Panda Express

Workers are under staffed and have no sense of urgency. During feeding hours the lines wrap around the restaurant. I have walked up to the door seen the line and left numerous times. The food has been served cold on a few occasion’s also. I continue to go back only because there is no other Panda near by.

I called in a catering order two weeks ago and set it up with the Manager. They advertise delivery, but then when you call they tell you that they do not deliver. I reminded them of the advertising and then he told me that it is only for orders over $ 100. I placed a $ 130 order for delivery today at 12:15 for my Holiday Work Party at 12:30. I went in yesterday morning at 10 am to pay for the full order and confirmed delivery for 12:15 today.
I called at 12:20, because no one was here yet with my feast for 12. The assistant manager told me that they do not do deliveries. I told her the history form two weeks ago and my confirmation and receipt from yesterday. She told me that there are no notes or any record of my payment, catering order or delivery. Janet told me that she would put the order together and drive over.
Now, I have to tell all of my employees to stay at their job until they arrive. Not a good beginning to the Holidays.
Janet did arrive 45 minutes later with my order. She was very pleasant and apologized many times and put in some extra food for the problem.
Do not ever use them for catering or delivery. Turns out there really is no delivery.

Horrible management here, workers here are unhappy, angry, or something. very rude and unfriendly, not even a thank you. I asked for extra hot sauce and its like I’m annoying them. Corporate needs to take attention here, I will not be coming back and all the reviews here are consistent with poor customer service.

The workers here are extremely rude! They serve burnt chicken !!! The lady serving the chow mein gives small portion. Not coming back here.

This store always has a long line out the door and it’s not because their food is great. The people here work so slow that it takes each customer several minutes to get through a line of which the food is already precooked. All you have to do is scoop it into a box and push it down the production line. Management here sucks.

I’ve been to this Panda Express multiple times. It has a line a lot of the time but usually I’m happy with the service. But tonight, when two workers decided to halt the entire line just to get food for themselves I was appalled. I understand being hungry and wanting a break, but stopping the whole line so you can get 4 entrees and fill up your entire plate is not okay.
I’ve worked in food service, at an atmosphere much like Panda Express. We would always help out the people serving on the line, especially when it was busy like tonight. When you’re helping yourself instead of helping your team, it makes for horrible throughput. Keep training your young employees Panda!

The food is consistent in terms of what panda express offers. Service is good, not fantastic. But the lines are always so very long. It also seems that the portions of gotten smaller recently.
But, if you’re looking for cheap Chinese foodgetting a combo is definitely cheaper than buying individual items at a Chinese restaurant. So if that’s the case panda express is your source for cheap Chinese food.

No complaints about the food. It’s decent for fast food. The line on the other hand is completely outrageous… always wrapped around the dinning room. The employees look like they have seen better days… they never greet with a smile… and all look like they hate Their job. Fake it till you make it people. «Customer service» should be number one. The cooks, who are working their butts off look like they are having a better time than the long faced servers.

I have waisted sooo much time waiting in line, so many times. It doesn’t matter when you come, you will wait 20min in line… Don’t expect anyone to care either, or try to compensate you by maybe a little more generous portions. This place has constantly let me down. I will not be back.

Online orders are basically cuts in line… they just filled 15 online from orders while many of us waited forever!!! This online service should be separate from those waiting in line!!! I waited 21 minutes!

The Customer service was very bad!!! They don’t even smile or greet when ordering. Seems like they completely hate their job. Management should consider hiring new employees. Made me lose my appetite. I love Panda Express but I won’t be going to this one ever again. And it’s the one nearest to me!

This is the closest Panda Express to my house – fine for a quick dinner. I really liked to go only when they had the Sesame Chicken, but that’s seasonal. Most other times I could at least get potstickers and a different entrée. Now this location has stopped serving potstickers at all, due to unspecified «complaints», and they have no plans to bring them back. This review is my plea to PLEASE BRING BACK THE POTSTICKERS. I have basically no reason to go there anymore.

The line for this place is always nearly out the door during lunch and dinner time. For a fast food spot, this place is anything but fast.

The service was very slow and they were not organized at all. Not asking for items to be cooked in advance even very common items like fried rice out and they did not ask for more to be cooked. Once we got our food it tasted good though. It seems a management issue with those filling orders rather than the cooks.

I have to say this Panda Express it not the fastest, but also it seams to be the busiest location we have been to. The food is fresh as all the Panda Express locations are. The people are OK, they do their best to make sure the order is exactly how you want.
I have to say the evening I came here was very busy, but some of the customer request were just getting out of hand. If you want something very special know how you want it before getting to the line, this way the employees can have the food done exactly they way you want and the line will go fast for us all. To the employees here make sure you are listening carefully, as some of the request I heard during my visit was outrages and Now I know why the line is very slow. I was just standing at the door inside this location, but when I left due to the people in front of me, the line was well around the building.
I will give this location 1 star for being open, 1 star for the cleanliness of the location, 1 star for the friendly employees. however I am unable to give any more due to speed of ordering (well, maybe a ½ star). This was not outstanding which would give you the fifth star. Overall I would like to give 3 ½ stars, but since I am unable to give ½ stars, I will round down.
I do look forward to giving this location another try soon.

You have got to be kidding, service was super slow even thought they were not busy. The food was awful, I guess they were running out, the portions were small, didn’t even touch the edges of the box. The quality was horrible, the shanghai steak was two different colors like it had been sitting there for hours, the rest was no better. Ended up throwing most of it away.

Panda Express is not the best Chinese food restaurant because it’s just a fast food restaurant. Therefore, if you want to try fancy Chinese food, not here. If you want to try some Chinese taste with fast and convenience way, their Panda Express is still okay to try. I order a Bowel today which include one side and one entrees only $ 5.90. I think it is rally a good deal. I like their Kung Pao Chicken, it’s delicious.

Having been to many locations, this one has consistently slow service! The staff seems to have no interest in working hard or helping customers or the other staff. You can see them just chatting while there is a long line of people waiting. The food is ok here… it is just the poor service at this location! I will drive the extra ten minutes to get my food thirty minutes faster!

The food is actually super yummy, not healthy, but yummy. The only downside is there are too few locations and the dinner rush is at least a 20 min wait in line which all the hardcore foodies put up with. Other than feeling like I am waiting in line at Disneyland, I love the food and want more locations to open up.

This was our normal Chinese to go joint but it had been going down hill recently. It seems that the battered chicken items have been becoming more batter & less chicken. The flavors are still decent but the substance is gone for me.
