Sizzler

Steaks were very very small and I’m not sure if they measure before cooking or after cooking but whatever they did they only gave us half of what could have been 8 ounces. We also were there celebrating my dad’s 70^th birthday and the waitress said they would be by to sind him happy birthday but they never did even though there were plenty of other happy birthdays going on. I personally love a good medium rare steak and my boyfriend ordered his medium and it was so undercooked that I am not even sure if I would eat it. The bread was tasty hence for the extra star and our waitress was taking care of 6 plus tables without help from the other servers. Not really very amused. My boyfriend showed our waitress this and she agreed it was not right but did nothing about it.

The food is really good. I love the dinner rolls and garlic bread. I usually eat steak but todag I had the grilled chicken avocado sandwich. It was kind of eh. But i still like to eat here.

This place is a couple notches above eating off a hobos belly. I can believe how they treated us here. The lady at the counter kept staring at my breast while I was trying to order. And getting help is like herding autistic cats. I had the all you can eat soup and steak and shrimp. I’ve seen better corns on feet when I saw my corn chowder. The shrimp looked like little uncircumcised penis’. I was so disappointed in fact that I went home sad. Sad in the pants I tell you. I

the portions of the food preparation was done done, as if they were all apprentices.
and the only thing I can say made it worth wild was the salad bar, and clam chowder…
ok, We didn’t get bread at our table ok… she never got here Compete meal ok… I had ask waiter, Could we please have something to take this home in. he place a bag at our table, when I saw other’s had box’s? he then said ‘s I could put it in a box, ok So, I left him a tip! when, I got home to hear her said you know he just put it in the bag I got Piss!!! I tip this dude! I tried to go too sleep but dam it! I waned an Explanation! when, I got there knock on door, it was answer, and I was told they would get the manger. as I waited outside to file my complaint. yet ! in fact what happen is a man, maybe be blackman in the place was making faces. then I said screw it I will post it and see what the consumer said… You be a fool to eat here spend, money here take someone you love here because if you do you Simply don;t know CLass. and this post maybe be taken down but posted on face book as well Moondggie out…

You know its been a long time since I have been to a sizzler. Went here with my Dad for Veterans day to get his free meal and I have to say, it was good. Not the best quality of meat, but I had the ribs and they were really tender and fell off the bone. The salad bar is meh, but the place is clean, and the servers are really attentive.

Haven’t had sizzlers in years. Came here on a Saturday night and the place was a full house. Their food is very affordable and is like most American restaurants. I had the shrimp scampi which I will ask for no chili flakes next time! But I love how creamy it was. Came with about a dozen shrimps. My boyfriend had the 8oz steak with unlimited shrimp. Charged us $ 1 extra for onions. $ 1 extra for mushrooms $ 2 extra for the steak upgrade and $ 2 extra to have the baked potato loaded. So his mean went from being 20… To… $ 26 for those extras which weren’t really much.
Overall the food was good and not pricy! Our waitress was really nice. I believe her name was margarita. She’s the Pilipino woman.
Bread was delicious with their sweet whipped butter.

Sizzler, a place known for their steaks and family environment atmosphere, exceeded all my expectations and more with its service in both attentiveness and wait time. I came by for lunch with my brothers after playing some pick up basketball at a nearby park and was warmed with the interior. After careful consideration browsing the menu I chose the steak combo with unlimited shrimp thinking the shrimp would be minimal.
Fortunately, I was wrong and they did not hold out on the shrimp. Within 5 – 10 minutes, we received our food and were welcomed with our server who was extremely helpful. However, I must note before we received our food, our server assisted us in ensuring we were comfortable and helped change an order error he had when one of my brothers changed his mind on an entrée side. Within a few seconds, he corrected our order and provided excellent service being quick and efficient with our new order. My only concern is the steak portion was small compared to the rib eye, however the loaded baked potato and surplus of crispy shrimp made up for the loss. Overall, this place had excellent service and a substantial amount of food servings considering Sizzlers being at the same tier as an Applebee’s. Would definitely recommend for another visit in the foreseeable future.

Been here before and have had the usual average experience. Things have gotten so much better service-​wise this time around. Candelerio, Breanna, and Megan were more than attentative and not once did I have to look up and search for a server. Good food, even better service. Keep it up!

I’ve been coming here for years but not anymore. This place has became really bad. The service is poor, awful, and the price had gone up. The place is unkept, and unmaintain. This place need to hire happy people and random drug test their cooks. They need to train their server to more attentive to the customers as well as the buffet that keeps running out of food not being paid attention to. I wont go to details what happened, but heres are some of what the owner need to look at. There are more but I cant write all the flaws. I hope changes will happen soon cos this is one of my fav places to eat. I will check back next year.

My buddy and I used to love Sizzler. Not this particular one but we agreed that the fried chicken that comes with the salad was really good. So we just went here with his family for his daughter’s birthday and got steak and salad. We tried filling up on the chicken wings but we were quickly disgusted with them. You could squeeze the grease out of them. It was one of those traumatizing experiences where its only after you’ve eaten a few that you realize you’re basicly drinking near rancid oil by the cup. A most disgusting, almost sue-​worthy experience. Bad resturant staff, Bad!
I took most of the steak home since my appetite was destroyed by the chicken. When I regained my appetite later that night I ate some of the cold steak. It was actually very good. If you marinade and cook it properly its hard to get wrong I suppose. That really makes me want to give it 2 stars, but I’m pretty sure the chicken we ate was left in the oil too long. So this place fails. I won’t be updating my review but you better heed my warning if you don’t want to get shut down.

I like it for what it is. The décor is a little out dated. The food is actually decent. My favorite thing from here is the clam chowder. I would go back, but maybe just for the salad bar.

I will NEVER eat at Sizzlers!!! First and last time !
The guy who took our order name is Manuel. When taking our order he said what kind of drinks would you like, making it seem like the drinks were included. I ordered the steak and unlimited shrimp and he asked what type of steak I would like out of the 3 choices. I picked the rib eye he swiped my credit card and when I saw the receipt I saw he charged me $ 10 extra for a rib eye which he didn’t explain there would be an additional charge. I requested the steak to be medium rare. I had to asked the waiter 3 times to take my steak back because it looked raw. After the third time she said the cook made it well done (THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED) By the time I got my steak I wasn’t hungry anymore and my steak was completely burnt !!

Horrible; The male manager here is does not care about his customers at ALL. I purchased a gift card for this establishment online for my Grandfather’s 73^rd birthday. When my Grandfather tried to use it a few days later the manager told him they do not accept printable gift cards here! Ridiculous, I got the gift card right off the official website. I called to discuss this with the manager and he gave me the same excuse. Needless to say I’ve contacted corporate and they told me those gift cards are always honored at every location and they were not sure why he didn’t accept it. What an inconvenience for my elderly Grandparents to have to be embarrassed and denied because the manager is incompetent… not to mention the food is sub-​par at best. Never again will I waste my money on this location.

We came in at 5pm and Candelario was our waiter. He provided the best service I’ve ever had at Sizzlers! We had a great experience.

We have been coming here for years and have watched the carpet and the booths go from dirty to gross and are now just sickening. Food is still OK but if they let the booth upholstery and the carpets get so ugly it makes one wonder what the kitchen area is like. We won’t be back for awhile. If we go back again and it still looks the same, we are done!
If it were not a restaurant I wouldn’t care but it is and it is GROSS!
Cleanup the bathroom while you are at it. 2 stars from the food and zero for how this place looks!

I came in with 4 of my friends and it was the first time for four of us at a sizzler. The shift manager Jazmine who was cashiering was very impatient in explaining the service style of the restaurant. We asked which entrees came with all you can eat salads and she explained it extremely fast, rudely, and confusingly. This was seriously the poorest introduction to the Sizzler chain.
On the flip side, the food was super tasty.

Decent. It’s a somewhat inexpensive buffet food so you pretty much get what you pay for. Food tends to be bit on the salty or fatty side. I’m sure this isn’t a very healthy place to eat.
Pros:
— Pretty good «Featured Salads»
— Sundae bar is open to everyone (I think)
— Wait staff is hard working
Cons:
— Bit chaotic. There’s just a lot going on.
— Food probably isn’t for the health-​minded.
— The customer demographic for this area is a bit rough, (not the highest class of people, it’s not «ghetto» just a bit poorer.

This sizzler is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The waitress forgot to bring my plate after she brought everyone else’s. They were to busy gossiping at the front counter. If I didn’t go get it myself it would have been up there all night! Also our server… I think her name was along violetta was extremely rude. She even tried to fight my mom. Like really? Never coming here again!
They get one star for the food. It was «aight.»

$ 12.99 for trip tip dinner with baked tater, bread and salad bar. I left full but had to cut my rubbery meat into tiny bite size pieces.
The salad bar is quite decent too and you can make tacos. Desserts were cheesecake cups or banana pudding with Nilla Wafers.
I loved the bread but hated the baked potato and left it untouched after one bite. It was dark yellow and stale as hell. My bf’s tater was white and fluffy. He said he’d trade me but he’d already doused it with butter and a ton of pepper. He said he likes potatoes like the one I got served — yuk! Well, to each his own.
The server and cashiers were very nice but I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to leave a tip since it’s buffet style. No one ever came to see if we needed anything after we got our steaks but the bf left a tip anyway.

When it’s a family style meal you want you can take a trip to Sizzler! Sizzler offers steaks, hamburgers, seafood, ice cream and so much more!
Kids are always welcome at sizzler and this location is no exception! Tonight I saw a waiter go above and beyond the call to smile at and joke with a toddler! It was so endearing! And also, the service here is excellent! Tonight Maria brought me my dinner and she was very happy and helpful! Wow, sizzler great job on hiring great servers!!!
I like to order the cheeseburger or from the senior menu! U can’t go wrong with the endless salad bar either! I’ve also tried the steaks and burgundy sirloin tips! Each is always prepared consistently delicious and served hot!
