I don’t like the attitude I received from the drive-through girl. And they don’t do hash browns. You already serve half of breakfast and you don’t even have that. Extremely slow with the drive through line too.

Please, if there was a choice of no stars, thats what my choice would be. I ordered my food thru drive thru. Told the young lady specifically that I wanted the bundle deal deal for 9.99, which I told her I wanted nuggets meal. She then told me the total was 5.49. I asked her to repeat my order because $ 5.49 was pretty cheap for the bundle deal. She of course messed up my order and charged me for just one meal. She then corrected the meal and ask me to pull up to the first window. When I got to the first window, the young man repeated the order and got it wrong as well! After he corrected our order, he asked me what sauce I wanted, in which I said barbecue and ranch. When I pulled up to the second window, I got my food from a different young man. I had my wife check the bag because I had a feeling they were going to mess up my order again. My wife looked into the bag, everything was right other than the sauce, they had given us barbecues and honey mustard. I asked the young man for ranch sauce and he said that it was in the bag. I then asked my wife to take out all the sauces to prove to him that there were no ranch sauce in the bag. WTH! My whole point? DOYOURJOBCORRECTLY. I mean dam, no brains involved.

Couple of months ago I went to this McDonald and odered my favorite Double Quarter Powder. But when I went home and opened it up there was a leaf in the burger. It was a real leaf from a tree somewhere, not lettuce or pickle. It was a terrible experience. I called the McDonald customer service line to complain and ask for a compensation, a «one-meal» gift certificate, to make it up for that terrible meal that day. But even that, they didn’t want to do that. Obviously, this was INTENTIONAL because there was no way that a leaf can get into the kitchen of this McDonald or any McDonald and then get into my burger. If it can, then the Department of Public Health would be interested in knowing WHY? This is EXTREMELYEVIL! If this happens again I will sue them and file a complaint to both the Department of Public Health and the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Very unhappy with this location. I went through the drive thru last night and ordered my daughter the double jalapeño meal and we went home. When my daughter was a few bites away from eating it all a piece a plastic was in her burger… I called them immediately and no answer and I continued to call and still no answer. Finally I got a hold of someone the next day. I was told by the manager that she would be in until 5 so I get there at 4:30& they asked me if I could wait until 6 I said no. So finally the manager came out and informed me that she would need to talk to her jalapeño supplier and in the meantime she offered to pay for my daughter’s meal but I told her my daughter was at home and I was headed to sears so she offered me a gift card… I didn’t look at the amount until I arrived at sears and I was shocked that it was only for 5.00 and her meal I paid for was 8.64… really! !! So disappointed

Cheap, slow, rude and bad customer service. I just ordered a double cheeseburger meal and it took them ten minutes for their service, tried to charge me to add Big Mac sauce for my burger. Old Fat Indian or Mexican manager gave me my burger while it was all dirty and nasty inside the wrapper sauce were all over. RUDE. FYI, there fountain machine doesn’t even work. Talk about ghetto. ONLY good thing about this place is there play place for the kids. Don’t waste the time and Don’t go here! Beyond unprofessional!

It’s a McDonald’s, so we all know the deal on the food. There are a lot of reviews on here about the bad service, but I think it really depends on what time you go. I’ve been once when the employees(the older ones) seem rather stand-offish. One lady took my money without even saying a word or even really looking at me(not a hi, not a thanks, nothing). However, during the other times I’ve been the workers all seem super chill. One time they randomly handed us an extra drink and told us he accidentally made it so we could just have it for free. Another time we noticed one of the employees wearing a kandi(a bracelet made of beads that us ravers exchange). We ended up trading kandis through the drive thru window, totally made my morning! It may be completely random or just when certain people are working, but there are definitely a mix of employees here.

Didn’t have coke for some reason, I guess their Coke was watery at the time or something, so no big deal. I ordered 2BBQ ranch burgers, and they had onions(or at least I think it’s onions) instead of the chips that usually come with inside the burger. I was highly disappointed and biting into it made me lose my appetite. I usually go to a McDonalds at least 2−3x a week and get a BBQ ranch burger. It was horrible.

I’ve been wanting to try the new mcchicken. First time I tried to order it, they gave me a mccdouble instead. Not a big deal, mccdoubles are delicious. Second time it tired ordering the mcchicken was 9 minuets before the store closed. They gave me 2 buns, a patty, and cheese on it. That isn’t even on the menu. In pretty sure they did it on purpose because there was no one else in line. I am straight up insulted. Don’t go here do yourself a favor. And to the management, this happened at 1:51am 11÷9÷13 whoever your staff was at this time please fire them. Thank you.

«Do you have chocolate chip cookies?» -«yes we do.» «Can I have 3 please?» -«actually we don’t but we can bake them for you, you would have to wait 5 min.» «Okay that’s fine.» «I’m sorry our oven is off, we only have oatmeal raisin.» What the heck! You guys close at 12 and your oven is off? And you say a yes, then wait 5 min, then no type of response. Epic fail McDonald’s on TULLY… also, at night, the fries are usually cold. The owners, get it together at night whoever is running the shift… Have it your way? Pssss… very disappointed…

This is the only McD where I’ve had over several experiences with missing items in my order(burgers, fries, nuggets, apple pies especially) and obviously cold fries. I don’t want to go up there and be the one to point it all out, but I have to. The inconvenience annoys me. Other than those instances, just like any McD. Plus for having a drive-thru.

This is one of the better McDonalds in the area. I think they recently renovated it so it looks alot nicer now. When I went through the drive thru at night they had my order ready at the window without any waiting at all which was kind of impressive. The people doing the drive thru are usually pretty nice and the food has always been freshly made(at least it seemed like it just came off the grill).

Who really writes a review for a Micky Ds?! But I am because I am very upset and frustrated with their dual drive-thru setup!!! 1. When both lanes are used, they tell u to wait a minute which was actually 15 mins(no joke) I think they forgot about me until I yelled, «Excuse me but how much more longer do I have to wait!?» I have 2 babies in the car both under 1 ½ years old. The reason I need to get to a drive-thru and quick is cause I’m alone with 2 babies in the back crying and I can’t take both kids inside. Anyways, the person came on after my yelling and didn’t even apologize for forgetting about me. They just came on to get my order and pretended like they didn’t just waste my time, whatever. I made my order and drove forward, finally! 2. Got to the window to pay and almost paid for the wrong order. Again, the stupid dual lane drive-thru has no system. The cashier seemed dumbfounded and was like, «ughhh what was your order then?» I told her and she finds my order and I pay, done. 3. I need to exit the back side going towards K. R. Smith school. I’m sure that’s why they have 2 ways to exit, straight out the drive-thru or left turn. So I go left and there’s a car stopped there. I approach slowly and waited, she didn’t move. I honked quickly, she moved a couple inches. Now I’m super frustrated, I’ve been in this damn drive-thru for literally 30 mins. WTF! And now there’s a car blocking the driveway exit so I honked again. This ghetto ass Mexican soccer mom, sorry to say soo but she was Mexican, driving a mini-van like a soccer mom and was super ghetto coming out of her piece of shit van throwing her hands up like as if I’m retarded enough to come out of my car with my babies in the back.(eyes rolling) She was like they told me to park here and wait for my food! I told her to move forward so I can exit, I’m sure they mean to just park but she swears Micky D told her to block the darn exit! So now this B**** won’t move her car and again I’m stuck for another 10−15mins and when the employee comes out to give her food, they spoke in their Spanish language and looked at me and laughed, and she still paused before she moved her damn car… I asked the employee if she told her to block the exit, she acted like she didn’t speak English or understand me! Point is, if this McDonalds knew how to run both lanes and get shit right and quick like how a single drive-thru is suppose to be, I wouldn’t have been frustrated and that whack lady in front of me wouldn’t have to wait for her order, I wouldn’t have had this confrontation which could have been worse! I am not that type of person! I am not one to brag but I work a normal job in a professional doctor’s office, I come from a good home with successful family of business owners and doctors. I pick up my kids and am starving so I go try to grab something quick to eat at a McDonalds and this is what happens?! Seriously, leave the cheap stuff to the cheap, ghetto fat asses out here! I’ll never go to a McDonalds again, especially this one! The customers, the employees are all dumb and below me!

Waited for a bigmac to be made and when I finally got it it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and there wasn’t enough sauce!!! This McDonalds needs to stick to running the FARM!!!
