been there three times and each time, the food was cold and the service was bad. The staff joke around with each other and ignore customers. They’ll ask you what you want, then turn around and joke with the cooks… then turn back around to ask again what your ordering. Then they slap the food together like a prison guard and toss it aside for the invisible man to ring you up. At one point, and after a few minutes, I had to ask if my order was«free» because nobody was working the register. That’s when I got another schoolgirl giggle from one of them and was finally charged for the food and once again, it was cold by the time I got home, which is only a mile away. Three strikes… this place is OUT!!!

Went in today expecting another phenomenally quick meal. We had to wait five minutes for veggies. We get home only to realize that we weren’t given our chips, checked the receipt and sure enough, we were charged. Smh.

When ever i am in the area, i am always attending some kind of concert. We like to just stay around the area and get some quick grub, so the first thing i would choose is chipotle. Affordable and hefty enough for 2 meals, such as getting a packed burrito bowl and save the other half for after the concert. The layout inside is great, with lots of seating. its bright inside with lots of window lights. The line system here is good too, lots of space when there are lots of people waiting in line. The line moves pretty quick unless they are busy making margaritas for the person ahead which happened this recent visit. The place is clean and restrooms are clean too. I remember my very first time trying the secret menu was this location. I got a Queserito, which is a burrito with a double shell and in between it is squeezed in with some cheese! it was so good! i had a cheesy moment! My food is always made right and quick to cure my starving moments. I am a fan of this place! The parking here is great. They have their own parking lot so parking isn’t much an issue. sometimes we would just walk over here from the arena. They open til 9pm i think so we always make it on time. CHIPOTLE is my LIFE!

Love their guac and basically everything! I can’t go wrong here! It’s a good fast on the go kind of food and still leaves me feeling pretty good about my meal choice. Beats eating at fast food that’s for sure. Always satisfied here. Good quality and fast service is always great ! I don’t think I have ever been to a chipotle that I didn’t like. They’re all consistent and I always leave happy! Did I mention their tortilla chips have sea salt?! YUM! This place always has me coming back! Can never go wrong picking chipotle for lunch! And I love to order online and pick up within 30 minutes. I’m always on the go and that helps! No waiting in line for me!

If it was just about the food, I’d give it 3 stars cause the quality and taste are still there and classic, but the portions are a bit on the smaller side at this location and the service is mediocre at best. I placed an order online beforehand so I could drop in, grab the food and go. I believe that’s the whole premise of ordering online as advertised on Chipotle’s website. However, when I got there, the order wasn’t ready. They made it while I stood there! Not only did I get some upset looks from other patrons waiting in line(it probably looked like I just cut the line to pay at the register) but it also made me late for the appointment I had timed the pick-up to sync with. Also when I paid for my food, I used two $ 10 gift cards since the total was $ 15 and some change. The cashier tried to convince me to throw away both cards after she rang everything up. Umm, last time I checked $ 20 is more than $ 15 so it stands to reason that I’ve got some money left on one of the cards. If it weren’t for the $ 10 stickers on the card to indicate the values on there, I wouldn’t have been annoyed. Then when I asked which card still had the remaining balance, the cashier indicated I could figure it out myself. So… explain to me again why liberals think these people are supposed to be paid more than minimum wage… Later, when I opened the bag, I realized that the tin bin was about 10% less full than at other locations. Thanks a lot, guys. I have no gripes with Chipotle as a whole and will still frequent their chain as I love the food. Just steer clear of this location if you can!

Food is great! The lines here suck, parking sucks, and MAYBE you will find some seating inside if you plan to chill with workers during lunch. Chipotle is always busy. I recommend coming during non-peak lunch hours. Maybe you will find parking, maybe you wont wait in line so long, and maybe you can reserve a table to enjoy your food :)

This location is just okay. Two stars for you Glen Coco. The person who scoops the sour cream gets satisfaction in plopping a lot of sour cream on your food even though you said you only want a little bit of sour cream.(The girl in front of me suffered the same fate.) Also, the line goes by way too fast here. They put a lid on my bowl before I was even done ordering and then tried to publically shame me by trash talking me with another employee. «Oh sorry, she never told me that.» GURL, You didn’t even let me finish! She straight up Kanye’d me.

Recently, I’ve been coming back here and they’ve been giving me less meat for my burrito bowl. Cmon now, you’re seriously giving me less food? Have you seen me?(I’m skinny but I’m one of those people that could eat as much as they want and not gain a pound) The food is still good, but they’ve been stingy with their meat proportions. I don’t know if this is just for the barbacoa or if it’s all the meat in general.

I love Chipotle. I have for over a decade now but they never cease to amaze me. I drove back to San Jose from San Francisco(hungover) and placed an online order to be ready at 12:30. There was at least fifteen people in line but Ronnie had my order for me right on time. Not only that, but he called me a couple of hours later just to ask how it all was. Damn good service, amazing food. I love you Chipotle.

My neighborhood Chipotle which I honestly can’t say I’m happy with. They’re very stingy with the servings here, especially if its busy. The service here is pretty mediocre. They also always mess up my quesadilla order. I’m not sure why they don’t cut it, but they always just fold it up in foil and hand it off to me causing a huge mess when I reopen it. The food here is fine and on par with other Chipotles but everything else about it stinks by comparison.

ordered take out, 9 tacos, I came they gave me three, WITHHALFTHEINGREDIENTS I ASKEDFOR. I eat chipotle 2 – 3 times a week, I work in San Francisco and live in San jose, so i visit a lot of them. This is hands down the worst one and I’ve tried to like this one so many times(only because its so close to home)

***THISLOCATIONDOESNOTGIVETHEPROPERSERVINGOFMEATASPERCHIPOTLECORPORATE and are extremely inconsistent with the servings of the other items.*** I will try to be as objective as possible with this review. The purpose of this review is to make you aware of how much meat you’re supposed to get. I live about 2min away and frequent this location and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with how the quality of service has plummeted. I’m a fitness junkie so I track my macros(mainly protein). I just recently started weighing the meat portions with my food scale. A few weeks ago I asked for two servings of chicken with my burrito bowl. When I got home I weighed the chicken to input it in my nutrition app… total weight for two servings of chicken – 4.1oz. On Chipotle’s website under their nutrition information, they state a serving of chicken is 4oz. Wait a second, I was expecting close to 8oz because well, I ordered TWO servings of chicken. So, I decided to email Chipotle corporate. I asked them if their 4oz per serving of meat was just some arbitrary number they used for their nutrition facts, or was a serving or scoop of meat really supposed to be 4oz. I mean I understand it’s ridiculous to have the workers weigh out the meat they’re giving to people, but they should have some idea or training as to how much 4oz of meat looks like, right? They can at least get close to it… Here is Chipotle’s response: — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Mychal, Thanks for giving us a shout out today. Our standard portion of chicken should be around 4 oz. and while there’s always room for human error, we should get that as close as possible for you. If you order double it should weigh out as such. I’d like to follow up with a restaurant for you so we can keep an eye on those portions if you’d like to let me know which one you visited. I hope this sheds some light on the subject for you! Sincerely, Jen Customer Service Consultant Chipotle Mexican Grill Contact Name: Mychal Huynh Phone Number: {!Contact.Phone} Restaurant Name: {!Case.RestaurantName__c} Date & Time of Visit: //Z — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - I returned yesterday hoping the issue would be corrected, however it was not. Since I weigh my food on a regular basis, I know what 4oz of meat looks like. Again, I ordered a burrito bowl and looked at how much chicken the worker put in my bowl. I couldn’t help but not to shake my head. This time I had the courage to ask, «Can I get a little more please? Thank you.» The worker barely put in 5 more little chicken pieces. I said, «You know what, can I just get two sides of chicken please?» I asked for the manager, and fortunately she was on the line as well. I told her my conversation with corporate and that their servings are supposed to be close to 4oz. She put my side of chicken in the clear plastic cups and raised it and said, «We’re instructed to give this much which is 4oz.» I said, «No, that is not 4oz. It will be close to 4oz if you pack the cup.» Again, I went home and weighed the chicken that was in the supposedly 4oz of chicken she gave me in the plastic cup — 2.7oz. I then packed the cup with chicken to the very top — -3.7oz Please don’t get me wrong, I’m in no way a food nazi. I agree you can’t be perfect without a food scale, nor am I asking them to be perfect. I would have been content with a little over 3oz. However, the workers here either don’t know the policy or they are not getting the proper training. Again, it’s just extremely disappointing when I ask for two servings of chicken(8oz), but I only get between 4−5oz.

I absolutely love Chipotle! I don’t think it really matters on which location I go to, I’d still love it! This location is easy to find, but parking isn’t! The parking lot is kind of small and when you go during lunch time like I did, you are going to have to park on the streets or something. For me, he food is always on point, so I will always judge them by their customer service. Although there is not much to be done as service(other than scooping your food), their attitudes are the most important thing to me. But at this branch, the staff was very friendly and they looked like they actually want to be there. However, their portion is a little smaller compared to other branches and that’s fine. The place is also very clean as well. I had a great dinning experience here with my friends and I would be back again.

the area gets crazy when the Sharks are playing. Luckily the rain has kept things low key. had less than an hour for dinner so we dropped in for an express meal. steak quesadilla always hits the spot and it’s one of the few things i actually like at CMG. cool odd shaped industrial space. workers are decently quick though i had to wait for a bit. the line manager yells«quesadilla check!» and next thing i know my meal comes barreling down the line. decently tasty, hot and fast. exactly what we needed. 3.5 stars

I love Chipotle. Nothing like fresh ingredients! Counting macros was difficult because the concept was new to me and I felt compelled to go to chains just so I can have the nutritional facts right at my fingertips. Lines were long and overall ambiance is the same as the other locations. Service was short and brief. There was a leak where I was sitting. drops of water would come splashing on my shoulders so I not only moved but told the staff about it. I have stopped counting macros for now but when I get deep into my CPT path then I need to get back on it. Even though I am not currently, Chipotle is a great choice regardless. I get their salads now: lettuce, all the salsa they had, black beans, and chicken. I ditch the sour cream and cheese on salads now as well. #training #traininsane #itstartsinthekitchen
