I have had a bad experience with J&J Air. First, they are always late, and not on time. I have to change my work schedule to meet them so they can fix/repair my AC/Heating unit. The owner(Jerry Hurwitz) has over billed me a few times, that is fraud. Plus trying to over sell me on products/materials. I have reported them to the Santa Clara County BBB& State Department Consumer Affairs for there unethical business dealings! Stay away from J&J Air & Owner«Jerry Hurwitz», it will be the BEST thing you can ever do, save yourself the headaches!

J&J is as good as it gets. I manage our company facility — 88k sq ft, 37 roof units. I’ve had a parade of air conditioner companies through here that were either 1) Good hearted, but undertrained, 2) Somewhat trained, but were focused more on maximizing profit instead of taking care of our system. Our 5th provider in 7 years was worth all the searching. J&J techs were recommended to use by a reliable industry source and things have been great. No more surprise problems. Gone are the problems that we had for years, but could not be figured out. Billing is reasonable; J&J appears to have a fundamental business strategy of competence and fairness. I would strongly recommend them and would be happy to share details via email or telephone.
