I come here all the time for a quick lunch, and they’re always pretty quick and the sandwiches well made. Nothing exceptional though. If you’re from the nearby high school they’ll give you a free drink(:

This is quite possibly the worst Subway™ I have ever eaten at. The first couple of times it was just the service, which was sloppy, and half the employee’s are as much English speakers as they are«Sandwich artists» which is awkard, but forgivable. The real issue came when I got my sub today and I don’t know what the hell was wrong with the bread, but I asked for them to toast it again and then tried another bite and just, gross. I don’t think it was fully cooked or something. So I go up and say I’d like a refund since the sub is good. I’ve had, at this point, one bite that I ended up spitting into the bag, and the lady is like«the bread comes pre-cooked» which is either inaccurate since every subway has that little toaster oven thing to pop the frozen loaves in or just sad that the owner is so cheap that there isn’t a freakin oven on site. Oh, and the whole time I’m there this is one other customer, just kind of chilling. This is easily the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and(this isn’t a brag, I used to work for one of Wal-Mart’s contractors) been to over a hundred of this franchise. Subways in a Wal-Mart kick the shit out of the one on Foxworthy. Luckily, there is a Sandwich shop inside zanotto’s grocery that is kickass, about the same price, and just better. 1⁄5 Subway, because thats the lowest I can put on this site Poor Service Undercooked Bread Employee argued with me about the disgusting sandwich I bit into before giving me my refund I am never eating here again, no matter how much I enjoy eating sandwiches and watch the martial arts people do moves in the parking lot

Been eating here pretty much since they opened, and usually the sandwiches and the service have been OK. Not today. Even though there were not many people there, the scene at the ordering counter was chaotic. Three people were making sandwiches, there was a lot of commotion, and they were very much out of «sync» with each other. This resulted in them getting our order wrong, because they were in so much of a hurry and were failing to communicate effectively, with no apparent reason, and this, further, compromised the order we did get. One of the servers decided to slice our large sandwich even though she was not the person who was making it, resulting in her haste with a fair amount of the inside of the sandwich falling to the floor. Her response was to push it on down the line. We probably should have declined the sandwich, but we let it go. I know this is not fine dining, but come on, how about a little organization and common sense in your approach? Clearly, Subway spends a huge amount of money advertising their product. And yet, a sloppy franchisee can compromise the whole effort. That’s what happened to us today.

the world according to noelle, 2013 noelle’s Unilocal notebook — — — — — — — – the quick details — — — — — — — – business: sandwiches parking:parking lot price: good customer service: good stroller friendly: no restroom: no family friendly: no noelle’s favorites: tuna salad sandwich I’m a fan of Subway Sandwiches. This particular Subway Sandwich Shop is located in the same shopping center as Zannotto’s of Willow Glen and Starbucks. It’s a great place to pick up a sandwich but do note this place is hard to get parking on the weekends as this shopping center is busy(too bad they didn’t make a bigger parking lot, but its located in a residential neighborhood). Sandwiches have always been fresh, customer service friendly and fast!

This is the third time I have stopped by to get breakfast on my way to work, it’s 7:25 A.M. and the door is locked with the open sign off! Not to mention the lazy employee I saw walking around in the back, whom saw me, avoided me!, Unacceptable!!! Management, please hire responsible people that will be on time and open at 7 when you are suppose to. I won’t return ever again and get breakfast elsewhere…

The people that work here are nice and friendly. They even remember my name when I walk in. Also, their veggies are always fresh.

These guys are great. I ask for more veggies and they give me MORE veggies! The worst thing in my book is a small sandwich and they keep me from ever having to fear the small sandwich. Sometimes service is a little slow and distracted but overall I am fairly satisfied with them.
