The parking lot is unsafe! Drug addicts, perverts, & crazy people. Do not go here if you value your safety.

The food is good and hot. Parfaits are frozen till lunch but you can smash them up to eat early. Not my preference. Good things come to he who waits. Coffee is steamy and delicious. The staff are SO… friendly and courteous. There is no place for racial intolerance or homophobia in this restaurant. They honor your patronage and are not selectively moody by customer. Of course, vagrants, drug dealers and other shady characters are NOT allowed! The cops did make several appearances which makes me feel safe. Once I was told it’s conspicuous for me to have coffee after noon. I wanted to be, like badge number and name please but I didn’t want to get beat up! He he he he! Respect your government and stay loyal, but when things get weird(and not cool weird) there’s some agency downtown that monitors code of conduct for those groovy guys. After all, it takes guts and dedication to be a policeman. They just like to do their own footwork and dislike snitches. I agree w/that, too. Anton Szander LaVey, a prolific writer and High Priest of Satan, worked in the force evidently but also tamed lions. I think he was a police investigator which probably means he was a desk jockey, but whatever is clever. His career list is, like cool. «Legal schmegal,» he once wrote in a book. I believe in God Almighty. Flesh is the law. Anyways, I was sober when I started this review. Legalize marijuana for the poor. Eat more Mickey D’s!

THISPLACESUCKS! SOGHETTO! The people who works here are SORUDE. SOIMPOLITE. And you have to ASK for a key to go to the bathroom, that isn’t even inside McDonalds. You have to walk all the way outside in the cold, this looks like a place where people would get murdered.

The manager at this franchise is super nice! I came here for the minions happy meal toys and she actually dug through her pile of toys just to find as many variations as possible. THANKYOU, you made my day!

I stop by this McDonald’s for a morning coffee since its on my way to work. I must say I will use the drive thru, I will not get off due to the people that are always around this place drunk and all. Service is ok. Best thing at McDonald’s is coffee. That’s It

Now that there’s a drivethru at Curtner & Union, we’re not stuck between two bad McD drivethru options, this one & Almaden Rd. Unless you’re stuck with few choices because of time & your visit to medical offices or hospital – don’t come to this on near Valley Med. We also had problems with displayed menu items not being available, and the signage not changing to reflect this for months at a time. The folks at Curtner seem happier, neither English nor Spanish fluencies are an issue, and you can hear their responses more clearly.

They are friendly and nice and food is ok I know I should expect much because it is McDonald’s but it seems like the food is getting a bit tasteless.

Always remember to check if you got the right orders if you’re at this McDonald location! When I came to eat breakfast here, I ordered a Big Breakfast Plate w/Hotcakes! This dish includes Hotcakes, eggs, English muffin, sausage, and a hash-brown. So why am I only giving them 1 star? Because they forgot to give me a hash brown and sausage! Something that also bothers me is that McDonalds always have bad cashiers! They’re always in a bad mood! Gosh if you hate your job why are you even working here? People should always enjoy the job they have no matter if it’s your dream job or not!

What ever happened to the DELICIOUS steak breakfast sandwich? I would get up early every single morning to buy 2 of those a day if it was still there. Shaking my head in disappointment :-(please bring it back

Scary place, do not go here! Went to pick up and iced tea, 4pm on Friday, asked for a bathroom token, went to the women’s bathroom, which was unlocked with a man in there cleaning out a needle and rig! Then he yelled at me for coming in his bathroom and a guy in a wheelchair says, «hey don’t bother green eyes» told the manager, he came asked the guy to leave and of course he didn’t. Just not a safe place at all.

I often come here to order coffee and sometimes a mini meal in-between my double shifts since it’s so conveniently close to work. Their coffee is really good and has saved me a few times through my PM shift. Staff here are also very friendly. This is the most diverse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Although, they often have security standing outside, I always get an uneasy feeling coming here. Just be cautious with your surroundings, it’s not a good idea to look through your phone and text people. Lock your doors when going through the drive thru and keep your belongings close to you when dining inside. =)

You can’t go wrong with a hash brown and a McMuffin in the morning! The coffee here is actually pretty good for a fast food joint. I sometimes get the hazelnut coffee w/less pumps than they typically put in.

If you’re planning on walking into this McDonald’s to order your food, make sure to carry your pepper spray with you. And if you’re planning on just driving-thru make sure to have the pepper spray close enough to spray out your windows. Here’s one mini plus to this McDonald’s: this spot is really close to our home(which is unfortunate, being that it’s not in the best area). The drive-thru line here always seems to be pretty long but it’s not so horrible cuz it moves quickly. I’m a huge Mcnugget fan with their sweet and sour sauce, but I’d have to say I’m a bigger fan of the nicer, more upgraded McDonald’s locations than just settling for the crappy fast food.

I didn’t plan to write a review today but after I tried to call several times and gettin an annoying fax beep in my ear I feel its only right. Okay so yea this McDonalds is really sketchy because of all the weird people using the parking lot as a hangout spot but I am writing this based on my ability to contact the manger there about my order… As far as I remember a #1 is a Big Mac combo correct? So I ordered a #1 with a coke and a McDouble… What I got was 2 cheese burgers and a McDouble… This would have been easily taken care of if I coulda called the manager and told them about my situation but the number they list seems to be a Fax. might have to take a longer trip next time and hit up the one on Stevens Creek.

Like all true fans of fine dining, I, too, am a dedicated and loyal customer to Ronald McDonald. This location is interesting. It isn’t in a sketchy neighborhood, yet, it manages to fill it’s parking lot with sketchy people. Lucky for me, I love McDonalds enough to look right past the gentlemen huddled outside of the entrance, appearing as if they are in the last hour of a seven-day Meth binge. So, if doped up transients LITERALLY standing between you and those Golden Arches don’t bother you, then this is the place for you!

McDonalds has this thing Ive noticed lately. When you’re waiting in line in the drive thru they have these signs that tell you to have your cash or credit card ready. Is that a really bad problem? Seems to me they should have what ever you order ready. If I’m in a pinch, like being in San Jose at lunch time and late for a meeting and needing a snack to hold me over… I only get myself a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. The line took forever and I don’t think it was lack of monetary preparation on the customers part. Strawberry Banana Smoothies are the only way to go.

I am loving their $ 1 coffee deal at the moment. However, I am not loving the fact that they spilled the coffee all over my jeans, and leather seats.
