So upsetting. We had my brothers body taken here to be cremated. We were told they were only open Fridays between 1 and 2 for pick ups and that turn around time was 8 business days. When we tried to collect his ashes 2 weeks later the employee told my mom that he had family in town so he couldn’t be there to open the office for us that day and also refused to give his boss /​owners phone number. It makes me so angry to see the anguish my parents are going through because of this place.

How does CREMATE LOCAL translate to having your loved one hauled to Stockton, CA for cremation by unnamed owners and funeral directors. Not very proud of their business is my assumption. If you want to have your loved one cremated locally, call your local funeral director.
