Back again since its damn near impossible to reach the MAC counter via phone. Only one star purely based on the POOR customer service I received from Christian. I can’t say I’m surprised, but today took the cake. I arrive right as they opened and there were already 4 people in front of me. I get to the counter and Christian was clearly not ready to be working or maybe he forgot that he works in customer service. Someone should remind him that he gets a paycheck because customers come and spend their money. I was trying to exchange 2 items that I got for Mother’s Day because I already had the items so I wanted to get something different. In addition to that, I wanted some new shadows. The first words out of Christian’s mouth were, «Do you have your receipt». Not, «Hi, how can I help you»? He literally was rushing me into making my selections so I let him know that I didn’t appreciate being rushed and that I would need a little time to figure out what I wanted to exchange. So he says«fine» and walks to the back(BLESSINGFORME) and then I was helped by the professional, customer service orientated, Tracy. Yes, it was first thing in the morning and yes, there were other customers that needed help, but Tracy took the time to recommend products that I was satisfied with. Lesson learned, I’ll never spend a dime or even exchange at this location. The«MUA“s(except for Tracy) at this location give the MAC brand a bad look. If Tracy isn’t working, don’t waste your time!

I came to the little MAC counter super tired and like just looking for some things I wanted, and the guy that helped me his name is «Audo» was super sweet and helped me so much. So thankful for people like him who actually seem like they care about what they are helping you with! :D

It was my first time going to this mac store and I was not impressed at all. I feel like most of the MUAs are unprofessional. I had no makeup on and wanted to buy a lipstick with the matching lip liner that I asked for. She comes back with the WRONG lip liner, so I began to correct her, but she interrupts me saying I shouldn’t use a liner that is an exact match for the lipstick. I understand some people prefer a liner that is darker, however I always use a liner that matches my lipstick. She pushed me into buying the lipstick and the WRONG lip liner, so I just left and ended up not buying anything. I have no idea why she couldn’t have given me the correct lip liner.

Not good at all. I give them no stars at all for the fact I booked and appointment and they didn’t see me at all. I arrived on time. Wasted my time driving. I don’t know why you ask to make appointment to help build your clients up then diss them like that. If it were anything like a doctors appointment or anything you wouldn’t like it. It’s just really RUDE a lil DISRESPECTFUL to customers. It makes it look had for the store and the name brand. There shouldn’t be no excuse. Customer service needs improvement. So for wasting my time and others I rate really ZERO stars and a big fat F++++.

Went here to get a few cosmetic items as a gift for my mommy. I was helped by a Vietnamese guy(I knew he was Vietnamese cause he started speaking Vietnamese to me). This only one star would go to him for trying to help me while having another customer. Other than that, I would agree with everyone else who has had bad experiences with this Mac in eastridge. I feel you but at the same time you guys should know this is Eastridge mall were talking about here. Okay fine another hint it’s located in the E$$J so what do you expect? Perfect English employees who excel in customer service? Lol the reason why the employees here look snobby or they think they’re better than anyone else it’s cause they’re bitter that they didn’t get hire at oakgridge or valley fair lol

I like shopping here for the most part, love their make up, but I recently scheduled a make up appointment a couple of weeks before the occasion. I called last week to confirm the appointment and they said I wasn’t scheduled for one. The girl was able to fit me in for an 11am appointment, so then I called again to conform two days later and she said I was in the waiting list! At this time I was really annoyed with them, how was I going to be on a waiting list for my make up for an important event?! So unprofessional. I wish I can give Mac Eastridge 0 stars!!!

Usually when I visit Mac, the workers are super friendly! Not this time. I came in around let’s say… 7 or 8? I needed help and there was one female worker I saw who then acknowledged me but continued to walk off. I walked around looking for another worker but there were none! Another tall, male worker came by and I asked to get matched. He seemed rude and impatient to me. He looked as if he was in a rush to finish up with me and go somewhere else. He even left without saying anything while I was checking if I liked the color. I asked to try another color and he rudely told me to do it myself and gave me a brush to use! I ended up buying it cause I desperately needed new foundation. Workers definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

Came by here just before Christmas to get one of their holiday lipsticks, and I love it. There was a young man working that day, and he was so incredibly friendly and personable. He seemed to genuinely care that I got the right products and everything that I wanted. He even got a sale on Viva Glam out of me when I am not the sort of person who falls the up sell. He wasn’t pushing me to purchase, and didn’t seem much like a classic salesman, and that my friends is my downfall. So I walked out with 2 lipsticks that day instead of one. And just yesterday I stopped in to correct a mistake made by an employee at another Mac counter and exchange a product. He greeted me with an effusive«Oh, hey girl» as if he actually remembered me. Quickly exchanged my concealer for me, and joked(good natured-ly) about how wrong the other person was. I do believe that this will be my counter for all Mac needs just because this guy is awesome.

I would give them 4 stars but there was a lack of staff on Saturday evening when my sister & I were shopping and cleanliness/organization was not up to the standard I’m used to seeing from a MAC counter. I will say the makeup artist that was working tried her best to accommodate to everyone but they need a better game plan if she’s the only one at MAC for a solid 30 minutes while I was there. It’s a Saturday evening, I would expect at least one other person assisting. I’m assuming other artist were working earlier because they left their mess from makeovers all over the counters; the makeup artist working was running around to find lipsticks for another customer because they simply weren’t put back into its designated place. We waited for about 15 – 20 minutes before she could come and ask us what we were interested in. My sister got ‘Impassioned’ lipstick and I ended up picking up the Prep+Prime BB Beauty Balm. I liked that she was trying to connect with us on a personal level but on the other hand when you have customers waiting on you, I don’t think it’s very wise to lose track of what your task should be which is get the customer what they want and get them in & out as quickly as possible to help the next. I’ll return back when I’m in the area since today was probably an off day but the rating will only change if I see a difference.

I would like to say that MAC has one of the best outstanding customer service ever. Maybe it’s because they like to hustle with their sales, but whatever it is, good job. I always get my lipsticks from here because let’s be honest WHO doesn’t love cheap good quality stuff? Compared to other lippies, MAC is one of the best. I have a favorite person that works here, i just never seem to get her name. I think it’s Rachel? I may be completely wrong. But she’s white, has freckles, and orange/reddish hair. You guys should ask her if you have any question!!! She’s super nice, and VERY helpful.

It’s kind of a hit or miss at this one… customer service depends on who is working that day… sometimes it’s outstanding while at other times it’s WACK. I always leave with what I came for though.

Okay, it’s been FOREVER since I wrote a review and usually I try to avoid the rage reviews where I’m immediately treated poorly at one place, etc. SO! This is for an amazing sales associate that helped me, her name’s Michelle. She approached me and asked me if I needed anything and I quickly told her what I was looking for: Russian Red, Boy Bait, and Kiss Me Quick! Michelle arrived with the products except one, Kiss Me Quick. I wasn’t upset at all since she suggested another lip liner that I’m NOW in love with.(: As I was paying she suggested another color instead of Russian Red, she dabbed a bit of Viva Glam I onto the back of my hand to test it and I didn’t realize how well the color went especially with my lipstick. I’m not just saying Michelle is the ONLY one who helped me, but there’s another associate that asked if I needed something too. Definitely going back here whenever I’m in the area.

Needed a red, matte lipstick and I knew that MAC had what I wanted. Went here, asked one of the ladies who worked here about what I needed, and she helped me right away. She gave me the perfect color and tried it on. It was awesome! I am one happy customer!

Got my make up done early Sat morning and I loved it! I didn’t run into any problems with the staff or service. Luis was friendly, funny and incredibly good at what he does. =] Very satisfied with how my make up looked after wards… which means a lot coming from practically a make-up virgin. Yeah, I normally go without all the glitz and glam but its fun for a girl to get all dolled-up for special occasions. I would def come back for more! =]
