The KFC here deserves a 5 star while the Taco Bell at this location, is below inferior. Not sure whether it’s because they use expired ingredients or what, but let this be your final warning. Avoid their Taco Bell.

The service here is very slow. We had to wait quite a while for our meals. We ordered one of the items without sour cream, but it came with it anyway. Also the location is tiny, there are not that many tables, and with the speed of the service they are mostly filled with people just waiting to get their food.

This Taco Bell is close to my house so I find myself over here from time to time. They always seem to mess up at least one piece of my order. And almost always out of fire sauce. Seriously how hard is it to stock more fire sauce? I don’t have an mba or anything, but if customers like fire sauce, and you keep running out of it, maybe you should order a larger quantity. Not rocket science.

It’s a hit or miss at this location. I’ve been here 10 times and 8 out of 10 their service is awful. It seems like they don’t know what their doing or I’m not lucky I get the newbies every time and they take forever n mess my order up at least 4 times. Since this is the closes to my house what can I do. I hope they can train them on slow days

I actually went to another taco bell recently & was VERY disappointed. I ordered a burrito which I normally order from this location & got a tiny little wrap with BARELY anything in it. When I go to this one. I usually get a super sized one. I don’t know if this location just hooks it up more. But I really have no complaints about coming here for my taco bell fix. Its an even bigger plus that this one is also combined with kfc. The customer service is always so good to me here. I hardly ever have any complaints. I learned my lesson. Never am I going to another taco bell other than this one.

This Taco Bell is a KFC/​Taco Bell half N half. The food portions are not recommended and the quality of the food is not fresh. If you’re gonna go to a Taco Bell go to the one on Capitol and McLaughlin. They pack on the food.

This East Side Taco Bell is just that! After I paid they asked me to park ahead so that they can bring my food out to me. I waited 5 minutes! I had asked for Fire sauce and they gave me exactly 3 regualr hot sauces. I ordered 2 hard shelled tacos and the shells of the tacos were both stale and very chewey. The tomatoes were very mushy. I asked for Fire sauce and they. I also ordered the Potato soft taco and the potatoes were HARD. I couldnt chew them. I threw that soft taco away. I will never go back there again!
