This place«ain’t» that bad. It’s tacky, yes. It’s not pretty, yes. But what it lacks from the décor and ambiance, it made up getting me a really cool haircut for only $ 10. Tom I think he’s the owner who cut my hair specializes in «scissor hair cutting technique» for men(Korean look). And no — my hair does not look Korean but if I get it long enough, I just might. So the end result, I like my hair, no complains and it’s dirt cheap. :p They do offer full massage service here as well as pedi-mani. Ladies, from what my other friends have told me this place is good for that too including hair and makeup. So I would at least give them a try once and like I said this place is nothing fancy, but you’d be surprised with the cool services you end up getting. Cheers!

If I can give 0 stars, I will give this place — WARNING!!! Do not waste your time. I was here yesterday and the place is filthy. Very dirty, chewing gum on the floor every towels are used and seems not washed The masseuse(Kimberly) doesn’t know what she’s doing, shes soo MEAN& doesn’t smile at all, after the session she never offer you a tea or water. The worst thing is She waited outside and arrogantly ask for a TIP. WTF! Very very UNPROFESSIONAL. I will definitely NOT coming back to this Place. One Last thing you may want to know that the owner doesn’t know how to communicate to her customers. She YELL! at you and FORCE you to give Tip… giving Tip is not mandatory you know. it very Unprofessional asking you for a Tip. A massage place should help customer to release Stress. Apparently this place is the opposite. You’ll get Stressed out after the massage…

I’ve been debating on whether or not I should write this review, and seeing the poor scores only convinced me to warn the world not to use this place. — My mom(who currently lives in Asia) was staying with a friend in the area for my wedding. She wanted some hair to be removed, so she went to the closest hair/nail place she could find and was pretty happy with the result(and probably enticed by the prices). She even took my sister there(who was one of my bridesmaids) and she got hair removed as well. So my mom made an appointment for me 2 days before my wedding in order to look my best at a decent price. So I went in for an eyebrow, armpit and leg wax. I got there at my appointment time and a girl was there cutting someone’s hair. I asked about my appointment and they said it would be soon. So I waited about 10 minutes and walked outside to talk to my mom, and another(younger) girl came running out saying that they were ready for my appointment. So they brought me into a small, dark room where they worked on my eyebrows first. From what I could tell, she rubbed powder on the area first, and then blew on some hot wax to cool it down, and then waxed my hair off. One of my eyebrows stung and felt like it was burned, and I kept wanting to touch it but she kept saying, «It’s fine, it’s fine.» Afterwards, she did my pits and my legs. When I was about done, she said, «hold on» and walked out, talking to the girl who was cutting the guy’s hair for a few minutes. Then they came back inside. The girl who was cutting the guy’s hair said, «It looks like your eyebrow got burned. But it should heal in 2 days, and you’ll be fine. Sometimes this happens when you’re taking antibiotics. But because you got burned, we’ll be willing to give it to you for free.» I went to the restroom, and to my horror, and saw bright red straps above my eye. It was as if they skinned my eyebrow and it was raw skin exposed, turning red and puffy. I just started crying. «I’m getting married in 2 days! I can’t look like this! You burned my eyebrow!» The girl started freaking out and offered me a free hot oil hair treatment, haircut and eyebrow waxing. «Why would I come back to get my eyebrow waxed if you’re going to burn it??» Then she said, «Sometimes this happens if you’re taking antibiotics» and I said, «I’m NOT taking antibiotics.» Then she said«Sometimes it can be your moisturizer» and I cut her off saying, «It was NOT my moisturizer. Why would one eyebrow be fine and the other NOT?» and she said, «I can give you free(blah blah),» to which I said, «Why don’t you give me my wax for free today?» Her response was, «My boss isn’t here, but she knows that you were coming in today, so I can’t give it to you for free. But if you come in for the haircut, then I can pay for it and give it to you for free next time. But please don’t tell my boss because I will get in trouble.» Guess what? My eyebrow did NOT heal in 2 days. In fact, I’ve uploaded a photo on my wedding day of what my eyebrow looked like. And just FYI, the wax job wasn’t even clean. You get what you pay for. DONOTCOMEHERE. They hire inexperienced, younger girls to do a crappy job and try to hide their mistakes. I wouldn’t trust them to do my hair and my eyebrows again, even if it was for free.

The massage was great, the people were nice, and there’s a cool august raffle. I went a couple times to get a better chance. I asked the owner, Loanna, for who’s good or not and she recommended really great people. This is a place you should come and visit!

You got what you paid for. It is not CMT level. You would felt the same as before getting the massage. You just wasted $ 35 – 40, plus tips. The masseuse has no skill or professional training. Student went to local massage school, pays tuition and clocked hours. I want all those local massage school to shut down or else, be professional of teaching. We would support all the massage store if all masseuses are doing what they learn in school or at least improve their skills. The owner has to check their skill and technique before hiring if you still want us to return. Don’t hire just because of her good looking, please.

i was in town visiting and was in dire need of a massage. i noticed the grand opening sign, so decided to help this new business out by giving them a try. im pretty sure it just opened recently, but the other reviews say otherwise, so maybe that sign was just a gimmick to get people through the door. i came here thinking it would be one of those open massages, where everyone is getting massaged on big comfy chairs in the same room. wrong… individual rooms and the masseuse locked the door?(made me feel a bit uncomfortable) the actual massage wasn’t all that great, and my masseuse demanded a 20 dollar tip before she even unlocked the door to let me out! i actually contemplated on only giving the chick about 5 to 10 bucks MAX… well. since i felt that’s what she deserved. anyways, cliff notes: place sucked balls way overpriced, 40 bucks was not worth it. and i found out there’s another massage place down the street for only 15 bucks an hour… dont waste your money here(the other reviews all seem really fake too.)

Stopped by here from a friends recommendation since my friends and i were in the area. Made a quick appointment and went to eat at a nearby vegetarian restaurant then got a call to go in early at 930 instead of 10. The spa had the special pricing for the massage till end of the month. I ended up getting the manager as my masseuse and i finally found someone that could help relieve some of my neck pain! She had to leave the room a few times because they were very busy that night, but it was understandable. The stone massage was something new i havent tried before, and im quite happy with how things turned out. Thank you Lana, my friends and i have yet to return here!
