This is a great place to watch sports.
THey have karaōke Fridays and Saturdays, the sound system is great.
The kj is pretty friendly.

This review is more for the KJ, not for the barstaff who are attentive, friendly and make great drinks.
Came here for New Year’s Eve, ready to belt some tunes. I put in a song early on, and my friend put his in a few minutes after me. 4 songs after mine, he still wasn’t up. 6 songs. I went up to the KJ’s computer screen and saw his song was still 4th in line.
Ok.
Another 3 songs pass, he’s up! Oh wait no, he’s not? Another 2 pass. I look at the screen again, his song isn’t even up there any more. I ask the KJ, she points to the song slips and says there’s 3 songs in front of him so she hadn’t put it in yet. That’s not true, it was there before, but okay. 3 songs pass. He’s up! No, he isn’t.
I think I know what’s going on here.
I put 2 dollars in her tip jar looking right at her and my friend finally got to sing 10 minutes later, after almost 2 hours.

This place is dirty and it smells bad. It reeks of cigarette smoke and spilled beer. Regulars are miserable drunks including the owner who smokes so much his mustache is stained a brownish shade of yellow around his mouth. Gross. If you really want to get depressed, go there in the morning to watch people spend their disability checks getting their drunk on. Not Willow Glen’s proudest establishment.

The 70 year old woman in charge of the singer’s and who was next to sing a song was the worst… she was a complete B word… only picked her friends… we waited 3 hours to get up and sing and she cut us off… this old woman has never been married and or scorned… complete garbage…

Mine and my husbands new favorite spot… so lively and the crowd is super friendly. Drinks are reasonable. I love it here… love watching people sing karaōke

This is a cool little hole in the wall adjoining a delightful-​looking Mexican restaurant. It’s definitely a neighborhood bar, and it seems that people do go there to interact with each other, so… this may not be to your liking if you just want to sit by yourself and have a cold one. But regardless, everyone seems to be very friendly.
Also, the pours are noticeably smaller than the Willow Den down the street. Also, the clientele here tend to a bit on the mature side compared to the Den.

This place has their regulars. AND they seem to run the Bar. Specially on Sundays. When the games are on TV. They control the Jukebox. The sound is turned OFF… Horrible.

Very fun lounge. Great drinks, VERY friendly staff, we can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a great Saturday night and for putting up with an old fogie who wanted to belt out some Sinatra when everyone was doing current stuff (very well, too!).

Was a lot of fun! We went on Saturday which is karaōke night (which I’m generally not a huge fan of) but there were some people in there who were really entertaining, would go back again.

Went there on a late Sunday afternoon.
Nice atmosphere, nice patrons, friendly staff, cheap drinks.
Everybody seems friendly and happy there. It’s a perfect place to chill around!
It’s small and clean. You can order food in from next door (great Mexican restaurant).
Great dive bar, probably becoming my new spot :)

Went there last night for the first time with some friends. It’s a cool place. The atmosphere is friendly and fun and the karaōke is always a great experience. People were having fun dancing or singing along. It’s just a little tight and can get crowded.

If you are looking for a local dive bar in the Willow Glen area then this is a good place to start. Plenty of parking and a few big-​screen TVs inside to keep you entertained. They also have karaōke a few nights a week which adds to the entertainment value. I like that you can sit outside on a few park benches and take your drinks with you. Dice cups are a must and are available upon request. Bartenders are always friendly and have a heavier hand when making drinks which is a definite plus.

Nothing special about this hole in the wall. Liquor, weirdos, loud drunk people, karaōke Saturdays, super weird lay out (sunk in dance floor, they did get a new main bartender who is super sweet. Probably my favorite part, but all in all this place is okay. I’d much rather go down the street

Dive Bar Alert!
Drinks are cheap, company is decent (minus one or two a-​holes), and karaōke is entertaining. Our waitress was super friendly and sweet, and she was definitely always on top of things.
As far as dive bars go, this one is great!

Seriously the worst service ever. I usually never write bad reviews but when I came here with my boyfriend and his 2 cousins, they literally forgot we were even there. We ordered food, waited 20 minutes, asked them where our food is, waited another 20 minutes, the food finally came out. BUT IT WAS COLD. I’m pretty sure our food was just sitting in the kitchen waiting for us while the waitresses forgot.
Never coming back. Cold food. Slow waitresses = no tip
