I ordered two medium pizzas and a Sprite. For some reason, it didn’t cross my mind to check the pizzas, however I was given the wrong type of pizzas. I called them when I realized that, and have been on hold for 25 minutes. Idk if it’s just the night crew, however I’ve never had bad service like this from any other dominos location.

I have never encountered such horrible customer service in all of my life. I wish I could give this business negative stars! So me and my boyfriend decided to call from our car from the parking lot since we accidentally parked in lot over. We were put on hold and we literally watched this woman gossip for a good 10 minutes and no worker followed up on us! We decided to go inside to order but this lady was like cussing and talking inappropriately with her workers! We ordered and sat inside the establishment to wait only to find that they put every person on hold! The entire 30 minutes we were there no one followed up on the calls at all! Domino’s you are definitely losing business in this location! Please hire new people!

This place has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. This location really needs to change who they have managing this location. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if I owned this establishment with the person managing it. I believe the«manager’s» name is Daisy. She not only refused to credit my card back(granted it was not a huge amount, that is beside the point) but she was rude, gave me attitude and hung up on me while I was in the middle of my sentence. I wrote a complaint online but not it seems I basically wrote that for my own fun because I have not received anything back. A different«manager» called me while I was at work to discuss the issue but when I called him he said he was in a meeting and that if I could text him back with my number because he did not have it. Seriously? You want ME to text you back with MY number eventhough you called you me?! I thought that was completely ridiculous. Needless to say I still have not heard anything regarding my situation. Stay away from this place if you do not want to be robbed.

Ordered our pizza online for delivery, timing and delivery was good. Once my fiancé starts eating her pizza, she bites into a METALPUSHPIN! I proceeded to call the store to complain about it and they asked me if I can be put on hold which I agree to… After 10 minutes of waiting,(I wanted to see how long it took) I decide to call from my fiancé’s phone and get asked to be put on hold again and I said«I’ve been on hold on the other line for the past 10 minutes» to which the employee didn’t say anything and just put me on hold… After another 5 minutes, I tell them what happened, she said«Ouch» and put me on hold AGAIN! Another 5 minutes later(20 mins now) Is ask Crystal(who I’ve been«speaking» with this whole time) to speak with the manager, puts me on hold to look for the manager(I think…) and comes back to tell me that her manager is on break and if I can call back later. I asked her to take my info and have her manager give me a call back when she gets back and her approach was«Well, can you call back later because our notes get mixed up and we’re short staffed» and I said«No, take my info and give it to your manager» and she said«I can’t take notes, I’m just an employee» Outcome: Had to contact corporate and this issue was resolved quickly. We were reimbursed our money and Manuel(Assistant Manager) made us a new pizza and delivered it himself. Thanks to Tim @ Corporate and Assistant Manager Manuel @ this store for all the help.

I ordered a couple thing online at this location. I ordered 10 minutes before i left home to pick up my carry out. it took me 15 minutes to get there plus i had to wait an additional 25 minutes once i arrived. I ordered a Italian sausage sandwich with extra sausage that cost me an extra dollar and didn’t get my extra sausage. Maybe the lady that was working there at the time was giving extra service to someone in the restroom. I don’t want to hear excuses i just want my order complete in a timely manner. Also if in order extra of something i expect to get what i was charged for, nothing less. I regret not getting the plus sized lady name, she was a very horrible emplye and i would not frequent this location again. Horrible experience.

This is a first time that i ordered pizza online. It showed the progress of the order until it gets delivery. The order said it would take around 30 – 60 minutes but after 10 minutes someone knocked at my door for my order delivery. It was amazing!

Avoid this location at all cost. I’ve experienced the worse customer service in my entire life here, twice! This establishment deserves 0 stars. First incident occurred when I ordered a pizza online. Since this location was the closest to my address the order was sent to them for fulfilment. However, they were closed so even though I paid a tab of about $ 50+ no pizzas were made or delivered to me. I called them to re credit my account in the next few days and was told the«pending» charge would drop off. Fair enough, I’ll wait then. After monitoring my account the pending charge went through and I was charged for something I never got. Called again and after they«looked» into their system stated that there was no order for the amount I was claiming. So I then had to take my issue to corporate Domino’s. What irritated me was the lack of communication from Corporate to Franchisee to myself. This was ongoing for about 2 months and everytime I was able to speak to someone regarding the matter it was only because I, on my limited free time had to call or email them repeatedly. That shows they do not give a fuck about their customers. Multi million dollar business completely disregarding trying to satisfy their customers. After dealing with corporate and playing phone tag with the Tully location they figured out corporate had my order number and saw the charge but the Tully store couldn’t view it because it never got sent to them. That is a shady ass business practice to take a payment from a customer and not fulfill the order. I had to again on my own time go to the bank and get documents showing the charge and email them to them. What a waste of my time because on the last call with them they 3wayed my bank to see if the charge was really taken out of my account after i had proved it!!! The comical part was when they finally honed up to being in the wrong they tried to refund me by way of a check!!! Are you kidding me, after 2 months of trying to get my money back and paying by way of card you’re going to send me a check that I have to wait days for? UNACCEPTABLE. Aside that monstrosity of an ordeal, I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves because after coming home late from a road trip I was famished and they were but a few options where I could get food delivered quickly. I ordered 2 pizzas and my bill was $ 15. Live tracker said it would arrive in 45 minutes, everything was going smoothly until it left for delivery. It being late and the distance to my house I figured Toan would be here in 15 minutes but no, it took him nearly 40 minutes to get here. No apologies, no communication. Still he provided a drop off service so I tipped him $ 2 on my card for a total of $ 17. When the charge goes through, it says $ 21. What the fuck. So I call them to explain my experience and the manager isn’t available so the assistant manager says her manager is out and will call you tomorrow to follow up. DAYS go by and I get NOCOMMUNICATION. I email corporate, and get NOCOMMUNICATION. Why would anyone want to do business these people who care obviously about money more over customer satisfaction. Especially people who try to tip themselves more on others’ money. Incident occurred August 3rd and I FINALLY got to speak to the Area Manager today August 14th which means I won’t get my refund for another week. The communication factor could have prevented everything but these mega corporations don’t care about anything but profit margins. I didn’t get anything but empty apologies and for the time wasted on both situations, only a $ 25 gift card for the first ordeal. Stay away from this place.

John, the Manager of the store, provided us w/outstanding customer service. I live close by another Domions, but I will making sure that I place my future pick up orders at this Tully location. The girl told me to hold 3 times for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. She didn’t even know the specials they had. It sounded like this lady was on something. Simple job. Can’t even do the task. This place gets worse every time. Where do they hire these girls? I would like to know the hiring process. Would not recommend this place.

The pizza quality has improved over the years for sure. I recently tried them out again and was happily suprised to find it was very good. Not quite as good as(in my own opinion) Round Table Pizza but still good. Also the prices when ordering online are far better than Round Table Pizza. I’d say go for it if you want decent pizza delivered to your door without paying too much.

Charged my card, says it’s delivered, but it’s never delivered!!! Tried to call so many times. No one answered the phone. Finally someone answers and says our place is from berryessa! WTF. Berryessa is so far from us! Then she says it’s from aborn when our receipt says tully. I just don’t get it. Just stick to the reliable Pizza Hut. Worse first experience with dominos. Ever. First and last with dominos. Tried to give y’all a chance but it ain’t happening!!!

WORST customer service I have ever experience. Pizza was late, and when I called, I was told in a condescending tone that the pizza was on its way. Called again and was again given excuses. Pizza was finally delivered a full hour after it was promised. Poor way to run a business.

Worst dominos ever !!! The one time I order dominos instead of papa johns they have long wait and also rude ! The put you on hold for at least ten mins and all I called for was to see if they had a certain sauce. I tried to be patience but ten mins is too long for any hold ! Never again. Also have pictures to prove the ten minute hold !

Worst location ever. As you enter you are greeted by a wall of bullet proof glass. If it’s so unsafe, I should probably not visit. The pizzas were over done. The crusts were burnt, the cheese was so done it was not stringy as you expect. The thin crust was thinner than a Taco Bell mexican pizza and barely had any toppings, that was so pointless. It was like a steam roller flattened a pizza.
