Wendy’s

I have not eaten at a Wendy’s since 2012. Until today. I’m still not sure why I did it, there’s a Phở place next door that is at least 1.125 Stars better than this, but I did Wendy’s, drive-​thru style, instead.
The drive thru service was slow. Remember back in the day when all of the fast food drive-​thru places started adding a second window? You paid at the first one. You picked up your junk at the second. So fast! Thems were the dayz. Did you notice nobody utilizes the first window any more? This location has full-​on abandoned the two window concept. They still have a first window but they are storing all kinds of boxes of straws and drink lids in there.
There were fries involved. They were gone by the time I made it home. A lady saw me shoving them into my head at a stop light. So gluttony. Such ashamed. Wow.
I’m not going to tell you what else I had because I’m embarrassed, but it rhymes with «please murder.» Well, kind of. Cuz I can’t think of something to rhyme with cheeseburger. Oops, I let it slip. I’m a burgerwhore. I admit it. Happy? It’s not my fault because it’s genetic, I got it from my pops. It’s called the icanhazcheezburger mutation. It’s in the genome, go look it up. Or don’t. I might have made that last part up.
Since my last visit there are many new-​fangled menu items: sriracha this, baconator that, son of that baconator. I’m gonna try very hard not to return to try those.

I can’t even go into how wierd my service was… I don’t write reviews but I honestly just want to write something so maybe, just maybe, the service will suck less and they fire (or at least give a stern talking to) to the wierd little Asian guy who can’t tell that he has dried drool on his face whole he’s serving other people food.

LITERALLY A DUMP! Today… Orders were coming up wrong people were complaining and walking in from the drive-​tru not really packed at all for a Sunday it was moderately slow must be new workers or just Sunday Slackers! In any case all bad.

Terrible!
No one manning drive through at 10am. Waited 5 min still no one.
Went inside. Had to wait another 10min for the fries to cook??? Got regular Coke instead of diet.
Waste of money

The person at register was helpful, she answered our questions regarding the advertised sweet tea drinks. Food was tasty as always. Wendy’s never disappoints.

There’s no excuse for how slow the service is here. This is definitely the managers fault. I waited at least 15 minutes for my food after I ordered. The process of ordering was pretty slow too. There was no sense of urgency. This isn’t Denny’s its Wendy’s. I don’t want to wait more than 5 minutes for some of the worst quality food around.
Get new managment or forget about getting my business.

Super rude. I couldn’t see the salad sign and she gives me attitude because she has to tell me what kind of salads they have. Then when she is saying the salads she says it super fast liking if she is rapping or something and I can’t understand a word she is saying. She was already giving me attitude why ask her again? ?.. so I just reversed my car and left. rude people if you don’t like your job find another place to work customer service is not your thing!

Around 9:50pm tall brown haired caucasian girl working at front register took my order and gave me my order but the medium fries was filled half way, fries are super salty. I like onions on my burger and i know theyre no in&out burger but i literally had one single ring on it. This is literally my third time here and every time ive ever came here out of convenience theyve continually disappointed me! Nice people poor service. Seems like theyll skip you out on drinks and fries if they can. CHECK YOUR ORDER I PROMISE YOU THEY TEND TO NOT GET THINGS RIGHT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

I would leave this location no stars! This place takes the fast out of fast food. If you go inside prepare to wait half a century. You can enter the «restaurant» in your twenties and leave in your fifties. Even In n out has a shorter wait than this place, which is sad considering the lack of costumers in the dining room. Then there’s the drive-​thru, I mean parking lot, considering you’ll spend more time stopped than you will driving. The other day I spent 20 minuets from the time of order to receiving my food, and there were only 3 cars I front of me. Then when I asked for a copy of my receipt, I never received one… From the long waits to the lack luster food placed between yesterday’s buns, do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to In N Out. Sure it looks packed but you’ll be served ten times faster, the food is cheaper and it tastes fresher!

why does this place always have sub-​par food? When I’m in LA, the Wendy’s are always fresh tasting and hot. This place charges more than other Wendy’s, even if there is a national ad, they won’t, honor it. I’ve been coming here since 2000, and the food is gross.

I tried going here a lot since I live close. worst service from a fast food place. I would avoid here

Holy Toledo: the food was horrible and expensive. Employees act like they don’t want to be there. The place is horrible with bad carpets and furniture looks like civil war. Food tasted bland and atmosphere was drab and dreay! I would not go there. go to In and out instead or Panera Bread. I had one third of what I ordered and threw most of it away. Plastic knives, horrible, don’t go there.

I hate coming here! Every time i go they ALWAYS Get my order wrong SMH! I went today for lunch and they forgot the straws like really? I hate this location never coming here AGAIN!

Now has frosty’s in a waffle cone… BRILLIANT!
It’s not in the best area but it’s wendy’s and the food isn’t mad expensive… But I mainly come here for the frosty in a cone, which is just simply magnificent!!! What a good idea! Good Job wendy!

I’m not a fan of this location.
i generally don’t eat at wendy’s anyway, cause i think it’s nasty and i had a negative chicken nuggest experience years ago (those things should not squirt white goo, ew). but i have brought clients here when i have business nearby.
i was in a rush, so i brought a guy here. we walked in because the line for the drive-​thru was 6 cars long. big mistake. we waited in line for about 5 minutes while a little old lady made a meandering order. i finally just walked out, the people behind the counter were in absolutely no hurry. all of the cars that were waiting when we arrived were gone, of course.
there is one plus, even though the signs say wendy’s parking only, we came here another time, and were able to pop across the street and pick up some documents in VMC’s medical records office, without having to deal with the annoyance which is the hospital parking structure.
they do have a plug inside, so you can charge your cell phone while eating.

I haven’t been here in a few months, but we decided to go because we had coupons from my co-​workers.
Anyway, there’s this young girl working the drive-​thru she’s maybe 5′ on a good day, but stands 6’8 with her attitude.
She refused to accept a coupon, then after showing her that her location accepts the coupon, I see her walking to the people preparing our orders, she points to us, smiles and then waits for them to finish bagging everything up.
We check the food in front of her, sounds like she purposely told them to get the order wrong.
Well, you just made a lot of people behind us even more upset when we told you to re-​do the order.
Try the Saratoga Ave one. They may mess up your order, but not on purpose!
If something such as applying a coupon upsets you, perhaps a career in fast food may not be the right path for you???

I hate negative reviews BUT it’s a growing opportunity for the business when I do leave one.
This location simply SUCKS!
I work 4 minutes away. I’m in the drive thru line at 3 p.m. Mind you I have a client at 3:30 p.m. so the thought is that IF I get some food and eat it to work, I will be good to go by 3:30 p.m.
It takes 20 minutes just in the drive thru process. Spicy Chicken Sandwich ONLY and 5 piece Spicy nuggets. The car in front of me gets their food, drives two seconds, stops and then the girl pops out, runs to the window and pulls out nuggets stating it wasn’t hers. They give her a sandwich and she was on her way.
I pull forward, give my credit card after they confirmed what my order was. I watch them take the same nuggets and put in my bag. Big deal, she didn’t even touch it BUT food safety indicates that once the food leaves the store, it cannot be put back on the serving tray. (Guess technically, they didn’t place it on the tray but my bag). I should have checked the sandwich in the bag once I got it, but mind you, I have only 5 minutes to eat and get to work by now.
I ate the nuggets on the way due to the ease of it. Get to work, pull out the sandwich to get a hamburger. I DO NOT EAT BEEF! I gave the sandwich to a co-​worker and took care of my client for 2 hours.
I called to complain and the manager answers the phone, «HELLO». I ask if this is Wendy’s and he says Yes. I asked if he was the manager on duty at 3:30. He says Yes. I proceeded to tell him what happened. And that I would appreciate his district managers info. He hang up on me. CALLED back 3 TIMES. Hang up on every time.
Waited until 8 p.m., called and got another manager who knew how to answer the phone. She was kind enough to hear me and proceeded to fix the problem by asking me to come in the next day to get the right order. I asked her name, Margarita.
I went in the next day through the drive thru again. Came up the window and yes, it was THE manager from the day prior. Asked him why he hung up on me 3 times. This time, I had my kid with me so I added fries and soda to the order. He told me that he will replace my order even though there is NO Margarita that works there (I showed him the phone call I made and spoke to her for 8 minutes the night prior). AND that he will not give me the fries or drink. I said, he wasted my patience, time and money and that fries and ONE drink is enough to suffice the situation. He said NO. I got upset and asked for the district managers number.
He told me to calm down… I wasn’t even mad. He gave me fries and the drink but not the number. I called corporate customer service and NEVER HEARD from them. Not sure if I will visit ANY Wendys anymore.

Asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no mayo and tomatoes. I open the package, oil dripped all over my clothes and table. I couldn’t even eat it. Who would want to? This burger had the sheen of a pubescent boys oily skin! Not to mention, there were mayo AND an abundance of tomatoes included. Mind you, I didn’t want either.
As an added bonus, I found a piece of uncooked ground beef and accidentally ate it after assuming, ‘the fries can’t be that bad.‘
Oh yes, they were.

It is it ironic or horrible that people from the hospital come here to eat?
While visiting a patient one of the other visitors got the stomach growls and ended up here…
Salty fries but the chicken sammich was bueno!

I come here when I am in a rush to get food during my lunch breaks (b/​c I work nearby). I like that there’s a drive thru and a side salad is under $ 2 and is a pretty legit size with a variety of dressings to choose from (ranch, Caesar, vinaigrette, etc.) Also they have a dollar menu that offers spicy chicken nuggets and a frosty freeze (is that what it’s called?) for cheap.
What’s not to love?
