This is the worst Subway I have been to. It didn’t look clean and the staff was sub par. Not worth going to even for local convenience. Pass.

I askedif they had a salad sandwich combo, irma said yes for 2.50 more. So i order and she says its 13.89 or somethin, im like, so she says 12 somethin, i said no way, she says the salad is 6.25…so i said just give me the salad then where do they justify $ 6 for the tiny sandwich she was turned off for me was just turkey on it and mayonnaise I don’t understand when you can get a footlong for $ 6. !!! And if u tell someone its 2.50 more to have a sandwich n salad then it should be! Dont lie, guess theyd rather throw out their sandwich than admit they screwed up. Whats happening to customer service!!! Im disappointed!!!

This review is based solely on the 2 girls who were working at 6:45 on Nov. 15. I walked in and even though both of the girls were doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other, they did not greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. They continued to talk amongst themselves and do whatever they were doing(sweeping and cleaning behind the counter). I began to look at the menu and when the finally decided to stop talking I asked if they had pesto to the girl who was behind the counter. The lady who was sweeping the customer area very rudely stated, «NO.» Well, okay. Just a question. Meanwhile, the girl who was behind the counter still had not made any eye contact with me. About a minute later, she finally asked«are you ready?» And I said I was just looking at the menu to see what I wanted. No response. So I just walked out and said«thank you anyways» and again, no response. I’m not clear as to who is running the customer service here because whomever it may be should be demoted. Will not be returning. Bummer.

Hello, I went in to order a sandwhich and 2 people cut in front of me. They took their sweet time ordering I mentioned this too the guy who worked behind the counter with colored hair. Then I tried to order my sandwich and the order got messed up. The two people who cut in front of me over spoke me. I told them you are rude and you should of waited your turn. I was not happy with the customer service or rudeness of the customers. Therefore, I went to Togos up the street as soon as I walked in they greeted me and said it would be a moment. Big difference in customer service you need to work on that skill at your subway lacking in skills. Also, you need to watch your customers that can be rude and mean. I have decided not to recommend this Subway go to Togos up the street or another subway. It is a bit rough here.

I have been to 3 or 4 Subways around my area, I like to pick something up on the way to work, so I don’t have to worry about whats on the menu at my onsite work café. I stopped at this location a few days ago since I haven’t been to this location before to give them a try Everyone was really nice and the lady took her time making my Sammy, they properly layered the meat end to end and didn’t toss on the veggies in a random amount. I ate the Sammy about 30 mins later at work and the reason I wanted to write this review for that location was the out of all the stores I have been to in the past year this location had the best produce. everything was Fresh, cold and not soggy :) Many of the stores around here, I don’t think they keep the produce cold enough and it tastes like day old salad, so hands up for a store that can serve the food correctly and great tasting :) Like Normal, My 2 cents
