This is our neighborhood sushi place. It’s not the best sushi we’ve ever had but we go there often enough. The one thing I will say is that they are super fast with their service. We have two little ones and we can get in and out of this place very quick. The kids love the Bento box of teriyaki chicken and shrimp tempura. We enjoy the sushi rolls, but they are very generous in their portions. A lot of people come here for the all you can eat sushi, but that is way too much food for us. If you want a place that is quick, with decent service and pretty good food you’ve got a winner. They are consistent!

The sushi is quality. I went on a Friday night around 5:53pm because knew the rush would be miserable wait otherwise. All you can eat sushi. they charge extra for leftovers. Our favorites were the yummy roll, lion king, spider hand roll, caterpillar, and the seasonal fish nigiri. The deep fried rolls were a bit over cooked but I knew that going in, just hoped it would turn out be better. Would definitely go back.

NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN! DISGUSTINGANDOVERPRICED! DON’T go here after 7pm. Fish are very DRY from throughout the day. Do NOT let the pictures on here fool you. Tasted fishy and definitely NOTFRESH. VERYEXPENSIVE for LOWQUALITYFOOD. As soon as you get your food order, you will see the dryness of the fishes. You leave this place feeling like you wasted money and regret the food. They raised the price for all you can eat sushi dinner — $ 27.50 per person. That’s $ 55 with beverage tax NOT included for 2 people. Expect to pay at least $ 30 per person if you’re eating by yourself/splitting the bill or over $ 60 if you’re eating with another person. NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN! DISGUSTINGANDOVERPRICED!

Mediocre sushi quality at best. Timed and waited atleast 25min between rounds. Couple times my water went empty, just decided to fill my own water at the fountain. Was told the service is slow because they are busy, what poor excuse. Also, they do regulate only three items per all you can eat round at a time, really tacky, a true all you can eat spot does not regulate what you can order… They do this to make your stomach shrink between rounds… Please… I’m a sushi lover, I know my limits and will not order more then I can eat. Don’t waste your time here… Just bad service with a «regulated» all you can eat menu not True all you can eat…

This place should steal subway’s slogan. «Sushi Infinity, Eat fresh» Oooouuu the sushi is so fresh and tastes excellent! I did the AYCE lunch premium for $ 23. I like variety and I like that I didn’t have to commit to just one roll and go for whatever sounded good for a reasonable deal. The rolls for AYCE sushi is typically 4 – 5 pieces. They make them smaller which worked to my advantage since I wanted a variety and didn’t want to be overstuffed on just one type of roll. The sushi exceeded my expectations. Will certainly return and this may even be one of my new favorite sushi spots in San Jose.

Pro +AYCE sushi near downtown SJ Cons –Service is horrifically slow. 3 rolls should not take more than 30 minutes. –Waiter was often rude and short with customers, missed out one of our orders, also lost complete orders on a neighboring table. –Food was not fresh. I understand AYCE sushi does not always have top cuts for everyone but the avocados were brown, were they trying to get customers sick? Oh, and please change the fryer oil.

This place was awesome for lunch. Sure, they have all you can eat for a reasonable price but we ordered the sushi lunch special and I had enough to snack on later(and not get charged). I should have taken a picture of the california roll; it’s the biggest one I’ve ever seen! Packed with crab! The miso soup(that comes with most entrees) was actually more flavorful than other places I’ve had so that was a plus too.

This has been my number 1 sushi place. Customer service has improved a lot. The food is still delicious as always. My most complaint was service but not so much anymore.

This is one of my favorite places to visit when I come back up to the Bay Area for the holidays or just visit family and friends. I used to think this place was THE best AYCE sushi I have ever had… and then I moved to SD and the OC area and found places where the ratio of fish to rice is absolutely mind blowing! Needless to say, this doesn’t mean that I think any less of Sushi Infinity, seeing that no other AYCE sushi place within the area comes close to beating it. I always coming here with my brother and sister-in-law when I’m in town and we’re just in the mood to pig out and get ready for a night of heavy drinking. The customer service is always courteous and prompt with food always coming out within a fairly short wait time. I’ve always loved how they do their Lion King Roll and for roughly $ 25 a person for either dinner or weekend rates, you honestly can’t complain. The key to any AYCE sushi place though is to limit yourself on the rolls and take advantage of the nigiris if you’re going for the most bang for your buck. They do a great job in serving you fresh fish and rice, that you could easily pop nigiris left and right like candy. If you’re ever in the mood for AYCE sushi and want the best bang for your buck without compromising quality or taste, definitely come check this place out. I promise, you won’t regret it!

Came in at 6pm Got a table right away Drinks came out quick That’s about the only good thing about the night. Service was horrible I asked for low sodium soy sauce i got teriyaki sauce I asked another server for the same thing, he forgot. Finally the third server got it right, after 10 mins and asking again. Food took forever!!! We left at 9:55 after only gettig 3 plates of small rolls Plates that took no more then 15 mins to eat. Literally 4 couples came sat next to us and left by the time we were done. When i forgot my jacket inside one of the servers came outside to give it to me, or should i say throw it at me lol. He must have have seen the 15% tip. If it wasent for the all you can eat id probably wouldnt come back.

Finally made it to this place and I am happy I did. I can not believe the server told me this place is 6 yrs old? My experience was a good one. We opted for the deluxe«All You Can Eat» $ 23 lunch which allows you to order any item from the lunch or dinner menu(as many as you like, 3 at a time. My friend and I ordered House salad, Dragon rolls, Baked type rolls. unagi sushi rolls, chicken Katsu, tempura squid. everything was very good. Of note was the Tempura in the dragon rolls was still warm indicating freshly made… i do appreciate that so much. The squid tempura was tender yet crispy love that. My friend who usually drinks a silo of diet Coke when dinning out was Happy the soda glasses were pint size and free refills which the server kept topped off. I will be back. Plus: Clean facilities(Toilet) Needs LiL’ attention: Can of paint and roller sitting on top of Refrigerator– not pretty

I’ve been here a few times and the experience has always been so-so. Food pricing is average but has good flavor. Service is slightly below average – last time I went with a couple of girl friends and they happened to mess up our orders and were not apologetic, actually acted as if it was our fault. Nevertheless, I like the all you can eat options! Perfect for my husband who can eat for days.

This place didn’t wow me the first time, so I thought I’d give it a second chance. AYCE dinner is $ 26.95, which is pretty pricey compared to other sushi places. For dinner, you get to choose from both side of the menu. You’d think there would be a variety of rolls(Orange Dragon, Red Dragon etc.), but there isn’t. First off, the rolls are tiny. There were like 4 pieces in each one, But my friend told me it was because they didn’t want to waste rolls? Also, they forgot some of our rolls. Annoying, but I figured since it was AYCE, we could order it again. The service sucks. It was difficult to flag down someone to take our menu or refill our drinks. It took almost 30 minutes to get our first two rolls out. There was also a gratuity tip of 18% for our party of 6. I will not be coming back here

This is by far the best sushi AYCE place in south bay. Way better than some other place named kenzo?. I have never seen OTORO served in an AYCE place(no limit on that item either). We happily ordered like 8×2 pieces. The fish portions are generous, and the fish quality is fresh(compare to other AYCE of course). Their hamachi kama/salmon kama is also good. Try Julian roll, super lion king, Taxi temaki for the win. The presentation is nice and servers are friendly. Bonus: lunch time you only pay $ 22.95 for the dinner side(price accurate as of Dec. 2015) The most hilarious comment I’ve seen about sushi infinity here is — «I gave 1 star because the sushi is served with too little rice» Eh huh?! You want more rice on your nigiri sushi?! like WTF?!

All you can eat sushi and service here is excellent! They don’t use excessive amounts of rice and fish is fresh :) The rolls are 4 pieces each, so you get to try a variety of rolls too. The kitchen items are also tasty :)

I went here on a Sunday for friends birthday because he loves his sushi so much. I don’t really eat that much sushi especially on a Sunday because. let’s get real. you don’t eat sushi or even fish on Sundays because fish markets are closed, so that fish ain’t fresh honayy. I got the bento box with chicken and tempura and it was okay. Not crazy over it and I wished they’ve used miso dressing on the salad instead of some balsamic dressing :/I don’t really care for AYCE and them rolls my friends eat(who had AYCE) didn’t look that good either. I think the individual rolls looked better. Service was okay — you gotta flag them down to ask for water refills because otherwise they won’t know if you need more or not.

Yeah, I don’t see what’s so great about this place. I came here for a friends birthday dinner since he lovesssss sushi and he likes this place, but I didn’t see why. Well the #1 rule in California is you don’t eat sushi on a Sunday… why? Cuz the fish markets aren’t open. And even if they store the fish correctly, you just never know. :X Well out of 14 of us 9 had AYCE, while I had a bento box. I spent $ 15.95 for a box that wasn’t put together right. If there’s hot items on the plate, you wait to put all of it on @ the same time. My salmon was barely warm when I got it cuz someone made the tempura late so it made the rest of my items sit. Yes, I got fish on a Sunday, I broke the rule, but nothing else sounded good to me. I eat chicken all the time. The salmon pieces were so skimpy! I got three pieces that could have equaled to one nice big one. It was drowned in Teriyaki sauce too. So salty. So much for saving water, I drank three cups cuz it was just so salty. Then whoever made the tempura doesn’t know how to make it. They didn’t leave it in the fryer long enough, so right when you bite into then first piece, it became a mess. I’m Japanese, and I know how tempura is supposed to be, what I had looked like it was someone’s first time making it. The salad was okay. Didn’t care for that dressing though. I thought the dressings as going to be the Miso one, nope. Yeah, that was just weird. The only things I like on that plate was the Orange and piece of cantaloupe. What’s wrong with that picture? … I also ordered the Agedashi Tofu. That was really good! I got six big pieces. It was crispy and really enjoyable. Getting to the AYCE part, yes I didn’t get it, but I was able to observe since my friends got it. Yeah, I don’t know if it’s like this here, but you turn in your order and then you wait… and wait… and wait… it’s like they don’t have enough staff or space to make all the sushi and they just keep taking orders like its nothing. Then when you get your plate of sushi that your ordered, you HAVE to make sure all the things you ordered is there. My friends were missing some of their sushi not twice but about four times. It was annoying hearing, «I think something’s missing» Then when it was asked about, it was still forgotten. My friend ordered miso soup. He had to ask for it three times, and even the waitress said, «Oh yeah, I forgot about it» Ummm… wow. It’s not really AYCE if you go there around 7pm and if you have people who really do eat all they can, but have to wait half the time for their food. They’re not getting their money worth, plus they’re becoming hangry for waiting then realizing it’s getting closer to closing time. Overall, I would give this place one more chance, cuz that’s my rule. I’d most likely stick to the bento box though. Oh and 18% gratuity is added on to six or more in your party.

There’s an AYCE option for roughly $ 26.95 for dinner If you dine with a group larger than 4 you will wait for long time since the restaurant is pretty small. I visited with 5 other people around 8:30PM. We are college students who ordered a lot since were starving after a good workout. I don’t think the staff is use to their customers placing 100 orders of salmon. They gave us attitude for ordering too much and constantly asked«are you sure you can finish, why don’t you finish this order first then we place the other one.» Sure, no problem. But you can’t serve us once then say last call. I bet they just worked slower since they were closing soon anyway and they didn’t want to serve us as much as we want. TBH if you don’t get AYCE its not worth it. There’s a decent sized slice of nigiri, but the rice portion is TINY, Less than half the size of your pinky. They have a tiny parking lot for a tiny restaurant so unless you’re lucky or carpool, you’ll need to find parking elsewhere.

Thank you to my Unilocal buddy for recommending this place to me! I think I feel in love with Sushi Infinity and I don’t want this love to end! I came here with my dinner crew on a Saturday night to experience what the hype was all about! This restaurant is so cute. Sushi Counter in the front and seats with cushion benches to sit as well. Restaurant looks small when you walk in but its shaped in a“L” and is VERY nice! What attracted me to this bomb sushi spot was that they have«All you can eat Sushi buffet» for $ 25. Did you hear me? Yes All you can eat sushi! Um… Of course I will drive from the East Bay to the South Bay for some good ol’ fresh sushi and good prices. My Dinner crew and I all ordered the following: ~Bacon and asparagus roll ~49er roll ~Super California roll ~Godzilla roll ~Rainbow roll ~Tiger dragon roll ~Loco Loco roll ~Smoked dragon ~Hamachi ~Hotate ~Tempura shrimp Everything is made fresh and comes pretty quickly. The roll names are so unique that it makes you want to try everything at least once! I’m on a sushi high because of this restaurant and don’t ever want to come down! Until next time we meet Sushi Infinity!
