Just your ordinary Mc Donalds, Orders are usually correct and quick. The Staff could & should try to smile more…

Ok MacDonalds… it could have cleaner bathrooms but service was fast considering that there were a lot of customers plus drive-through non stop. Normally when I go to a MacDo that is also a drive thru they make them a priority and you end up waiting a lot if you plan to eat at the restaurant. Didn’t happen to me here.

Avoid this location at all costs and go to the location down the street on Santa Teresa and Cottle. This location has very poor customer service and food quality. Employees: Disgruntled and inattentive. There is an old man there who is always on the front register and he seems to hate life and people in general. The Hispanic ladies at the drive thru like to gossip away in Spanish to the point where the manager has to shush them. Today, I ordered a bigmac and a small order of fries to-go. The lady hands me the bag and I immediately ask for ketchup. She responded with«okay», turned her back and walked away. Maybe she was talking to someone else. A number of employees see me waiting there(I am literally blocking the only open register during lunch rush) and even make eye contact and do nothing. Not even the guy at the register I’m in front of. The manager has to step in and ask him to grab me some after I asked the second time. Really? How much training do you need to hand me a packet of ketchup or ask me if I need anything? Organization: this place looks like a madhouse behind the counter which makes the wait pretty long for fast food. People were walking in after ordering from the drive thru because their orders were wrong. Food: crap, crap, crap. Yes, its McDonald’s, but if your food looks like it was literally thrown together by a child in kindergarten, you have a problem. I once got a bigmac that was so saucy that the entire sandwich was soggy and inedible.

An average McDonald’s. Had no problem with them during our visit here. Went through the drive thru and the employee was speaking clearly. Got all our orders down and had everything we ordered in the bag that we received. The employee was also kind enough to throw away some of our stuff at the drive thru since they didn’t have a garbage can outside.

Asked for a simple cup of ice water and was refused by a rude, senile woman whose inheritance could only be that of medusa herself. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. It is a fast food restaurant that gives a corrupt victimizing corporation a proper representation.

This is many times that they water down the sweet tea when asked for No ice. Also their big mc is not taste as it should be, it seems more dry and this happened more than once too. How I can complaint this type of things to the chain head quarter? So disappointed.

The guy on the speaker box mumbled so much it’s no wonder they forgot to add my sweet tea on my order. Once I got to the second window I recieved my food but no tea. It took a good three minutes to flag down someone. The service was fast other than that.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I live close by so I’ve been here a number of times and they always mess up on my order. Last time they forgot to put a chicken sandwich in there so I went back to get it and they called me a liar!!! They said they put it in the bag and were 100% positive. I’m not sure what bag they put it in but it sure wasn’t in mine. Anyway, why would someone lie about a $ 3 chicken sandwich? Lol. I went ahead and ordered a second sandwich paid twice and left to deliver the cold food to my family, since it took them 15 minutes to get the sandwich. Fyi, the manager is the one who called me a liar, what kind of example is that to your employees?

I got the file o’ fish meal. It was rather dry and could have used more tartar sauce. The fries were warm. Now, I did order inside, so I didn’t have the similar problems people have had going through the drive thru. If I’m ordering inside, give me my dang cup while I wait for you to nuke my food. The place as a whole wasn’t the cleanest. I had anti-bacteria hand sanitizer which I dumped on a napkin and wiped down my table and seat. I also used the restroom. Ugh! Again, I put hand-sanitizer on a napkin/towel and wiped down as much as I could without vomiting. The only good thing is the free wi-fi.

Couldn’t believe my 3-star review is even elevating their overall score. Anyhow, they made several mistakes via drive-thru, so I had to let people know. If you use the drive-thru, please… 1. be sure your order matches what’s on the screen 2. be sure everything you ordered is in the bag 3. be sure your change is exact I’ve been here several times during different times of the day since I’m around the area often. They make one or more of the below incidents every time I come here. It’s like they are trying to take shortcuts every time. 1. no ketchup for my fries(didn’t even ask either) 2. ONE napkin… seriously, just 1. 3. cold burger… ok, the microwave is there for a reason 4. stale fries… come on, McDonalds can do better than that! 5. wrong change… it’s okay if you are bad in math, that is what the register is for 6. wrong soda… I’m not on a diet but I’ll drink diet, except I didn’t order diet. Oh well, 3 stars is still helping their overall score.

CHECKYOURORDER, CAREFULLY! Two weeks ago I ordered a double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger, to go, at the counter. I took my order and left, only to find that I only had the double cheeseburger. I decided the gas and hassle of going back was not worth it. I did call the store and make my complaint. Tonight, I ordered two double cheese burgers at the drive thru. I checked my order, found two sandwiches and left. Only they were regular cheeseburgers, not double cheeseburger!!! Really disappointing. So next time, I’ll check both the quantity and type of sandwich and the cars behind me will just have to wait. Ray Croc would not be happy.

I live nearby, so this is one of my primary fast food options… This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s over the years(when I say a lot, I mean a *lot*, have family that has played the management game at McD’s, in multiple states even). My problem does not stem from cleanliness, or poor customer service(well, at least the interaction side of the CS), or anything like that. Heck, I rarely if ever actually go into the store itself. My problem has everything to do with what happens when you order food at the drive-through. The people who typically take the orders at least understand spoken english, and generally get the order taken properly. All fine and dandy there. The people who are packing things though? You can expect they will forget items on a regular basis; check your bag(s) before driving away. Want fries? Typically lukewarm, sitting in the bin too long. Ask for your burger without cheese or a specific condiment? Good luck them remembering. Not exactly what I look for in a drive-through, not at all. Every once in a while everything will turn out proper, hot, and delicious; the way I expect a McDonald’s. The rest of the time? Well, to put it mildly … I wonder why I didn’t go somewhere else for my artery clogging food.

Not much to expect, its a Mcdonalds. The staff is always super nice, no matter what time you go. My only problem is that almost every time I go to this one(maybe three times a month) they mess up my order, always forgetting something but they are nice about fixing the order

I’ve only been by a few times, both drive thru. It is pretty speedy service but they always get my order wrong. I have not been back since. I would rather them be slow while taking my order than super quick. That’s how you mess up!

Super friendly staff and really clean restaurant environment. Recently I have just been going to various McDonald’s to collect the Smurf movie toys. The staff were really nice and didn’t judge that I only came to buy toys. They definitely treated me with respect, which was nice. It’s things like that, that make me a loyal customer. Although, I don’t really eat fast food often if I need a quick fry fix I’ll come to them first. Committed to sharing greatness, FFF Diva Mo (Fierce Fat Filipina Diva)

Hi, just a vanilla shake. OK, $ 3.25 (I get to Window). Our shake machine needs more milk. Just pull in front and we’ll make it. (2 minutes later). Uh, I guess our shake machine isn’t working. Do you want something instead. Uh…shit…just a diet coke then. Thought they’d give me the coke for free for my troubles, but nooooo — they only refunded me the different. I gave the«really?» look, but ms 19 year old manager wasn’t feeling me. Then I realized there’s a Jack in the Box 100 yards away, and questioned why I even came here in the first place.

This place is a guilty pleasure, nothing more. Go there in the AM when I need some Iced Coffee or Large Iced tea and I’m too lazy to make it myself. Cheap, fast, and fattening. Mission accomplished.

Two different employees here have called me «ma’am» on separate days(I am a guy and I do *NOT* look female). That, combined with the«homeless» guy who is always in the parking lot with a sign, makes me want to never come back.
