My daughter and I stopped here for dinner in prompt to. We couldn’t decide what we wanted for a minute and the lady was very very sweet. She was very thorough with our meals– I had a salad my daughter had a sandwich. Then a young man came out– I think he maybe was the manager or from what I imagine an owners son? Not sure. Very sweet as well. Very attentive to us. Asked if everything was good with our meal, and saw I was chilly and turned the fans off for me. If we’re in the area again we would definitely come again :)

Worst subway i have been to. I have had really poor customer service here but it is close to the house so i seem to find myself here more often then i would like. Well today ended that. The lady Anoop greeted me tonight with the worst customer service i have ever seen … I left and will never go back. I believe this is a family owned subway so there is no point in talking to a manager. So i figured i would left everyone on Unilocal know just how bad this place is!

frustrating experience. waste of my time and deceptive/misleading advertising. according to a flyer that was posted on each side of the counter, there is a promo for **buy two footlongs or more, $ 6 each**. tho it seems management had not instructed their employee on how this promotion is applied at the register, so the 2 footlongs i bought rung up at regular price and the cashier couldn’t help(to be fair she was new and the subs she made were good). however the MOD was not willing to walk over to help until her break was over, so i ate one of my subs to wait. their first interpretation of the promo is that you buy two at regular price, then anything in addition is $ 6. then they discover the promo button on the register/terminal, and it still rung up one at regular price, and one at $ 6… eventho the promo is **buy two footlongs or more, $ 6 each**.

Just came in earlier today, and I am certain never to come here again. First off, they didn’t have the bread I wanted, so I went with good ol Italian. No biggie. As soon as I take my first bite, the bread crumbles apart, leaving an exposed, oven cooked insect. I’m usually pretty easy about food quality, but I couldn’t eat this. I went back inside to return it, and the lady asked me if I wanted another one. I said no, and asked for a refund. She obliged, but then slyly re-charged my card for a bottled soda(it was a small fountain from the combo) and the chips, which I told her I would put back on their shelf. So all in all, wasted time, had a terrible experience and got a small soda for $ 3.18. Not again.

My go to spot whenever I am having lunch with the coworker. Man oh man, does she love herself some SUBWAY! She comes here almost every day and the workers know her order before she even has to speak… Unless she decided to throws a curveball. Good food and decent customer service. They get to the point: You come in, place your order, get rung up, and you’re on your own! Place is always clean and you have the choice of sitting inside or outside(keep in mind that there is only ONE table for subway customers & it only seats two).

The bread here varies in flavor —the whole wheat seems dry and not always so fresh-tasting.I like the flatbread; for most items I think it is the best choice. I think the herb and cheese bread is best toasted. I like the fact you can customize with any veggie topping you want. For my latest sandwiches, I got tuna with lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, onion, pepper and yellow pepper ;for my meatball I got pretty much the same. You don’t even need mayo when you have enough vegetation in your sandwich. The employees were competent here, but minus 1 star for Subway’s stupid ad which says 2footlong subs for 5 dollars each after 4 p.m. The problem is that it is confusing because the word«each» is written in considerably smaller print than where it says 2 for 5 dollars. This is a real disservice to those who have a hard time reading at a distance. Why not just say ten dollars for 2 footlong subs after 4 p. m??? Sure, it is still a good deal, but since a lot of the footlongs are $ 5.25 normally, it’s not really that special anyway as far as deals go. I’m sorry, but that stupid ad just throws me off.

Come on!!! Subway has become my new pizza. I now look at five bucks and think, large pizza or foot long? Hmmm, well with a large pie I can get half this and half that… My options are wide. If I’m in the mood for any of the toppings available for a one topping pizza, I mix one half with another half. Yum, but now we have subway, a franchise I believe that’s taken on a new hip flare with their commercials and little hand gestures that everyone’s become so familiar with. When it’s time to eat you can make the foot long gap with your hands and people will know instantly what you’re craving. They may even giggle, but none the less it’s become one of the top fast food options right next to pizza and burgers. Not to mention subway also stocks powerade so you can really leave feeling like your outdoing the mascot Jared in the health department. To quote«Idiocracy», «it replenishes electrolytes!». So when it comes to subway in general, I like them. I approve, but it really comes down now to the service you get that’s gonna be the denominator in getting your sub from one location over the other. These sandwiches can be bought anywhere, there are just as many subways as there are or maybe even were starbucks’, and you even have Togos’ and Quiznos in the mix with their cheap meal deals as well, so if you want a sandwich, you probably don’t have to go far for it. So, Subway has the five dollar foot long, right? So why not basically do a buy one six inch sub and get another six inch sub for five bucks since it’s equaling to a five dollar foot long anyways? It’s done for pizza… I wanted a footlong, but I wanted half meatball and the other chicken, why not? They’re both from the foot long menu, I don’t see why this is an impossible request. Needless to say, they said no. So I got the roasted chicken breast, but this place only gave me four pickles and eight little black olives. Do I even need to tell you that my whole mood flat lined. I walked in as happy as a child in a toy store on his birthday and walked out without an appetite. I ate my sandwich but only because I don’t believe in throwing money away and because by the end of that whole ordeal it was to late to waste more time making up a whole new order elsewhere. But I will say that there are two subways on capitol by hwy 85 that I will show customer loyalty to merely because they don’t skimp out on the condiments that really makes me feel like my five dollars couldn’t be better spent anywhere else when it comes to a fast meal. Yes, they were polite about the whole thing but come on, that’s the standard! Why get points for the minimum?

…really top notched service. They even remembered me after one time, even though I wasn’t there again for 4 weeks…

Ever since the ownership change this Subway has really improved. This is the best Subways I’ve ever been to. The bread is always fresh and hot, ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The people who work there are very nice, unfortunately some of the customers are nasty to the employees. The soda machine is always well calibrated. The sandwiches taste delicious. So much so that I eat there almost every day. Oh btw this is the only Subways to have $ 5 for any footlong. All day.
