The service is usually good and nice workers. But they are horrible at reloading/restocking their food tray! Make me wait for chow mein, and then I have to wait AGAIN when I move down towards the meat station. Get your shit together?!? Super super skimpy on the food over the years. Probably will complain to corporate soon.

I’ve Been to many panda expresses, but this one stood out a little. Usually when I order any entrée, the servers just scoop and fill the tray. However, I noticed when they were serving honey walnut shrimp to customers and myself, I could tell the servers were counting the number of shrimps that were being serve. I wouldn’t blame this on the servers but management, because this how they train. This makes the place look stingy on giving food portion. The food ain’t cheap compared to other authentic restaurants and if they start counting shrimp pieces then this is the last time I come to this place.

I love panda but this one sucks. Ordered broccoli beef and the broccoli was good but the beef was dam near raw, my boyfriend ordered firecracker chicken breast and there was one piece of chicken on top of a ton of veggies. Personally will not be taking out from this location any longer

Man, I’ve never felt so stupid coming into a fast-food place like I have last night. I was on a mission to get entrees alone since I made hella rice at home and I was thinking, «Panda Express isn’t a bad idea. It’s never a bad idea» so I decided to come in. Since it was my first time getting entrees alone w/out any rice or chow mien, I asked the associate who greeted me to show me the size differences between S, M, L. I thanked him for doing so. Although he kept pushing me to go w/a combo, I still went w/two A La Carte items. I then ordered(1) honey walnut shrimp and(1) Beijing beef. As he was getting my order, I saw him whisper something to his coworker named Raul and they both looked and laughed at me after. Of course, I was in awe for such an action but since I was just so tired from a long day of work, I just decided to let it go. Then Raul took my order to the cash register and asked me to pay $ 18 for two mediums, which I had no problem with because the associate from earlier it was going to be pricey this way so I did pay $ 18 for the two items which I thought were medium size. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized those jerks gave me two small a la Carte boxes. And now it makes sense why they were laughing at me. They were, assuringly, saying to each other, «I’m gonna give her small ones even though she asked for large. She looks like she doesn’t care». These kinds of people shouldn’t be working at places like this. If an associate named Raul and a tall Asian guy rings you out, double check your stuff before you go!

Was there last night ordered my food and was paying at the counter when my daughter called me over to see what was on the counter by the food ROACHES. Place needs to be checked. I told the lady at the counter who I handed my food back to and told her to cancel my order and reason why. She said she would call manager who came out and didn’t say a word just refunded my transaction and walked away… Wow

I won’t try to compare this place to any authentic/gourmet type of Chinese restaurant, because we all know that it is a fast food chain. So here we go… We ordered: 1 Side 3 Entrees: Fried rice, chow mein — String Bean Chicken Breast, Orange Chicken, Steam rice, and Veggie Egg Rolls($ 8.30) Bowl w/1 Side 1 Entrée — Honey Walnut Shrimp($ 5.80) 1 bag of fortune cookies($ 1.00) Out of the gate, my 2 complaints going to this place are parking and the wait. There is usually a line that sometimes goes all the way down to the the other door to the right of the restaurant. Whenever I see this as I drive by slowly, I drive out of the complex all together. It’s just not worth the wait. Their fried rice and chow mein are consistently pretty dry. In terms of flavor… nothing to really brag about. It’s just ehhh. Their String Bean Chicken Breast is actually decent. The string beans are fresh, and the chicken breast is juicy. Now the Orange Chicken(What they are known for), used to be my favorite entrée, however I am now experiencing a weird aftertaste. I can’t pin point what it is, but I’m guessing it has something to do with the cooking oil they use. The texture of the chicken is alway consistent, but I can’t shake the aftertaste. My kids always order the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and that is not too bad. I haven’t notice any weird aftertaste so far. I’d say for this visit, the highlight would have to be the bag of fortune cookies! LOL — They are nicely packed and are ALWAYS super crunchy! And get this… all for $ 1.00!!! Side note: $ 1.00 for the best fortune cookies! Conclusion: Parking is awful — lines are long — Orange Chicken has a weird aftertaste — Last minute option when Chipotle’s line is out the door

FOODPOISONING. Enough said… Both my wife and my 5 year old son who both tried the mushroom chicken stayed up all night vomiting. Fever the next day with dry heaving. Not able to hold food down. Will never, never, never eat here EVER again. Food sucked. Lines long. Poor service. And worse of all — CONTAMINATEDFOOD. Do not risk YOURLIFE… Beware of this Panda Express if you value your health.

Okay this is the worse fuckin portions I’ve ever got this stupid ass server named Ying is the cheapest person I have ever seen working at panda. I ask for Beijing beef and she only gives me about 3 pieces of it and the rest is bell peppers and onions and when I asked for a FRESH batch of mushroom chicken she said I couldn’t get it and gave me only mushrooms and zuccini man most horrible quality I’ve ever gotten fuck that bitch Ying

First time at this location and I must say a horrible experience. I got Half chow mein half veggies, teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The chow main was burnt. The teriyaki chicken was uncooked and only got 4 pieces Of the shrimp. The service was just OK. The employees spend more time talking to each other than attending to the customers in line. The only great thing on my plate was the veggies other than that very disappointing. The lobby(dinning) area need serious cleaning and the restrooms are very nasty. Unfortunately for me this is my first and last time I come here.

They say they open at 10AM. «Open» lights don’t come on until 10:05AM. That should be fine exempt no food is ready to be ordered! I left. They definitely need to hire better staff.

I found a maggot in my rice. When I took it back no one seemed shocked, the cashier even tried to convince me it was just rice! I promptly lifted the maggot with a fork and the cashier just said«oh», oh! Thats her reaction. I told her if there is one maggot there is most plausibly more. She merely shook her head and said«no thats the only one» so they offered me another meal on the house. Why would I want more food infested with maggots? Disgusting. I can’t even look at the panda express logo anymore without wanting to vomit.

This review is solely based on customer service. Food is always great at panda express. The manager Diana at this branch had scooped the wrong combination of food in my 2 entrée order. As i told her the problem she did not apologize but let her frustration be known and violently scooped the wrong entrée back into the pan. Secondly she proceeded to scoop the right entrée into the slot filled with sauce of the wrong entrée. Thank god I stopped her and asked her to put it in a separate container. Normally I would let things go but she was the manager of this branch and had absolutely poor customer service. Why would she be allowed to manage, how is she a good example for other employees?

5:30pm or just before is a good time to come here. Everything looks like it was freshly made(right before the dinner rush). Veggies are in great shape… not at all dehydrated looking and soggy like they have been sitting there all day(like a lot of other Pandas… which is gross and a major pet peeve!). Portions = Normal Service = Efficient The orange chicken was crispy and delicious! AND the line isn’t too long! Love it.

Not a big fan of chinese food but I’ll grab a bite here cause my friend loves it. My complaints that lost the last star are: long line, slow staff. There has to be a faster method, and I’m sure there is, to make the line move faster. It deters me from coming here cause all I can think of is the long wait.

I really love Panda Express. I really do. However, this place is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to hands down. The food is pretty good actually, which is the only compliment I will ever give this shabby place. Like compared to other Pandas, this place has one of the better ones if not the best. Well, the orange chicken and fried rice that is. Haven’t tried any other food here. However, their service and establishment are abysmal and needs severe adjustments. 1. Long lines are line. I understand the deep need for such great food but if you’re going to work at a snail’s pace, I might as well go to the In N Out close by for better food or drive to another Panda Express if cravings are toooo big. 2. Employees need a severe attitude adjustment. I was with my cousins at this Panda Express(Me = 16, Cousins = 10) and we got into two seperate orders. We both took water cups for ourselves but when the cashier gave me mine, she told me, «Water only in these cups» I asked if my cousins got the same warning but they said no. Umm okay? I wasn’t planning on adding soda into it but how rude! Are they trying to target me because I’m a teenager? Gross. 3. Sauces are sticky, I needed some chili sauce for my food and when I put my hand in their sauce dispensers, the bags were sticky. How disgusting. Like, seriously, I would have yelled at this point if it weren’t for the fact that food is good here. I’ll probably come back for the food when I’m in town. I’ll act all cold and sassy from now on though. I still can’t believe the audacity of this place. I usually don’t base service on a restaurant so that’s why I would still go but if I did, I’d never come back.
