I bought flowers at the Sunnyvale store. The experience was very pleasant, I got all assistance I needed, some beautiful flowers and all at a fair price. Recommended

I have just had the absolute worst experience with this place and I was directed to them through 1800 Flowers. Long story short the man on the other end of the phone who wouldn’t identify himself was screaming at me and I still don’t have my order even though I was promised my order by 4:30. This place is THEWORST

I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a flower arrangement delivery from Rose Cart. The instructions clearly stated, call to arrange purchase. When I called, I was on the phone for nearly 15 minutes, only to end the conversation with canceling the order due to my disappointing customer service experience. They were having me go online to look up the item number for them… something I feel like they should do as the business owners. I told them the name and description, and that wasn’t enough. Then when we got to the voucher, he said I had to use it in store instead of calling in for the purchase. He then said I could email or fax it to him, and he would call me back with the remaining balance. So much more complicated than it should ever be to purchase. I was hoping for a smooth quick purchase, but that is definitely not what I got at this business.

Ali offered to get flowers to a friend before noon after I asked if he could do it or not. I was really pleased he could do it, so I ordered an arrangement and paid extra for the rush delivery. Ninety minutes later, the flowers were not delivered to my friend at her office 1.3 miles away from the shop. I called and was assured they would be there. After two hours, the flowers had not been delivered and my friend was already gone. When I called to let Ali know that they missed my friend, he suggested to me that it was a lot of me to ask to get them delivered inside the 90 minutes. I reminded him that I asked him upfront if he could do it and he offered to do it. At this point, he started talking over me, told me he is sorry i ever called and then hung up. I called back and chewed him out for hanging up and let him know I would post a review about this on Unilocal and anywhere else, at which he literally laughed at me. So, I guess he thinks people don’t read these reviews. Take this experience and do with it what you will. UPDATE!!!: My friend to whom I sent th flowers just told me that Ali sent a delivery person to her office to demand the flowers back! The reason? Because I complained to him about failing to deliver on time. After my friend arrived in the morning, she was happy to find the arrangement. Made her day. I was going to post a negative review about all of this, but since my friend was happy, I removed my review. Then Ali sends someone over to embarrass my friend in front of her coworkers. Unbelievable. How petty and spiteful. Do not do business with this guy. I just tried calling Ali to ask why he went to try and get flowers back. Once again, he cuts me off, mad at me. Accountable for absolutely nothing. I noticed another review on here where he mishandled a delivery and basically took no responsibility.

Ali and Nicole from Rose Cart are a top notch team! They worked on my flower arrangements for my wedding this past Saturday and did an amazing job! I did not have a very clear vision for my flower arrangements, but Nicole and Ali really helped me shape what came out to be the perfect look! The flowers that they used were fresh and high quality. Nicole’s design was spot on and captured the simple elegance that I absolutely adored. They both were very involved from the beginning and even all the way through to the event breakdown! I highly recommend them for any floral needs.

I have been using Rose Cart Florist for 2 years. They have always been very professional and they have great customer service. My orders have always been delivered on time. The quality of the flowers are always of the highest quality. The flowers are very fresh, the arrangements are very beautiful. The flowers are so fresh that they will require a lot of water, so when you get your arrangements be sure to add water daily.

I was surfing the Internet for a Flower Shop, because I wanted to buy my girlfriend flowers for her Birthday. I could not make a decision, because there were so many Flower Shops around my area. It was a difficult decision to make, but I had to choose. I came across Rose Cart and thought, what a great name. I continued doing more research on there website to learn more about there services. I called and spoke to there customer services. I explained my situation to them, and hoped they would point me into the right direction. They did a wonderful job helping me do just that. They stayed on the phone with me for 30 min, trying to find suitable flowers for my girlfriend. I was able to actually order the flowers with his help through there web site. They even went as far as giving me a free 24/hr delivery of the flowers I ordered. Now, that is a wonderful way to bring me back as a customer. I will definitely be coming back. Thank You… Rose Cart!
