Jack In the Box

Jack in a box is just one of those not so good places that serves okay food. Fastfood should be fast and the food should be mediocre but when I ate here yesterday, the food is not passable. I bet they have much worst tasting food in their menu.
I don’t hate this place, its just that they don’t have anything good on them.
I don’t know if I would coming back after the experience yesterday!

Great service at this location Marco always gets our order right in a timely order. All the other locations could learn a thing or two from this one.

I went to this Jack In the Box location on Prospect Road (across from Westgate West Shopping Center) on October 23^rd, 2014 at around 6:30 at night… the place was empty and I was the only one there. The manager was pulling double duty as he was helping me and was also the person helping people through the drive-​thru and let me tell you he did a GREAT JOB at both… he was SUPER-​FRIENDLY and did not mess up my order at all…
I ordered a Jumbo Jack with Cheese, four tacos, large Curly fries, and a value drink and the food was standard Jack In the Box fare and for what it is it did not disappoint… I left the store satisfied with my belly full and overall I was impressed with my experience at this Jack in the Box restaurant. This restaurant gets extra points for cleanliness too cos the workers really work here, they do not take breaks and find things to do when they don’t have to work in the ktichen. A good Jack in the Box location overall and I wouldn’t mind eating here again.

Best items are the sourdough grilled chicken sandwich, and their egg rolls. The Oreo milkshake is also tempting, though I try not to order it too often :) The staff is attentive and friendly, and the place is clean.

Usually only come here when the 24 hour McDonald’s down the street disappoints, or their ice cream machine is broken and Jack-​In-​the Box almost never fails to disappoint. They almost always get your order wrong so make sure you check. Honestly if you’re reading Unilocal reviews for a Jack drive-​thru idk what kind of advice you’re seeking. The mini churros are bomb though.

I stopped by for their 2 tacos special and a Jumbo Jack. This is always a tasty combo and pretty cheap as well.
The food was just as good as the rest of the chain because of their standards. It’s also a plus that their items are made to order.

Customer service — 3 Stars (I still can’t understand how fast food establishments with drive thru windows get away with making their priority the drive through customers over their walk in dining customers!!).

I’ve never had a problem with this place. Always quick and good.

When I write a review, I try to keep in mind the type of store that I’m reviewing. This is Jack In The Box, it’s a fast food restaurant. There’s no foie gras or seared ahi tuna here. There’s no guy with a table comb.
This is a place to get inexpensive food prepared very quickly, and this store does it well. I walked in around 7:30 in the morning, the store was clean, service was fast and friendly and the food (sausage & egg biscuit) was as good as I would expect.
There was a time over 10 years ago when I would eat fast food at least 7 times a week, but now it’s about 1 – 2 times a month. For fast food it’s pretty good. I would definitely come back here.

4 stars because you guys were really nice when helping us at the drive-​thru, the food was ready pretty quick, and i love love love your sourdough jack with lots and lots of buttermilk.

Unfortunately, I had to eat this for nearly 2 months straight. I was working 3^rd shift at the time and it was the only thing open and available at 2 or 3 in the morning.
Now, usually, I like alot of dressing on my burgers. This place takes it to a whole new level. They over mayo’d and over ketchup’d the burger to the point where when you would take a bite, a whole slew of it would drop onto the wrapper if you were fortunate enough not to get any on yourself.
Every​time​.So yeah, it was a little repulsive, the amount that they would use.
And most of the time at the drive thru they cant hear you or are retarded. I remember one time after being so def up with this place [cuz I knew it was coming] the guy said «What» for the 3^rd or 4^th night in a row, I yelled at him and asked him if he was «F’N deaf?»
Soon as I got off the 3^rd shift, I ceased to return to JITB all around.

Fast food open very late at night; I don’t think this place ever closes while everything else closes super early in this area. There’s probably nothing special about this Jack compared to the other Jacks out there, but this one was my regular stop.
Not super fast, but always open late so I could eat great.

This place makes fast food look bad. This food isnt even fast! Im sure they were cooking to order but it took 20 minutes to make my food and it was a drive thru… Please step your game up.
