The pizza is was to saucy and cheesy and the service is not so great. The arcade is to noisy the kids break everything and the bathroom is unsanitary

We love this place! The pizza is great and the sevice is great. We have come here all last summer with Baseball All Stars. The owner is always around making sure we are taken care of. The pizza is so good and the salad bar is great and open til a little before closing. The kids love the game area. The basketball game is the favorite. The beer is cold and the wine selection is great. We had my son’s birthday party here also. We come in every chance we get. The Hacienda is the best!

I am not sure what’s going on with this place, but, it’s not good. I have been here several times before and the service, pizza and breadsticks were all quite good. This time, my order was wrong, the breadsticks were doughy, and the pizza was greasy and semi burnt. I may give them a couple months before giving them one more shot, but, I was very disappointed

This place used to be really good, but something has happened! My husband and I just came in and ordered a salad and a sandwich to go. We waited around 20 min and started to wonder what was going on. My husband went and asked and they hadn’t even started our order. There were only 4 – 5 people sitting eating. No one at the bar and the 3 employees were standing around talking. A 4^th guy, the big guy, I’m guessing the manager turned around and told them to make the food. Then left. Very pissed off, we waited. I was watching the girl make my salad, cutting the meat and getting cheese to put on top, WITH HER BARE HANDS! No gloves! It was very disturbing to me because she had just finished cleaning the tables! I am discussed and will never go there again!

3.5 stars for the food and takeout service. I thought my order of the 10 pieces of BBQ chicken wings and mini all meat pizza tasty decent, but not worth the $ 18. Don’t get me wrong the food was good, however it was not superior quality food to be worth $ 18. The prices on the pizzas and the sizes that they offer is overpriced. My mini pizza which is about the same sizes as Pizza Hut personal pancrust pizza was around $ 7-​$ 8 (No joke!)

I thought that I should inform you first that last night I had one of the worst pizza’s! I had ordered from the San Jose, CA location (3039 Meridian Avenue) a large half pepperoni and half combination (pepperoni, sausage, onions and bell pepper). I was told pick up would be available in 20 min. I thought, wow that’s fast, I mean they need to prepare it, right, and wow, they can’t be very busy! I was there in 20 min, picked up and 5 min drive home. Disappointment soon followed. Upon opening the box noted the sausage looked more like ground beef, first taste of such confirmed no sausage taste, possibly ground beef. Then, noticed how incredibly greasy the pizza was (all over the box and my hands). Next disappointment was the undercooked dough. If I wanted this «quality» I would have ordered Domino’s. Even Little Ceasar’s can do better! I may be a little harsh, as I have previously owned and operated a pizza restaurant. My standards may be higher than yours, but I had believed that we were both accepting high quality pizza. Word will get around in this community and if you do not change, you will soon be out of business. On another note, on a previous visit, I had seen, what I thought was an owner or manager digging his hand into the one of the condiment containers for the pizza. How disgusting is that!

Best pizza place ever. boys love the arcade. The salad bar is awesome pizza is great. We come here a lot and they also deliver. Almost all interactions have been great. Very friendly and a good value for the money.

If I could give negative stars I would! My sister ordered 4 XL pizzas $ 94 on Halloween at 4 PM 3 hours later 7PM we start calling to see where the pizzas are. They told us the pizzas were ready and there (getting cold) they never called us to let us know they were ready and too busy to deliver our pizzas, we would have tried to make arrangements. Then we just said forget it we don’t want pizzas. When we called to cancel they told us the driver couldn’t get down the street do to trick or treaters clogging the streets. Unbelievable

I had such a burning desire for pizza that time was crucial, so I decided to try out our newest Pizza Parlor. I was told that my order of the Hacienda Combo (with sausage and meats) would be ready in 15. A medium ‘special’ at a $ 20 price tag was expensive by my standards, but I was going off the review by t l (8÷9÷15)
I arrived on time and paid. During my subsequent 16 minute wait. I realized how noise just bounced around in this place, glad I ordered take home! While I waited for my late order the guy behind the counter left to deliver 3 orders. I watched while another younger guy bounced around asking tables and then me to find out who ordered the Hawaiian pizza?!? The cashier had failed to make sure they took their number for their table. The place wasn’t really that busy. Finally … I asked and my order was ready.
I wasn’t offered condiments for the pizza I was taking home, so I asked. Then, I had to ask for the free breadsticks that I’d mentioned on the phone and I was offered the sauce for them.
The one guy I hadn’t interacted with asked me if there was a problem, you think? He said they were short staffed only two of them in the kitchen after the cashier left. Now a) They shouldn’t have given me a 15 minute window when in reality it was going to be 31 minutes. b) As a customer if I have a bad experience I’m going to Unilocal about it especially if I referred to Unilocal to use them. c) I would rather go to Mountain Mike’s for better service and value.
The pizza was good but not spectacular. My husband did like the bread sticks.

Pizza Factory has been VERY accommodating to our sports league, allowing us to host meetings and parties. Nice selection of beer for the adults, kids love the coke machine and the arcade.
Pizza is good and do not over look the meatball sammie. SO GOOD.

I know I have made a review in the past but I must give Brian and Michael a huge shout out! They are one of the few reasons why I keep coming back. I love the pizza, my kids love the soda machine and the arcade. But Brian and Michael are always so helpful huge smiles on their face and always get my order correct. Love this place! Thanks

Sort of sad. Food was on time. I had take out September 21 about 5:00pm. The man ahead of me was ordering for eat in. He sat a 10=12 month old diapered baby right on the counter that functions as a pass through. I tried to signal the clerk, too busy with small talk. He didn’t pay attention. The pizza was sun dried tomatoes and pesto. My guests were told about what happened. They said the pizza was good. I couldn’t eat it. I suspect they cleanrd the counter sine then.

So disappointed. I Love their pizza and I tried to order for delivery tonight and was put on hold for 20 mins. I called back and was told that they were very busy and put on hold again. I was a huge fan but now I don’t think I’ll go back there. Business is about your customers and if they can’t pick up the line and apologize for the hold, I can’t pick up the phone and order from there again. Sucks. … I’ve been studying all day and all I wanted was some good pizza. …but, 20 mins is a long time waiting on the phone.

My first job in HS was working at the 2^nd location in the chain… unfortunately this franchise doesn’t hold a candle to it. They don’t know how to form dough properly, and operationally are always a mess, (wrong orders, losing track of orders, I once waited 40 mins, turned out the pizza was sitting on the oven for 20).
Oh, and not sure if «George» is an employee or just a regular, but he’s a loud obnoxious drunk at the bar.

This for this particular visit. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. Most of the tables had the dishes from the pervious guests or even from multiple guests as customers were bussing their own tables. The salad bar was a disaster with most items out and they ran out of cups and forks.
After about 40 minutes and numerous comments, someone finally started bussing. I hope this was a bad day and not the start of a downward slide. We have enjoyed it here but this was a really troubling.
Update — apparently the person bussing got to the end of their shift. But 3 tables got cleaned before she left. Only 9 more to go

This review is mostly for the awesome owner, Ted. This is our first time coming in here and he made us feel extremely welcome and started talking to us making us feel like we’re old friends. We ended up ordering the Willow Glenn Special mini because I just wanted a bit of pizza to eat plus breadstix. While we were waiting for our food Ted told us he’ll make us a surprise pizza for us to try. It ended being the Hacienda Combo.
The pizzas were delicious. I love the crunchiness of it and the crust!
I will definitely come back here to try their other pizzas.

Hold a successful weekly networking group meeting from this location. They take great care of us but this was unexpected. Planned a larger visitors day event and expected to have to move our location to accommodate the crowd. Soooooo impressed that they closed the entire space for our private event! Plus they offered we didn’t have to ask! Love it!
Event day — this is usually the big test. A++
For us: Employees were amazing from table set up to best hear our speakers to buffet line strategy and room flow! They even allowed us to take home remaining food.
For guests: Customer service with a smile, asking to take plates rather then simply removing, and again asking what else they could do for them!
Thanks for making us feel welcome and appreciated as your customers! Great job! A packed room of business owners and entrepreneurs who can refer business back to you — Priceless!

Went here for the first time, and this is a fairly new location right off Hillsdale and Meridian in the small shopping plaza. I’ve read they have a number of other locations around the state of California and beyond, but this is their first restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I tried their lunch buffet (which is normally $ 8.99 plus tax and is Monday thru Friday 11 AM-​2 PM) and includes six different kinds of pizza (mostly went for their vegetarian, cheese and pepperoni pizzas), salad bar, several different kinds of mini-​breadsticks, soup of the day (Chicken Noodle when I was there), and a fountain drink. Their soda machine has so different combinations and is a state-​of-​the-​art touchscreen version. Pizza was pretty good and delicious. It’s certainly better than what I’ve had at other places like Straw Hat Pizza and Round Table Pizza, which also charge extra for a fountain drink. Only thing that was missing was their Parmesan cheese.
There’s quite a bit of seating and tables along with a wine and beer bar, plus private rooms for groups and parties, and even a small arcade in the way back of the restaurant. You’ll also find 4 TVs.
Pizza Factory does also have other interesting items on the menu, including calzone, sandwiches, and pasta (like lasagna, spaghetti, etc.), and hopefully I’ll check those out and be able to comment on what they are like. But again, I’ll mostly come here for their lunch buffet.

We went here to support a school fundraiser and it was pretty disappointing. They were extremely understaffed, the tables haven’t been bussed in over half an hour, they were out of kids menu and the lady at the register was convinced that 2 halves and 2 quarters will make a whole pizza. Because it was understaffed that night, the pizza took a while to come out, and the order was wrong on top of that.
I’ve been at Pizza Factory in Salinas and it was nothing like this one. Needless to say, I didn’t meet expectations at all.

I really wanted to like this place, since it’s in my neighborhood. I am giving two stars because I want to support a local, neighborhood business, not because I liked the food or the service. There were three other customers and I saw a staff of five. From first impression, I didn’t like the fact that even though there were hardly any people, the tables were riddled with dirty plates, the tables waiting to be cleaned.
Hubby and I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the ravioli. We wanted to know how long the wait would be and the guy who helped us said «Ten minutes, twelve at most». Twenty minutes later, I asked a waitress to follow up our order. She had a blank look on her face and it was apparent that our order was forgotten, because we saw her rush to the kitchen and actually do our order. We waited another ten minutes until she gave us our order. To make a long story short, the food was NOT worth the wait. The spaghetti noodles were soft and almost mushy, like it was made, re-​heated and re-​heated again. The sauce was nothing special, the meatballs quite salty. The bread was good, but nobody really messes up on toasted bread.
Aside from the less than mediocre food and very long wait, other things irritated me. One, the guy who told us that the wait would be «twelve minutes max» never even bothered to check up on us or apologize for the wait. He was off to the side talking with another staff member. Two, the food was pricey for the lack luster quality. They can learn how to serve the right al-​dente style noodles from Di Puccio’s down the block. Three, nobody bothered to thank us or even say goodbye when we left. I could understand if they were busy, but there was no one in line and only two other patrons. Not very neighborly.
I’m sorry, but I don’t think this place will last. Their service needs a major re-​vamping as they seem to be very disorganized and they are no longer a new business in the area. If you will serve mediocre food, you better have something special to offset it. Won’t come here again.
