Last night, I came to enjoy dinner after working hard all day. The first thing, hostess is very friendly, quick service. She took me to the nice view. After few seconds, waitress came. She’s so nice. I asked her some questions, she explained well. She took order and came back quickly with cup of ice water and biscuits first. After few minutes, she came back with dinner favorite. She always refilled water for me. Cool waitress. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. Anyway, I’ll come back soon.

Waited +20 mins on a Tuesday & the place was packed! It’s like everyone and their mama’s were going there for their anniversary. Our Sever was super cute and on point! Drink: That Homemade peach lemonade was its like crushed peaches in a cup! LOVEIT! Appetizers: Biscuits tastes like kfc biscuits hella good Half dozon steamed oysters were ok. I had hella shells in my mouth but hey i found a pearl! Tiny one tho We also got the Create Your Own Appetizer Combination for $ 9.79& got: Mozzarella Cheesesticks & Chicken Breast Strips. Pretty solid and good tasting. Entrée: I ordered the Seafood Trio for $ 15.99& got: Baked Lobster Alfredo; pretty good. Nice and creamy Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp; Average, lacked distinctive garlic flavor Chimichurri Shrimp(with a bed of wild rice); great flavor, didn’t like rice My boyfriend got a full proportion of Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. It tastes just like the Baked Lobster Alfredo. Cesar salad came with our Entrée. It was plain af. Do not recommend it. I’ll try the garden green next time. Overall, we had decent service. The food was alright. I got sucked in from the Spotify commercial with the Seafood Trio LOL My shrimp didn’t bounce like it does on the commercial, but hey, it was ok tasting.

Terrible service. Waited almost 2 hours for my food. They«forgot» about putting the food in. Everyone around us who were seated after me got their food and left. If I waited any longer I was just going to walk out. This is the second bad experience in a row.

Beyoncé said, «when he f*** me good I take his a** to Red Lobster» Beyonce, taking jay to this Red Lobster would be no reward. I’ve been to this red lobster before and I’ve never had any problems. My mom and I had some gift cards, and decided to eat here last night. We got seated automatically in the bar. I was really confused by this, and even more confused when I saw a majority of families eating here. They have a gorgeous dining area so idk why they’d seat my mother and me here, but whatever. We sat down and the waitress cane fairly quickly. She didn’t let us know about any specials, or what’s good, just asked if we wanted appetizers. We just started off with the bread, which is always delicious. My mom ordered the four course meal thing and i ordered the steak with shrimp, potatoes, a salad, and another choice of a side. I got the house salad with a balsamic and my mom got the lobster bisque and ceaser. The lettuce was too big! i foud myself trying to shove gigantic pieces of lettuce into my mouth??? The balsamic was hella nasty too it just tasted like sugar. After waiting 15 minutes of staring at a nasty salad we finally got our entrees. I got the steak and when it came out it was the shape of a rock? Like, a literal rock. I’m pretty sure my 7 oz was supposed to be flat so that was confusing. The steak tasted decent, the shrimp and squash were underseasoned, and the mashed potatoes were mediocre. My mom specifically asked for her salmon to be rare but it came out hella overcooked. The desert was a sad brownie with vanilla ice cream. The service was also pretty bad considering the waitress looked like she’d rather kill herself then work that day. Overall, I’m never coming back unless they change the service and food.

My husband and I always enjoy coming here for dinner. Yummy food and good service. We especially love the shrimp wraps and shrimp linguini! :) it gets really crowded during peak hours, which is why we go before or after that time.

The food was good but the service was non existent :/I was really looking forward to eating here too. Oh well I’ll just go to a different location when I’m in the mood.

Every time I call to check they always say there’s no wait, but when I arrive… there’s a huge line.(I live 5 mins away.) Very unprofessional tactic to get you into the restaurant. Probably the last time I come back.

Decided to come here the other night for dinner with my friend because we got a coupon for one free appetizer with a purchase of two adult entrees! As always, the biscuits were amaaazing and delicious. I somehow devoured 5 biscuits myself. whoops! The appetizer we ordered was the Langoustine Lobster Artichoke and Seafood Dip that came out extremely hot and we loved it! As for entrees, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo and my friend ordered the Fresh Tilapia Wood-Grilled Tacos – both came with a choice of salad. The portions for the entrees were pretty huge! The pasta was creamy and tasty, although you could get tired of the texture because it is just the linguini, sauce, and chicken. Would love to have a variety of cubed veggies in the dish to add texture, especially with that price! The tacos were great though! It came as three soft tacos with a side of rice and a lemon. Make sure you ask for extra of the jalapeño ranch! It definitely compliments the tacos. The restaurant is nice, but it’s a bit too dim for my liking. Service wasn’t the best, but given that our server was busy catering to a large party’s needs who seem to request a new item every time he comes back with something, all is forgiven. Though in this case, I made eye contact with a couple other servers so it would have been nice for them to help service us as we needed things also.

They get 3 stars for great service. The lady never forgot an ice tea or napkin and was really polite when our food came out dry, over cooked and had mushy vegetables. Pros, those chessy biscuits never fail.

I wish I didn’t have a bad experience here but I did. Slow and unattended service, very unhumorous and the lobster suckered and they wouldn’t send it back. Very disappointed. Next time I will go somewhere else for lobster. Never at another red lobster. I spent some serious cash and it was not worth the money, the time, or the drive. It’s possible that everything just went wrong this day but like I said I wish I didn’t have a bad experience here.

I love their snow crab legs! They taste fresh, and super yummy with lemon and butter. Cracking them is a lot of work, but it’s worth it. :) I ordered 1 pound and it left me almost uncomfortably full. I’ll probably order half a pound next time, since I hardly got to touch my side dishes. I don’t recommend the side of broccoli; it’s not crisp, it tastes like it came frozen and they just microwaved it. There’s not much flavor to it besides maybe some salt but I didn’t taste any. Their complimentary bread is sooo good, but don’t fill up on it since the entrée portions are pretty large, considering a lot of them(from what I’ve seen) come with a salad and two sides. Shrimp cocktail is one of my favorites, so I always get it as an appetizer. Theirs is pretty standard, but I love it! I haven’t tried their lobster pizza appetizer; but the waitress(who was very kind, friendly, and patient) said that it was one of their more popular appetizers, so hopefully I’ll try it next time. If you’re in the area and craving seafood, I recommend coming here. The wait wasn’t bad both times I went(0 – 8 minutes), and they have a somewhat diverse menu.

It was that time of year again Lobster fest! So I was very excited to eat here. There bread is the best and the Cesar salad was great too. We ordered stuffed shrooms which I love but today for some reason wasn’t feeling it. they were smothered in butter and cheese, every greasy and oily. I ordered the dueling lobster tails and my hubby got the steak house lobster surf and turf. Seemed like very little lobster and a whole lot of stuffing on top. Not to mention lobster was over cooked. Very disappointed, especially when that’s their so called special.

Came here for the first time for our roomies bday. This place is alright. I mean I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. Their bread is pretty good. Salty, flakey but soft on the inside.

Never really had a problem with this place, good food and food service every time I come here! Christina and Kathleen are the friendliest servers, so caring and ensuring our table is taken care of. I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu; some of my favorites include: — shrimp linguini Alfredo — lobster mashed potatoes — surf and turf lobster and steak — crab legs — calamari appetizer and of course, the famous cheddar bay biscuits Definitely a favorite for my family and I!

Great first time experience. Service was prompt and our waiter attentive. We had the delicious lobster and artichoke dip(amazing), the biscuits were all that everyone made them out to be. We had the build your own. I loved the shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo linguini. Will be coming back, why I never came in I’m not sure but had a great time.

Yes, I’m writing a review for Red Lobster. You may gasps in shock now. Yes, it’s a franchise, but I’ve seen franchise gone wrong before due to management and employees. Therefore, why not help a business out when they’re giving you great service. I came in for dinner not expecting much, as, well, it’s Red Lobster. But the staffs wowed me. We got started immediately, our server, Angelina, was friendly and quickly got our dinner started. For the food, it was well executed. I had the 4 course for $ 17.99: cup of clam chowder, Caesar salad, wood-grilled tilapia with rice and broccoli, and triple chocolate brownie for dessert. The boyfriend had bar lobster harbor. Both of our orders were cooked perfectly. It was a tad under salted, yet, I ended up preferring it that way bc it allowed me to control the level of saltiness. Additionally, the manager came by every table to ask how was our dinner. You don’t see that often in the bay area. Therefore, Red Lobster earned 5 stars for today’s visit.

The service were very slow and we have to wait for our food very long time. After we getting our food she never came back until we are done and bring is a check. As for the food is not bad and you are get what you are paying for.
