Friendly employees, hectic chaotic environment. I guess the crazies love Mc Donald’s too. Very fast service. Fresh fries always and super fast drive through

She was too busy talking with someone else. She couldn’t get my order right. Had to wait for the order to be fixed.

How can they not put the main item in a happy meal? Just ordered two, for piece chicken nugget happy meals and only one had the chicken nuggets. Screaming children and no time to go back to fix it is the result. When you’re running through the drive through you don’t have time to check it. Ridiculous.

I have not been to McDonalds in almost a year and this is more proof as to why no one should eat at places like this. Bought a happy meal and the milk that came with it was spoiled, not just spoiled but its expiration date was 12÷04÷3014! I am going back to get my money back but that is not the point! Who the heck is doing their quality checks in their fridge?

After dealing with the piece of s*** Burger King across the street so many times, I could have justified giving this McDonald’s a 5 Star review… but that’s not realistic. Maybe I’ve been lucky, and maybe I’m jinxing myself by saying this, but they have never f***ed up my order here. Service has always been either friendly, or satisfactory for me, but I’ve only hit the drive-thru, and only pretty close to closing time, so maybe everyone is just in a good mood because they’re almost done, and want to finish strong. When it comes down to it, I’d pick this spot over the BK across the street 9 out of 10 times… and that’s just based on service and overall experience, not food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to order my usual order a patty with condiments and toppings and was treated very rudely by the staff and the manager who rolled their eyes at me and tried to charge me for the full sandwich when I was just ordering a patty. NEVERCOMINGBACKAGAIN.

Uhm, I ordered two ice cream cones… and one large COKE. they messed up my order and gave me diet coke… I didn’t order a lot so idk why this McDonald’s would mess up my drink. I have never had a problem like that before with any other mcdonalds.

This location is really dirty. The bathrooms seem like they’re never clean and the tables are often sticky. I usually opt to go through the drive thru to avoid these. The only reason why this McDonald’s gets two stars is actually only because of the ice cream and smoothies. I guess it’s kind of impossible to mess that up. Otherwise, if you’re not in a rush I never recommend you to come eat at Donald’s. spare a couple more dollars and buy something healthier :)

Second review on this one. I ordered a Southwest Chicken salad and a large #1 meal. I got back a McChicken Sandwich and a #1. I told them about the mistake and I paid for the salad, but when I left for home I noticed they took away the McChicken Sandwich I already paid for and they never gave the money back. I swear this location is scamming people.

Very bad customer service! Drive thru order takers always get the order wrong! They still have the courage to yell back at you when trying to correct your order when they can’t even speak properly! Food wise, bad as well. Always order food items without something otherwise you’ll get the cold left overs that have been sitting there for over an hour!

Absolutely terrible. Let me start out by saying I usually love McDonalds — their fries are absolutely bomb and go so well with their soft served ice cream(can I say that you could have that wonderful snack for only $ 2?!? Totally cost effective). I can’t complain about getting 20 nugs for only $ 5 either. However, this one location was just absolutely terrible about customer service, which is something that is very important to me. My friends and I, on my birthday, went through the drive-through at McDonalds. We messed up our orders a little bit and asked if we could redo the order. The drive through person over the speaker said NO in a very rude manner and told us that we had to go all the way around again to make a new order. When we came back around the 2nd time, it was the same person over the speaker and again, was just very rude and not very patient at all. While the Shamrock Shake and the chicken nuggets were in the end pretty tasty(at 2am in the morning, a lot of things taste pretty good), I was just not«lovin’ it.» Please avoid this location at all costs — there are other places better for late night drunchies.

I live just down the street from this McDonald’s and i’ve been here a few times and its always the same. NOCUSTOMERSERVICEATALL! I just came from there and at the first window lady took my money, didn’t bother to say hi or anything. Now I am a very good manners, I said«hi, and thank you» and yet no response. Then the second window wasn’t any better. This lady says«hi» with this dead unhappy look on her face. She couldn’t ever break a smile. She gives my a bag and while she is talking to a co-worker(i’m assuming,) with the back of her head facing me she gives me my drink and that’s it! Nothing like“thank you, come again” NOTHING! How rude! If you work in the food industry it’s common knowledge that you have to had somewhat a decent customer service attitude. Obviously the people that work her are unhappy with their job, now why would I want to come back? ONTOPOFTHESOURATTITUDES, they got my order completely wrong. I wanted chicken nuggets & they gave me a quarter pounder! Now no matter what, I will drive the extra distance to anywhere but here!

This my neighborhood mickey d’s, been comin here for years and enjoyed the food & service until my last visit on saturday. Everytime I get change, whether 2 cents or 2 dollars, I always put money in the charity box. I asked for a ranch and the dick head manager asked for 11 cents, repeadetly. I told him to fuck him self. Fast food chains have boxes upon boxes of dip sauces & they want you to pay for em? GTFO Individual restuaunts make a million+ easily annually & you wanna sweat me over 11 cents? Take my advice, the burger king on the corner has way better food, service & their soda machine us crazy futuristic! haha & they dont charge for sauce.

It’s McDonalds. They are quick, fries are hot 9 times out of 10, and they seem to be under good management. If you want to read someone’s review on the demographics of its patrons and the architecture, I guess Unilocal is now that place(but then, when has it not been?)… But there is nothing out of the ordinary here and it is one of the cleaner/nicer McDs out there. Man, I can’t believe I have to write a review sticking up for McDonald’s. Some of you people need to lighten up. You’re getting a burger for $ 1.

The first thing that strikes you about McDonald’s is the relative simplicity of its architecture. Located on West San Carlos St, the golden arches that hover over its humble countenance only hint at the many culinary treasures held inside. Upon entering, the cultural diversity of the clientele is impossible to ignore. Individuals of all races, moods and consciousness populate its cheerful interior. In a refreshing change of pace from restaurants where you are immediately escorted to tables and left to sit and wait, at McDonald’s diners are encouraged to stand in rows and wait to place their order. This task is made simple by the colorful menu that overlooks the front bar. The innovative interior design of McDonald’s affords an ample view of the kitchen without the need for a tour or special access. Efficiency is the order of the day, and the attentive waitstaff knows why you’re there and wastes no time in getting your order. Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from McDonald’s no-nonsense approach. But the real surprise at the place regulars affectionately call«Mickey D’s», is the food. For starters, I tried the Premium Bacon Ranch Salad, which boasted«sumptuous grape tomatoes and hickory-smoked bacon». The tomatoes certainly had the translucent green color of grapes, and the bacon had the distinctive smoky flavor of a premium Cuban cigar. That set the stage for my main entrée, the Angus Deluxe, which combined a 100% Angus beef patty(with it’s OWN special seasoning!) on a premium bakery style bun, two slices of melty American cheese and topped off with hearty red tomatoes, whole-leaf lettuce, crisp red onions and crinkle-cut pickles. All I can say is, it’s about time someone finally realized the important role pickle texture plays in the overall quality of a burger. As for the rest of the burger, the tomato was indeed juicy, so bursting with flavor that it looked to already have exploded within the bun. The onions were artistically scattered across the contents of the box providing the sort of artistic flair you’d expect in a restaurant ten times the price. Just as impressive was its nutritional value, providing a whopping 60% of the USRDA of Saturated Fat! Diners need not bother with ridiculous amounts of lowfat meals to achieve their daily fat needs — McDonald’s has answered the call and then some. This Angus fellow really knows his beef. Proving that they are sensitive to the needs of those who do not eat meat, McDonald’s also offers Chicken McNuggets in convenient packs of 4, 6, 10 and Just Give Me The Whole Damn Batch. The nuggets were coated in a light golden-brown coating, yet they satisfied the one criteria necessary for any worthwhile exotic meat, they tasted just like chicken, more or less. For dessert, I had the Fruit-N-Yogurt Parfait, a mixture of blueberries, strawberries and lowfat yogurt, topped with crunchy granola. Sadly, as I was about to take my first bite, a very large and unpleasant patron bumped me, causing the creamy dessert to tumble to the floor. I was able to scoop most of it back into the container using my plastic spoon, thankfully, but I must admit I was disappointed. The berries tasted unwashed and the granola was of particularly dubious quality, some of it not chewable at all. Come to think of it, I don’t think there was any granola after all. McDonalds may not be the crown jewel of fine dining, but in an age where you get what you pay for, it’s good to know that at least you don’t always have to pay a lot.
