If you work in a beauty supply store how about you do your hair and makeup than looking like you rolled bed… These girls deserve zero stars in the middle of speaking to her she answers the phone. JOKE! Good luck win the career in the customer service industry;)

I would do no stars if that was an option. I should’ve checked Unilocal before going to this location. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not only were they rude, they were of no help to me whatsoever. Would never come back or recommend anyone coming to this location.

After the rudest treatment by a girl whom claims to be new I’m pretty soured by this location. The biggest concern I have is that I brought back a hair mask product that had a thick layer of mold inside the jar(or appeared to be mold and as well had a thick black portion that was very odd). It seemed toxic and the girl could care less. I just had purchased it dec 29 and brought to exchange it today(and of course wanted to check the other product). I didn’t have my receipt and she said very snooty ‘how do I know how long you’ve had it’. I was shocked, and pulled up my bank statement showing a purchase of the item and wax table paper. She refused to exchange it and offered for me to call corp on Monday and claimed no manager was there to authorize and that she was new. I stated I was uncomfortable carrying toxic product around and as well was appalled a simple exchange couldn’t easily be done. It’s not hard to prove the purchase.(14.99, does she think I spend my time scamming?) I said I’d be right back as I was going to call to get a manager at another store and slid the jar on the counter and said I shouldn’t be expected to carry something around that may be toxic and went to make a call. I came back in and she had thrown it in the garbage! Did she not listen that I was coming back in and now she was going to not respect the fact that I had paid for product that clearly had an issue? It took another stores manager(thank you for that) to call them and influence them to call their store manager and get permission and resolve. This is the kind version of the incident as the new blonde girl was beyond rude, argumentative, insulting and has no clue about how important it is to check that product may be on the shelf that may be a hazard. I will no longer patronize this store unless management mentors employees to use logic and professionalism and kindness. In this industry those are key ingredients. She called me a liar and then turned around and said I’m not saying you lied. Very young and immature, but there is no place for that in that establishment. Very disappointed I spent 45 minutes and endured a ridiculous encounter. Normally I’ve had good encounters there but this was pretty unacceptable.

This place never like to stock their products. They need to hire ppls that know what they are doing, and what the products they are selling. The reason I go here, because its close to my house. everytime u come out seriously everything is ran out, because their lazy ass never restock their products!!!,

unprofessional staff! The only person there that knows what customer service is, is the tall blonde with the cute a-line. Other than her, including the manager, everyone is so rude. They don’t even acknowledge that there’s customers in the store. They yell across the store about their personal life and gossip. If you don’t believe me, how do I know the manager lives in Morgan hill and it’s such a pain to drive home every day? There were two girls behind the counter, standing directly one in front of the other. I came up to ask them where the sebastian products were, and as I started speaking, the girl standing in the front, started looking back at the register as I was still speaking. I was looking at both of them and was moving my eyes back and forth between them not knowing who I was speaking to anymore. As I was in line to pay, 3 girls and the male manager were all around the store stocking shelves, and the only person ringing people up was the rude girl from earlier. She then bellows for the tall blonde girl to come help ring up customers. If it wasn’t so close to my house, I really only ever use cosmoprof when I need color because I could find everything else I need at other places. I do get suckered in by their good deals on products and liter sales, but I would rather not give them my business. I really hope Cosmoprof reads these Unilocal reviews because I really RARELY have a good experience with the workers. The only locations worth going to are Campbell and Gilroy. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased Oster Clippers and when i opened it, there was some used broken other model. Manager called me a liar! Then the DM was there — that jerk is a real tweeked out piece of work — and he called me a liar and started threatening me. When he and his manager finally accepted blame that perhaps a returned item made its way into new stock, they came up with some BS story explanation and offered not to give me my cash refund, but to give me store credit(mind you this was all within 24 hours of purchasing it). After further preserverance and getting loud they gave me my refund. DONOTBUYELECTRICALSFROMTHISLOCATION!!! The girls at Story Road know how to take care of good paying customers. Story Road Cosmo Prof is a great one. Blossom Hill needs a lot of work on their management team.
